Instead, Durk decided to delay the project by a couple of weeks. Now, fans can expect this body of work to be released on Friday, May 26th. Regardless, this is good news for fans who want to hear more of Lil Durk’s newfound musical stylings. Recently, Lil Durk was talking to Complex about his latest track. As you can imagine, he was very excited for the world to hear it. Furthermore, he was asked about working with J. Cole and if everything surprised him. This led to an interesting answer, as Durk conceded that Cole had the better verse. However, he did make sure to explain that this is a rarity when he collaborates with people. “The number one thing, he smoked my ass on that, for one,” Lil Durk explained. “Barely. That barely happens. But shoutout to Cole, shoutout to [Dr.] Luke. We made it happen.”
On top of everything, Lil Durk has also been floating around the idea of a boxing match against the likes of 6ix9ine. Although 6ix9ine immediately declined the $50 million offer.
