Stephanie McMahon Resigns From WWE as Rumors of Company Sale Float Online

Stephanie McMahon has announced her resignation as co-CEO of WWE. The announcement comes less than a week after her father, Vince McMahon, reinstated himself as the chairman of the board, leaving Nick Khan as the sole CEO of the wrestling titan.

In addition to Khan in place as CEO, McMahon’s husband, Paul “Triple H” LeVesque, is expected to remain in charge of creative.

“With Nick’s leadership and Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque as chief content officer, I am confident WWE is in the perfect place to continue to provide unparalleled creative content and drive maximum value for shareholders,” Stephanie McMahon wrote in a statement.

“WWE is in such a strong position that I have decided to return to my leave and take it one step further with my official resignation. I look forward to cheering on WWE from the other side of the business, where I started as a pure fan when I was a little kid.”

Stephanie McMahon left WWE over a year ago to spend more time with her children. She returned in July after Vince retired after he was being investigated for allegations of sexual misconduct, including nondisclosure payments that equaled nearly $20 million. Vince’s return is related to facilitating the sale of WWE’s media rights as deals for both flagship shows, Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown, are set to expire.

Currently, the Internet is buzzing with rumors that a Saudi Arabia investment group has purchased the company, leading many fans to wonder about the transition will impact women and LGBTQIA+ performers. No confirmation of the sale is available.

Mandy Rose Reveals Her Insane FanTime Earnings Following WWE Firing

Mandy Rose was fired by the WWE last week in a move that angered a whole lot of fans. The former NXT champion was dropped by the company because of her content on the OnlyFans competitor, FanTime. Rose had been posting some racy photos of herself, and the company didn’t like that.

The WWE claims they were trying to protect its brand and its image. For instance, a few years ago, Vince McMahon urged wrestlers to stop using third-party platforms. Overall, it was a controversial request that has ultimately led to the firing of a star in the NXT division.

Mandy Rose Persists

Since her firing, Mandy Rose has continued to make content on FanTime. She understands that there are plenty of fans out there who still want to see her content, and she is taking advantage. Consequently, Rose has been able to make a lot of money despite her lack of employment.

According to TMZ, Rose’s agent Malki Kawa has unveiled that Rose is making a whopping $500,000 right now. It is expected that by the new year she could reach the $1 million mark. Additionally, it has been made clear that she is making more on FanTime then she would have with the WWE.

When Rose was first let go, fans noted that the WWE has always exploited the sexuality of its women competitors. Furthermore, some were of the belief that the WWE was simply upset because they couldn’t get a cut of what Rose was doing.

Overall, the fans seem to be on Rose’s side throughout all of this, and she is currently winning. Stay tuned to HNHH for more updates on this developing story.

Dwight Howard Has Eyes Set On Joining WWE

h

TMZ Sports recently caught up to Dwight Howard, the 18 year NBA vet who is currently a free agent after playing with the Lakers last season. During the run in, Dwight was asked if he was interested in joining the WWE . He responded that he would go to wrestling if the deal was good.

“Of course,” Howard responded. When asked if he would leave basketball for wrestling, he responded “whatever opportunity is the best.”

This comes just a few days after WWE legend and Chief Content Officer Triple H commented on Howards future with the company, saying that if the former Laker wanted to join the WWE then they would make something happen.

“The ball’s in his court,” Triple H said. “It’s a funny thing, Dwight, in the conversations we had was like, ‘You know, I really want to do this. I’m serious, I really want to do this.’ We hear that a lot, and there’s a difference between saying, ‘I want to do this,’ and putting in the grind and doing the work to get there.”

Triple H continued, “[He] came by our tryouts in Nashville, was incredibly entertaining. Jumping in promos by himself and then with others, incredibly entertaining. Really driven to want to do this, it’s just a matter for him, he’s got a lot of things going on, right? So when he says,’ Hey I want to give this a shot,’ he’s got my phone number. All he’s gotta do is call me, and we’ll see what can happen. And if he’s willing to put in the grind and the drive that guys like Logan Paul, and Bad Bunny and Tyson Fury are willing to put in, then let’s go.”

