Fivio Foreign Gets Mercilessly Clowned For His Timberland Boot Tattoo

Fivio Foreign is a very proud New York rapper, but an homage to an iconic style stereotype of The Big Apple’s is taking that pride a little too far in some’s eyes. You may have seen the big Timberland boot print tattoo that he got on his right leg – which he got while wearing Timbs, of course. It resulted in a barrage of jokes and memes at the Brooklyn drill MC’s expense, whether it was because of the ridiculousness of the concept, its implications, or his excitement to share it with the world. Either way, we doubt that the “Living Legend” lyricist cares too much. After all, it’s his leg, not yours.

Still, if you want to have a good chuckle, check out some reactions to Fivio Foreign’s new Timb tattoo further down below. Elsewhere, he’s spreading rumors about next year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show featuring Kendrick Lamar, and about a very interesting beef-related possibility. “I heard that Kendrick is going to bring out Lil Wayne,” the 34-year-old alleged on Instagram Live. “Then Lil Wayne is going to bring out Drake, then Kendrick is going to squash their beef.”

Fivio Foreign’s New Timberland Boot Tattoo

Whether that’s true or not, Fivio Foreign actually has a couple of conspiracy theories to share online related to his peers in the rap game. One of them revolves around fellow New Yorker Ice Spice and why guys hate on her so much. “B***hes hate Spice cuz n***as love spice,” he tweeted back in early September. If only he could spark up a theory as to why people are hating on his new tattoo…

Fans React

Of course, Fivio Foreign’s getting cooked online for more serious, but simultaneously more viral reasons. He’s a big Trump supporter, recently lending his presence at a Pennsylvania rally and even making a song about his endorsement of the convicted former president. No matter where folks’ political opinion swayed, many of them were just befuddled to see a rapper get involved in the electoral space, even though it always happens. Maybe they just didn’t expect Fivio to be the one to do so. Nevertheless, no one’s questioning that he would be the one to get a Timb tat.

A$AP Rocky Sprints In Timbs While In Paris

A$AP Rocky’s been a busy man in Paris, and new footage and reports from his visit are as goofy as they are lavish. Moreover, the “Everyday” MC recently filmed a video with his crew in the city, although it’s unclear whether it’s for anything other than a music video. Regardless, Rocky seemed to have a great time during the shoot, doing a wheelie on a bicycle and turning up with his entourage. Furthermore, recent footage shows the Harlem native sprinting down a street while wearing Timberlands, which could be a reaction GIF of its own. The Timbs are sacred, Rocky, so be careful with them when you run.

In addition, reports surfaced that he and his girlfriend Rihanna are reportedly house-hunting in Paris, as well. Photographers spotted them at various properties, including second-floor apartments and three-story houses. As such, many wonder just how much time the couple will spend in France over the foreseeable future. As one of music’s most successful and discussed power couples of the moment, such a luxury certainly isn’t out of reach for the two artists.

A$AP Rocky Runs Through Paris In Timbs

Also, A$AP Rocky and RiRi have been, unsurprisingly, serving looks around the city during their stay. No matter how low-key they try to be, people follow them around everywhere, and their stylish outfits don’t make that any easier. While going out for some food, the A$AP mogul wore a mid-wash denim jacket with black sunglasses. On her end, the “Diamonds” singer boasted her baby bump with a bright and cropped yellow sweater and sleek purple velvet pants. For anyone looking for inspirations for a drip upgrade, just check out the pics that paparazzi are able to snag from these two.

Meanwhile, fans eagerly anticipate Rocky’s next studio album, reportedly titled Don’t Be Dumb, which will be his first in five years following 2018’s TESTING. Given that he will headline Rolling Loud Miami this year, die-hards expect another great performance with hopefully no external issues this time around. It also gives hope that Don’t Be Dumb launches sooner rather than later. As far as when this album will drop, we’ll all have to wait and see. Regardless, stay posted on HNHH for the latest updates and news on A$AP Rocky.

