Kai Cenat Does “Spiderman” Skit With Zendaya Lookalike: Watch

Kai Cenat brought a special guest onto a recent stream – a lookalike of actress Zendaya. His audience went wild as the woman looked very much like the Marvel star. Furthermore, Cenat had a little fun with the woman, dressing up in a Spiderman costume and re-enacting some movie scenes and a few viral moments that Zendaya has been involved in.

While the woman was very convincing, some people online made an interesting point. “She look like rue lmao not zendaya if that makes sense,” one person wrote on Instagram in what was a fairly common sentiment. The perspective refers to the notion that woman is embodying Zendaya’s Euphoria character as opposed to the actress herself.

Kai Cenat Reacts To GloRilla Blocking Him

Elsewhere, Cenat was shocked to learn that he had picked up another high-profile block. Cenat learned on stream that GloRilla had blocked him on social media following his especially harsh critique of her latest single, “Cha Cha Cha”. While the song has earned a fairly mixed reaction, Cenat was especially harsh. He claimed to have felt betrayed by the release and proceeded to extensively trash the song and its music video. Honestly, it’s unsurprising that GloRilla blocked him given how hard he went in on her new track.

However, it is just the second musical star to block Cenat in the last few months. In a previous stream, Cenat learned that SZA had blocked him. However, this one wasn’t over a musical critique. Instead, the singer appeared to have blocked the streamer after he tried to shoot his shot in her DMs. Cenat appeared to be pretty heartbroken by that one, having previously expressed a crush on SZA and lamenting that he had been working to get her on stream. It just seems as though Cenat, despite his popularity, has a hard time staying on the good side of the people he looks up to.

Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin Could Make A Return One Day, “That’s A Great Role,” Actor Says

No one loves the Green Goblin more than Willem Dafoe. In an interview with Inverse, he went on record stating that he would be down to star as the beloved villain for a third time. The actor was mostly speaking with the outlet to promote the new thriller film he is starring in. Titled Inside, his newest project centers around an art thief who becomes trapped inside a penthouse. Of course, the topic eventually landed on his time on the Spider-Man set.

2002 is the first time that Dafoe brought the character to life for superhero movie lovers. Apart from showing his acting chops, the role sparked an ongoing meme trend that is still relevant (and hilarious) to this day. Almost 20 years later, the 67-year-old revised his role as the green menace in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Although less meme material was involved, fans were still thrilled to see their favorite bad guy back in action. Still, few were more thrilled than the performer himself.

Willem Dafoe Lives For The Complexity Of The Green Goblin

According to Dafoe, the Green Goblin – or Norman Osborne’s complexity is why he enjoys taking on the complicated character so much. There is a famous Jekyll-and-Hyde approach to the role that sparked the interest of fans and actors alike. When asked if he would be willing to reprise the role, the Wisconsin native answered, “If everything was right, sure. I mean that’s a great role. I like the fact that it’s a double role, both times.” While the possibility of a third on-screen appearance is unlikely, it’s not impossible. As fans know, the Marvel Universe leaves a lot of room for new stories and developments to brew.

Since his first rendition of the famous villain, Willem Dafoe has expanded his portfolio significantly. The films he’s starred in have varied in genre and tone, however, it’s apparent he has a knack for portraying evil and bizarre characters. Aside from the Green Goblin, one of his best-known performances takes place in The Lighthouse. His latest project, Inside, came out on March 17th, and audiences are already raving about his work. Stay tuned for more pop culture and movie news updates.

Air Jordan 1 “Across The Spider-Verse” Gets A Closer Look

As if there was not enough Spider-Man news to keep us on our feet this week, we now have a closer look at the new Air Jordan 1 and “Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse” collaboration. Set to release on May 20, 2023, this new sneaker has all of our spidey senses in check. The news follows the announcement of Tom Holland’s reprisal of Peter Parker in a fourth Spider-Man installment.

Many might be familiar with the 2018 “Origin Story” Air Jordan 1, made in collaboration with “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”. That pair takes on a Chicago-inspired colorway, while this Air Jordan 1 High goes for a multiverse look composed of different textiles and prints. Some of the textiles include patent leather, a translucent red outsole, and a comic book motif on the collar. The “University Red/Black/White” colorway features tones that imitate the motion-animation style of the animated Miles Morales/Spider-Man films that the shoe is inspired by. A clean white sole is accented by vibrant red panels and black patent leather and Swooshes at the ankles.

Further detailing arrives in the form of Wing’s designs at the ankle, signature “Nike Air” tongue tags, and printed insoles. Completing the design of the shoe are white midsoles and sheer red rubber outsoles. Elsewhere, elevating the shoe is a white midsole and a sheer red rubber outsole. With the vibrant hues of the shoe, styling can be fairly fun. You can go basic with a white tee and loose-fit light, dark, or medium-wash jeans. For accessories, you can never go wrong with a matching red fit and your everyday silver or gold jewelry.

You could also channel Miles Morales’s Brooklyn superhero look with a matching red sweater and a bomber or puffer jacket overtop for when you rock the shoe on those colder Spring days. Finish the look off with dark-wash denim and you are practically ready to fight some light crime. The “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse x Air Jordan 1 High” releases for $200 in full-family sizing. Unique packaging celebrating the release of the film will surround the shoe. We expect the pair to release on the SNKRS app and select retailers.
