Air Jordan 1 Mid Dressed In Soft Neutral Tones: Photos

One of the best shoes on the market right now is the Air Jordan 1 Mid. Sure, fans probably prefer the Jordan 1 High OG, but that doesn’t mean that the Mid doesn’t have its rightful place in the sneaker ecosystem. This is a shoe that is a lot more accessible to fans, and because it is mass-produced, Jumpman feels like it can experiment more, which is just an overall net-benefit to sneakerheads.

The latest Jordan 1 Mid to get some teasers, is this neutral-toned model below which is made with coconut milk and particle grey hues. The base of the shoe has that beige coconut milk aesthetic, all while the overlays are made with nubuck particle grey. These neutral tones come together to create a truly dope sneaker that will get fans pretty excited. As for when these will be appropriate to wear, it is looking like a great shoe for the entire year.

No release details for this shoe are available right now, so stick around HNHH as we will be sure to bring you any news or updates pertaining to this model. As always, give us your thoughts on the shoe, in the comment section down below.

Air Jordan 1 Low “Cardinal Red” Coming Soon: Photos

Over the past few years, Jordan Brand has been giving a lot more attention to the Air Jordan 1 Low. Of course, the High OG usually gets all of the love, however, the Jordan 1 Low is the perfect sneaker for the spring and summer months. Right now, sneakerheads have been receiving a plethora of teasers for this upcoming year, and the Air Jordan 1 Low has been a part of those plans. In fact, fans even got a look at this “Cardinal Red” AJ1 low, which can be found below.

As you can see in the images below, the shoe has a mostly white leather upper, all while the overlays are cardinal red, as the name of the shoe would suggest. What makes this shoe stand out, however, are the gold highlights on the stitching of the Nike swoosh, as well as the Jumpman logo on the tongue. This adds a nice pop of color and makes the shoe more unique compared to other Jordan 1 Lows.

For now, there is no release date associated with this shoe, so keep it locked to HNHH as we will be sure to bring you any updates. In the meantime, let us know what you think of the new model, in the comments below.

Andrew Cuomo Will Not Be Charged But Allegations Are “Credible”: District Attorney Says

Andrew Cuomo will not face criminal charges for the two allegations of misconduct against the former Governor of New York, according to the  Westchester County District Attorney, Mimi Rocah. Despite not pursuing further reprimanding action, Rocah says the claims are “credible.”

One woman, identified as Trooper 1 in the Attorney General’s Report, alleged that Cuomo asked her if he could kiss her while she was a member of his detail. Being afraid to say no, she says she responded “sure,” to which Cuomo remarked, “something to the effect of, ‘oh, I’m not supposed to do that’ or ‘unless that’s against the rules.”‘

The other allegation comes from a woman who says Cuomo grabbed her arm and kissed her on the cheek without asking for permission during an event at White Plains High School.

“Our investigation found credible evidence to conclude that the alleged conduct in both instances described above did occur,” Rocah said in a statmenet on Tuesday. “However, in both instances, my Office has determined that, although the allegations and witnesses were credible, and the conduct concerning, we cannot pursue criminal charges due to the statutory requirements of the criminal laws of New York. This conclusion is unrelated to any possible civil liability which is beyond the scope of a District Attorney’s jurisdiction, which focuses solely on criminal laws.”

The statement continued: “We continue to recognize the bravery of the women and witnesses who have cooperated with law enforcement and we remain committed to supporting them and all survivors. As in all cases of alleged misconduct, my Office will investigate such claims irrespective of the position or status of the accusers or the accused. We thank the Attorney General, the State Assembly and our sister DA Offices for their collaboration and cooperation.”

What’s On Tonight: ‘The Book Of Boba Fett’ Is Nearly Upon Us On Disney+

The Book of Boba Fett: Season 1 Premiere (Disney+ series) — The middle-of-the-night drop now favored by Disney+ shows is coming your way. When that happens, the iconic bounty hunter turns into a crime lord following his surfacing in The Mandalorian‘s second season. The very dead Jabba the Hutt has left a void in the galactic organized-crime realm, and Boba Fett is all too happy to fill it, but not by ruling by fear. Rather, he’s asking for respect, so we’ll see how that goes. Expect to see mercenary Fennec Shand along the way as these two head into underworld adventures that take them to Tatooine. It’s doubtful that we’ll see any Baby Yoda here, but one can hope for a miracle.

