Famous Dex has had his fair share of bumps in the road throughout his career. Despite that, Dex has chosen to come back stronger and beat his addictions. Not to mention his run-ins with the law. From gun charges, and violating restraining orders, to even serving some jail time, it’s been a long road for Famous Dex. However, since then, Dex has proven he is bigger than his demons. Following his release from rehab, after being released from jail, he’s shown great progress with his sobriety.
Famous Dex has been busy post-rehab. Not only has he been working on new music, but he also inked a new deal with his label 300 Entertainment for a whopping $5.6 million. Nevertheless, Dexter has been putting in the work with his sobriety, and his music. He recently posted a snippet on his Instagram of a single that attracted much attention from his fans. In his caption, it reads, “3k comments and I’ll drop it now on God!!” The post racked up thousands of comments. Many of his supporters expressed excitement and happiness to hear new music from the Chicago native.
Famous Dex Is Healthy and Happy
While Dex may not have dropped the full snippet, as promised, fans still have new music to be excited for. Upon his release from rehab, Famous Dex announced that he was working on the next installment of the highly acclaimed album series Rich Forever. The “Japan” rapper made note of the workings of Rich Forever Five after being 11 months sober. He, Jay Critch, and Rich The Kid make magic on a track together. It’s exciting to see Famous Dex back on track making music again.
Recently, Dexter took to Instagram to reflect on his newfound health. He posted on his story with a caption that read, “Feels good to be happy an[d] healthy I can’t lie.” It appears Famous Dex is enjoying his sobriety and healthy living. Health is wealth at the end of the day. Many of his fans expressed their support for Dex, with hopes that he can continue on this path of health and wellness. Along with that, fans hope to hear new music (hopefully that snippet) from Famous Dex soon.
