Fat Joe Weights In On Rick Ross & DJ Envy Beef: “Don’t Like It”

Fat Joe says he’s unhappy with the ongoing feud between Rick Ross and DJ Envy. The New York rapper addressed the beef during a video posted on his Instagram page, Monday. He called both of them “beautiful” people.

“Don’t like what’s going on with Rick Ross and DJ Envy,” Joe said. “Don’t like it. I love ’em both. Beautiful men in their own right, successful, do their thing. I don’t like where it’s going. I know I’ve had my share of beefing with people, but I don’t like it because they’re both beautiful, beautiful people.”

Envy and Ross have been feuding for weeks during the run-up to both of their car shows. Ross initially took a jab at the Breakfast Club co-host during his interview on Drink Champs. He remarked that Envy was “never on my level” when it comes to hosting car shows. From there, the two traded shots back and forth online.

“DJ Envy, you just gave me a good idea. I just told the people who are coming to clean up my pool to hold on ’cause I said Envy and his seven sons can come over here, y’all can handle this pool for the pool party, July 2nd,” Ross taunted in one Instagram Story video. On Monday morning’s episode of The Breakfast Club, Envy arrived on set in a correctional officer uniform to troll Ross. “I could tell he was rattled,” Envy said of Ross’ response to his comments. “So I wore this today to make him feel a little more comfortable.” Envy went on to joke about Rick Ross’ boss being a prison warden in Miami.