In case you missed these recent picks:

Don’t Look Up (Netflix film) — Director Adam McKay brings us the latest assembling of an A-list cast (Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep, Kid Cudi, Jonah Hill, Cate Blanchett, Tyler Perry, Ron Perlman, Timothée Chalamet, and Ariana Grande) to satirically tackle a pretty serious subject that’s dealt with in an unserious way. Here, an asteroid’s about to slam into Earth and potentially kill off humanity, and of course, people aren’t dealing with this in the most civilized way.

Being The Ricardos (Amazon Prime movie) — Nicole Kidman and Javier Bardem take a stab at roles that are more challenging than mere physical transformations. As well, this isn’t merely a light and fluffy production, given that Aaron Sorkin has infused the story with not only the complexity of the pair’s working and professional relationships but also the drama inherent with cultural and political controversy. In addition, expect to see some scandalous accusations flying, along with peeks behind closed doors during one pivotal week of I Love Lucy production. J.K. Simmons also appears in this project because he’s basically in everything these days.

Emily In Paris: Season 2 (Netflix series) — Somehow, the newest show from primetime TV king Darren Star has already returned (pandemic be damned) to pull some attention from the Sex And The City revival. Lily Collins returns as the mildly offensive protagonist, who must clean up the mess from spending the night with the hot chef who very much has a girlfriend. Justice for the gross, unwashed skillet, y’all.

Taylor Swift Has Again Filed A Motion To Dismiss Her ‘Shake It Off’ Case

Just two weeks after a judge declared that the “unprecedented” copyright case against Taylor Swift for allegedly using the lyrics to the 2001 3LW hit “Playas Gon’ Play” in her own 2014 hit “Shake It Off” could move forward, the singer has again filed a motion to dismiss the case, with her attorneys warning of dire consequences for the music business at large should it proceed. Billboard reported the filing, in which Davis Wright Tremaine LLP attorney Peter Anderson wrote, “Plaintiffs could sue everyone who writes, sings, or publicly says ‘players gonna play’ and ‘haters gonna hate.’ To permit that is unprecedented and cheats the public domain.”

The case, which was filed in 2017 by 3LW’s songwriters Sean Hall and Nathan Butler, asserts that the use of the refrain “players gonna play, play, play, play, play and the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate” infringes upon Hall and Butler’s previous use of “playas, they gonna play, and haters, they gonna hate.” Because the usage of both phrases — often in conjunction, as they are seen in both songs — is so common, Swift’s lawyers previously argued that the case should be thrown out and won, only for the plaintiffs to successfully reopen the case and U.S. District Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald to refuse their initial motion on December 9, saying, “Even though there are some noticeable differences between the works, there are also significant similarities in word usage and sequence/structure.”

In the new filing, Anderson and co. argue Fitzgerald failed to apply an “extrinsic test” to the ruling, filtering out material that isn’t covered under copyright laws before comparing two works. Again, the phrases “playas gonna play” and “haters gonna hate” are not covered by copyright since they are commonly used phrases in the public domain. “The presence of versions of the two short public domain statements and two other tautologies in both songs … simply does not satisfy the extrinsic test,” argued Swift’s lawyers.

So, it looks like the judge will have one more chance to look at the case before it proceeds to trial, with seemingly all past and future references to players playing and haters hating hanging in the balance. Stay tuned for more updates.

Diddy Canceled His Annual New Year’s Eve Party Over COVID Concerns For The Second Time

Almost as much as he’s known for his long string of hits or his outsized personality and antics as a businessman, Diddy is notorious for his lavish parties, including his over-the-top, all-white Memorial Day shindigs and his blowout New Year’s Eve celebrations each year. However, for the second year in a row, Diddy has canceled his New Year’s Eve party over COVID-19 concerns as the new Omicron variant of the virus — or “Omarion” variant, if you’re feeling cheeky — continues to spread.