Back in July, Howard was a surprise participant at the WWE tryouts in Nashville, TN. He apparently surprised people with his entertaining solo and group promos.

WWE Board of Directors Investigating Millions Paid in Settlements Due to Misconduct by Vince McMahon

WWEChairmanVinceMcMahonSold$MillionInShareToPossiblyBringBackXFLFootballLeague

Wrestling titan Vince McMahon is under investigation by the World Wrestling Entertainment Board of Directors after revealing a secret $3 million settlement. According to the Wall Street Journal, McMahon agreed to pay an employee as she left the company. The employee allegedly had an affair with McMahon.

The employee was hired as a paralegal for McMahon in 2019. The legal agreement was created in January 2022, forbidding the former employee to discuss or talk against the WWE executive.

The investigation into McMahon and the agreement has revealed additional nondisclosure agreements involving McMahon and his friend and head of talent relations at WWE, John Laurinaitis. The initial belief is that the previous agreements included payouts in millions.

The board is represented by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in the investigation and has already discovered McMahon used personal funds to pay the employees. McMahon’s attorney is aligned with the personal funds being used, citing “WWE did not pay any monies” to the former employee.

In an email to the board, McMahon is accused of hiring the paralegal at $100,000 per year, which would double once she engaged in a sexual relationship with him. McMahon then allegedly “gave her like a toy” to Laurinaitis.

On the board of directors is McMahon, daughter Stephanie McMahon, who is currently on a leave of absence, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, and the McMahon family is believed to hold the controlling shares of the company. The full report of payouts and more in the introductory emails to the Board of Directors can be read here.

Stephanie McMahon 1

The billion-dollar princess of the WWE is stepping away for an extended amount of time. WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon is taking an indefinite leave of absence to focus squarely on her family.

“As of tomorrow, I am taking a leave of absence from the majority of my responsibilities at WWE,” McMahon tweeted. “WWE is a lifelong legacy for me and I look forward to returning to the company that I love after taking this time to focus on my family.”

This most likely refers to the fact that her husband, WWE legend Triple H, suffered a cardiac event last summer that resulted in a near-death experience. Currently, Triple H is back with WWE behind the scenes on a limited basis right now.

SOURCE SPORTS: WWE’s Big E Breaks Neck During Latest ‘Friday Night Smackdown’ Broadcast

big e

WWE superstar Big E suffered a broken neck live on air during the latest episode of Friday Night Smackdown. Big E was teaming with Kofi Kingston against Sheamus and Ridge Holland when he took an overhead belly-to-belly suplex from Holland, landing on his head.

After the match, fans expressed their concern for the former WWE champion on social media, with the wrestler then posting a video where he gave an update on his condition and confirmed he had suffered a broken neck.

“can move all of my digits,” he said while wiggling his fingers at the camera. “you see that that’s nice, that’s always a good thing. Strength feels fine.

“But unfortunately, right now, they tell me my neck is broken. So there’s that. But, once again, thank you, everybody, I’m going to be all right. I’l lbe good, don’t worry, go to sleep, don’t worry about old me. But, for real, thank you. And I appreciate all of you, for real.”

Big E has subsequently posted another update revealing that his C-1 and C-6 discs are fractured. Still, there is no damage to his spinal cord or ligaments, meaning no surgery is necessary, and he remains upbeat.

“As bad as a broken neck sounds, they don’t always require surgery,” says Sutterer. “Depending on where the fracture is… sometimes they can simply be treated by wearing a hard cervical collar, which we saw Big E already wearing.”

No timetable as to if or when Big E will return to the ring. WWWE’sbiggest show of the year, WrestleMania, is three weeks away. Big E’s involvement in that show seems to be unlikely.
