A$AP Twelvyy Drops Off “Vanilla Sky”

Out of all of the original A$AP Mob members, Twelvyy has emerged as one of the most consistent. Over the past few years, he’s slowly established himself as an artist in his own right with projects like, 12 before unveiling a slew of other bodies of work like Noon Yung and Before Noon. He delivered a slew of records throughout 2021 such as “Last Train 2 Paris” and “Wolverine In Harlem” without dropping another mixtape.

Instead, he closed out 2021 with the release of a new EP titled, Vanilla Sky. It’s a short 3-song effort that dropped on New Years Eve with a sole guest appearance coming from Zeke.

Sheff G Posts New Photo From Behind Bars

Sheff G was one of the trailblazers of the recent New York drill rap phenomenon. With collaborative hits with fellow New Yorker Sleepy Hallow like “Molly” and “Breakin Bad (Okay),” as well as his three successful projects, Sheff G’s name was only going to be more known as he adnavced his career.

However, his progress was railroaded in last November when he pled guilty to criminal possession of a weapon and was sentenced to two years in prison. He had been facing legal troubles all year, but still felt that he would be freed soon in a recent Instagram post: “Freedom Is A Must. .. Sending My Love To All My Fans & Supporters I’ll be Bacc Soon. FREE ME ‼️”

He has remained behind bars as he plots his avenues to freedom. Sheff G did not release a project in 2021, and his most recent official release came in September with his single “Drum Dummy.”

As we await Sheff G’s return to hip-hop, he was in good spirits as he wished his fans a Happy New Year yesterday on Instagram. Using a shirtless picture from prison, Sheff G reminded his followers how special of an artist he is: “Happy Blue Years. I AINT YA REGULAR G MEMBER EVERYBODY KNOW IM SANCTION. #FREEME #AYOOOCIIID #TENTOES”

AJ McKee Says He Wants To Fight Floyd Mayweather Or Conor McGregor

AJ McKee, the current Bellator Featherweight Champion, says he wants to challenge either Conor McGregor or Floyd Mayweather. McKee explained why he wants to test himself against the best in an interview with TMZ at the recent Jake Paul-Tyron Woodley fight in Tampa.

“I wanna test my skills against some of the best and that’s why I’ve always called out Floyd. It’s not like, ‘Oh, I wanna beat Floyd.’ I wanna test my skills in hand-to-hand combat with one of the best athletes in hand-to-hand combat,” McKee told the outlet.

When asked if he’d take on McGregor, he added: “I’m down for anybody. If it’s 145, 155, 170. In boxing, I’ll go up 3 weight classes.”

McKee earned the title of Featherweight Champion after beating Patrício Pitbull at Bellator 263 on July 31, 2021.

As for where KcKee goes from here in Bellator, McKee said. “I would like to be double champ. Becoming double champ is definitely bucket list. Be a champ-champ and then see where the path lies after that.”

“Send the contract, bro. I’m gonna sign it,” he continued. “Cross-promotion, any promotion, backyard bully stuff. I’m just about the fight. I love to fight, outside of the money, the fame, the clout, clearly that’s not what I do it for. It’s just to be the best athlete in the world and I know I’m the best 145 pounder in the world, if not one of the best mixed martial artist.”

Desiigner Shares New Song “Oh Lord”

Desiigner’s yet to live up to the hype of his break-out single, “Panda.” Though it was with the help of Kanye West that the song did astronomical numbers, records like “Timmy Turner” still carried the hype longer than many expected. Unfortunately, his dealings with Kanye and G.O.O.D. Music went left and he ultimately took the independent route.

In recent weeks, the rapper has ramped up his efforts in releasing music. To kick off the new year, he blessed fans with his latest record, “Oh Lord.” His bluesy, laid-back delivery takes front and center on this one as he reflects on the days where he hoped that his music career would takeoff.

Antonio Brown Strips & Storms Off Field In Middle Of Game

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown stormed off of the field during the third quarter of his team’s matchup with the New York Jets on Sunday. While the Bucs were down 24-10, Brown took off his uniform and charged to the locker room.

Brown could be seen visibly frustrated on the sideline as his team was getting blown out by the 4-11 Jets. As Brown began taking off his jersey, Mike Evans attempted to console him, but the seven-time Pro Bowler relented. He passed through the endzone waving to fans on his way to the tunnel.

Sideline reporter TJ Rives reports that Bucs head coach Bruce Arians benched Brown before his meltdown.

It’s unconfirmed exactly why Brown left the game, but some fans are theorizing that he may have just retired. It wouldn’t be the first time a player quit the NFL during a game. In the middle of the Bills’ second game of the 2018 season, Pro Bowler Vontae Davis retired.

Brown had been suspended for three games, earlier this season, for using a fake COVID-19 vaccine card to get around the NFL protocol.