According to TMZ, the Omicron surge in Miami, where the party was to be held, convinced Diddy that his 500-guest hootenanny would put him and his fellow stars in jeopardy. This would appear to be a wise move according to the advice of National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director Dr. Anthony Fauci, who recommended on CNN to “stay away from that this year,” that being “a New Year’s Eve party, where you have 30, 40, 50 people celebrating, you do not know the status of the vaccination.”

Diddy isn’t the only one to cancel his planned NYE celebration. Four days ago, garage rock revivalists The Strokes announced the cancelation of their own New Year’s Eve concerts, although NBC’s planned special featuring Miley Cyrus and Pete Davidson appears to be proceeding as scheduled. If you’re content with staying in but still fiending for something to do, you can check out TikTok’s own planned concert with Rico Nasty, Charlie Puth, and Kali Uchis from the comfort of whichever device you use to scroll the hours away.

Legendary music executive Suge Knight, who co-founded Death Row Records, recently appeared on the Million Dollarz Worth of Game podcast and discussed his thoughts on Kanye West, Wack 100, Tupac, and more. In response to his comments, Wack 100 called him out on social media.

As for Wack 100, Suge criticized him out for “speaking about problems he knows nothing about,” and constantly “trying to put the next person down.”

Wack 100 responded during a heated exchange while speaking with Eban Films on Clubhouse.

Suge also reflected on his relationship with Tupac, whom he referred to as his “little brother,” and recalled the first day he came to Death Row.

“So when Pac get there, I sent a private plane and a limo to pick him up and all that s *t. When he get to the studio I give him a briefcase with a million dollars cash in it. I give him all this jewelry, all this sh*t” Suge said.

In 2018, Suge was sentenced to 28 years in prison for voluntary manslaughter as well as violating California’s Three-strikes law. He will not be eligible for parole until July 2037.

Tom Brady Gets A Talking To After Smashing Surface Tablet

Tom Brady has been known to get upset from time to time on the sidelines. He is the winningest quarterback in the history of the NFL, so it would only make sense that he feels like he needs perfection from himself and his team on a weekly basis. While the Buccaneers were victorious this past Sunday, the Bucs were terrible just a weekend ago against the New Orleans Saints. The Bucs lost by a score of 9-0, and it led to some pretty testy moments on the sideline.

As you can see in the clip below, Brady even whipped a Microsoft Surface tablet at the ground in frustration. While this has happened before, Brady recently came out and said that he got a talking to from the league because of it. Essentially, if he ever does that again, his pockets will be feeling the burn.

“I did get a warning from the NFL,” Brady said on the “Let’s Go” podcast per ESPN. “I can’t throw another Surface or else I get fined. Imagine that! Imagine that. I won’t throw another Surface. Although I think it was pretty good marketing for the Surface at the end of the day. I think it worked out pretty well for them.”

With the regular season coming to a close, the pressure will be mounting in the Bucs locker room. Hopefully for Brady and company, this doesn’t lead to any more broken technology on the sidelines. After all, Brady did say he’s learned his lesson.

Tay-K Is Looking For A New Lawyer

Texas-raised rapper Tay-K, best known for his hit song “The Race,” is looking for new legal representation to help him appeal his sentence. The rapper was seemingly inspired to submit another appeal after Kyle Rittenhouse was found “not guilty” for fatally shooting two people, and injuring a third.

The 21-year-old rapper was sentenced to spend fifty-five years in prison after being convicted of second-degree murder and three counts of aggravated robbery. He was additionally made to pay a $21,000 fine.

Presently incarcerated at Bexar County Jail in San Antonio, Texas, Tay-K has reached out to his supporters to request help, asking for a lawyer to help him appeal his sentence.

“I need a new appeal lawyer,” simply wrote the Santana World artist, who was indicted on capital murder charges in November 2019.

Following Kyle Rittenhouse’s shocking acquittal, Tay-K compared their two cases on social media, reaching out to Kim Kardashian to ask for her help in raising awareness for his case. Kim never responded to the troubled rapper.

We will continue to keep you updated on Tay-K’s case, as well as his search to find a new lawyer. Do you think he has a chance at getting out in the next year?
