Twitter Taunts R. Kelly After Brass Against Frontwoman Gives A Golden Shower On Stage

Fans at rock concerts usually expect artists to get a little out of hand, but probably not as crazy as Sophia Urista got during Brass Against’s set at the Welcome to Rockville festival on Thursday evening.

During a cover of Rage Against the Machine’s “Wake Up,” the frontwoman and her band mates invited an audience member on stage to receive a “golden shower,” better known as a face full of pee. It’s unclear if the patron knew what he was getting into, but he didn’t hesitate to take the stage with a can mounted to his forehead.

Folks who weren’t far from the stage captured the moment in all its unusual glory – Urista pulling her panties down, bending over the man’s face, and proceeding to pee while she continues to sing. The pee landed down on the volunteer’s face for approximately 10 seconds, and videos even show him spitting some back out.

Videos of the concert have since gone viral all across social media, even prompting some Twitter users to poke fun at R. Kelly, who allegedly enjoyed urinating on some of the women in his life. “R. Kelly really f*cked up…He could’ve had a collab with Brass Against,” one person joked. “Brass Against and R. Kelly remix coming soon,” another person added.

The band has since released a statement regarding the situation on their Twitter page. “We had a great time last night at Welcome to Rockville. Sophia got carried away. That’s not something the rest of us expected, and it’s not something you’ll see again at our shows. Thanks for bringing it last night, Daytona.”

If you’re interested in seeing the graphic clip from the concert yourself, you can find it here.

DaBaby Connects With Kodak Black On “LEVELS”

It’s been a tumultuous few months for DaBaby. The PR scandal that surrounded his comments at Rolling Loud led to mass cancelation, including his removal from several festival line-ups, while Dave Chappelle put a spotlight back on the 2017 fatal shooting at Walmart. Ultimately, DaBaby seems to be bouncing back quite fine and the release of his new EP, Back On My Baby Jesus Sh!t Again proves that he has no intention of slowing down.

Back On My Baby Jesus Sh!t AGAIN includes a few appearances from other high-profile artists. Kodak Black joins DaBaby on “Levels,” produced by Cashmoneyap, Dez Wright, and Stoopid Lou, where they offer a bit of flexing over gentle guitar loops.

Bill Cosby Shows Support For Kanye West’s Efforts To Free Larry Hoover

Kanye West is on a mission to free Larry Hoover and it appears that he’s received support from Bill Cosby.

During his recent appearance on Drink Champs, Kanye West detailed his efforts to help free Larry Hoover under the First Step Act but more shockingly, he revealed that he hired the attorney that got Bill Cosby out of prison to help. “We’re putting together a new team for [Hoover],” the rapper told the Drink Champs co-hosts. “It’s much like in the footsteps of my father-in-law, Robert Kardashian. We got the lawyer that just got Cosby out.”

According to Radar Online, Andrew Wyatt, a rep for Bill Cosby, has chimed in on the matter, offering his moral support to Kanye West and Larry Hoover. Cosby admitted to having “no knowledge of Mr. Hoover” but added that the justice system “has shown its hatred towards Black Men, who are incarcerated.”

“[Hoover] has paid his debt to society and his story must be told in the same manner that I always reminded people of the good that Mr. Cosby brought to the world,” Wyatt said. He also added that he would “love to sit down with Kanye.”

“I stand with Ye and Mr. Hoover,” Wyatt said. “I also, would like to say, thank you to Ye on behalf of Mr. Cosby and the Cosby family for his support of Mr. Cosby. Thank you very much.”

We’ll keep you posted on more information regarding Larry Hoover’s case.

Father Of 9-Year-Old Ezra Blount Speaks Out After His Son Was Trampled At Astroworld Festival

The tragedy that took place at Astroworld Festival has greatly impacted the lives of thousands of people, including 9-year-old Ezra Blount, who is currently in a medically induced coma after being trampled at the concert. His father, Treston Blount, has been sharing the story of what happened during Travis Scott’s performance.

“When I found out that he was a big fan [of Travis], I was like, ‘Oh yeah, we gotta go, we gotta go see Travis live,” Treston told ABC 13 Houston. “We was in the back, way in the back, and I figured, ‘Okay, this is cool,’ ‘cause the front can get a little wild.”

Although he did his best to maintain a safe distance from the crowds to protect his son, Treston still felt the impacts of the surge that took place in the back. The pressure of the bodies around him caused him to pass out, which ultimately led to Ezra, who was on his father’s shoulders, falling down and getting trampled.

By the time Treston had regained consciousness, his son had been taken to a nearby hospital to deal with the damage sustained to his major organs, including swelling of the brain. “I could tell that he was damaged. I’m not ready to lose my boy at all. We still got a bunch of living to do,” he told the news outlet.

As PEOPLE reports, the Blount family joined dozens of others who have already filed a lawsuit against Scott, alleging that “grossly negligent conduct” as AstroFest contributed to young Ezra’s life-threatening injuries. The complaint says that the 9-year-old was “kicked, stepped on, and trampled, and nearly crushed to death.”

“To his young, growing body, these injuries will have life-long effects, impairing his quality of life and ability to grow and thrive as he would have had he not been subjected to this incident,” documents read.

Earlier today, we also reported that Scott had a woman spending most of her Friday protesting outside of his Houston mansion, holding signs saying that Drake, Kylie Jenner, Apple Music, and other organizations linked to the festival “deserve bankruptcy.”

Check back in with HNHH for future updates on Ezra and others impacted by the Astroworld tragedy.

Lil Yachty Slides Through With “YAE ENERGY”

Lil Yachty has remained a polarizing figure in rap since he emerged. On one hand, he is one of the pioneers of the Soundcloud rap generation. On the other, he faced mass criticism for his lyrical abilities and what some perceive to be a dwindling quality of music. However, Yachty has fired back against his naysayers in recent times. Michigan Boy Boat found him going bar-for-bar with some of Detroit and Michigan’s finest (and keeping up) while August’s Birthday Mix 6 offered a glimpse into what he’s been working on.

On Friday night, Yachty quietly unloaded a new single titled, “YAE ENERGY.” With production handled by Buddha Blessed, Yachty tackles the boisterous production and flexes his different flows with braggadocious bars.

The latest release from Yachty follows his appearance on Tame Impala’s “Breathe Deeper.”

Check out the latest from Yachty below.

Quotable Lyrics

Ten different bitches, we made ’em hoes mosh