Lola Brooke Was Celebrated For ‘Carrying Hip-Hop Into The Next 50 Years’ In Timberland’s Anniversary Campaign

Lil Kim told her audience at the Apollo Theater last month that she’s “so proud” of Lola Brooke before the two New York rappers performed Brooke’s “Don’t Play With It” together. Timberland has noticed Brooke’s potential, too.

The iconic brand shared its Hip-Hop Royalty Boot last week in honor of the 50th anniversaries of both hip-hop and Timberland. Brooke is the star of the accompanying 30-second campaign.

“The Original Timberland® Boot and Hip Hop were born in 1973 — that’s 50 years of an iconic combination,” Timberland captioned a joint Instagram post with Brooke. “Hip Hop has impacted our brand enormously over the past five decades, so we’re proud to present Brooklyn MC, @lola.brooke, who is one of the voices carrying Hip Hop into the next 50 years, in the Timberland® Hip Hop Royalty Boot.”

The collection is available here.

In the video, Brooke narrates, “This is not a boot. This is how we thrive. It’s truth in living color, where the art comes alive. This is the cypher circling ’round the globe. Every gender, every nation adding to the flow. No limits to the vision. We defy definition. This is not a boot. It’s 50 years of ambition.”

Brooke discussed her lifelong ambition with Uproxx last month.

“Since a little girl, I’ve been saying that I wanted to be this entertainer,” the Brooklyn native said. “Sometimes you get discouraged because when you don’t receive the good feedback [that you wanted]. It just means that you got to keep working.”

She continued, “[There are] a lot of people that you going up against that want that same spotlight, so regardless if you’re not in competition with everybody else, the people will make you in competition with everybody else. So you got to find a way of being different so that you won’t get caught up in the drama and still win.”

Brooke is racking up more wins as the opener on A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s Me Vs. Myself Tour. See the remaining dates here.

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is a Warner Music artist. Uproxx is an independent subsidiary of Warner Music Group.

Reported as a weekly series, “So You Think You Can Fight” will be an hour-long show that pairs a celebrity action star with a pro fighter, each who will select an amateur boxer through a global talent search and competition audience voting and participation. The selected contestants will undergo a series of mental and physical training, fighting against each other with one winner for each division — lightweight, heavyweight, and MMA. The show’s winner will go on to a pro bout on a Triller Fight Club main event to launch their pro boxing career.

“So You Think You Can Fight” is slated to premiere late-2022 on Triller’s new streaming platform, Triller Verzuz TV, formed by TrillerNet’s recent acquisition of the Timberland and Swizz Beatz-created live streaming channel Verzuz and global live event streaming platform, FiteTv.

“Triller has built something extraordinary, and they truly have their finger on the pulse of where live event entertainment is headed,” Lythgoe said. “As a lifelong fan of music and boxing, I am thrilled to be getting into the ring with Ryan, Snoop and the whole Triller team to join their disruptive and innovative journey. Everyone is fighting for something in this world, and I’m excited to tell the many fascinating stories behind the raised gloves.”

“Nigel Lythgoe is a giant among giants, and his new role at Triller is a total game-changer for us,” said Ryan Kavanaugh, co-owner of Triller Fight Club parent company TrillerNet. “Nigel has changed the face of competition-based television around the world, and there is no one better to help us bring the excitement of Triller Fight Club to our global audiences, both through our exciting new streaming series and by adding his visionary storytelling abilities to our Fight Club events. We could not be more excited to welcome Nigel to the Triller team.”

“Boxing and dancing share the same movements and the same rhythm, and who better to take Fight Club to the next level that the person who brought the world ‘American Idol’ and ‘So You Think You Can Dance,’ the iconic talent discovery platforms where music, competition, movement and showmanship all count towards the victory, which in our case is hopefully by a knockout,” said Triller Fight Club partner Snoop Dogg.
