The Toronto star boasts a wide-range of guests on his project, like Travis Scott, Lil Baby, Lil Uzi Vert, and more.

While there are many highlights on the project, the Wheezy-produced “One Time” is certainly one of the most memorable record on the project. With assistance from Don Toliver and Future, Nav basks in his fame and the ups and downs that come along with the lifestyle.

Nicki Minaj Drops “Super Freaky Girl (Queen Mix)” Ft. JT, BIA, Akbar V, Maliibu Miitch & Katie Got Bandz

Nicki Minaj recently notched her first #1 solo single on the charts with “Super Freaky Girl” but it looks like she’s aiming to keep up the momentum with the highly-anticipated remix.

After dropping cryptic hints and teasers, Nick James came through with the megamix for her latest hit single alongside a slew of talented female rappers including City Girls’ JT, BIA, Akbar V, Maliibu Mitch, and Katie Got Bandz. The song largely serves to highlight the talent on the record as Nicki holds down hypeman duties across the record and each rapper holds it down for their respective city. However, she does serve up a new verse after Maliibu Miitch holds it down for New York City.

Though “Super Freaky Girl” is one of the biggest tracks of the year, Nicki transformed the hit record into a necessary posse cut where she embraces the new talent that came after her.

Check the song below.

Saucy Santana Admits “I’m Too Much” On New Single

His career has been a meteoric rise that began on social media and has landed him on The Tonight Show, and Saucy Santana isn’t slowing down. In a matter of just a few years, the Florida hitmaker has gone from being Yung Miami’s best friend to an influential social media star to a hitmaking artist, and he returns this New Music Friday (September 9) with his next single, “I’m Too Much.”

The rapper is known for tracks like “Walk,” “Booty” with Latto, and his Madonna-assister remix to “Material Girl.” This time, he one again flies solo on a song that stays in the same twerking, party-filled vibe that Santana is known for. John Legend & Rick Ross Collide On “Rounds”

At he prepares for his performance at the Emmy Awards ceremony on September 12, John Legend is also celebrating the release of his eighth studio album, LEGEND. The R&B crooner has shared singles like “Dope” with Dreamville’s J.I.D and “All She Wanna Do” featuring Saweetie, and on Friday (September 9), the album arrived in all of its glory.

Legend takes care to sonically balance an old school feel with a new school take, and in a press release, he expressed how his ancestral story was instrumental in the crafting of his record.

“I never feel divorced from my ancestors,” said Legend. “I have such reverence for my musical heritage, that I don’t feel like I need to leave it behind to be adventurous, or creative, or to try something new. When I’m creating something new, I’m still hearing the voices and influences of Stevie, Marvin, Curtis, Aretha, Nina, Donny and Prince. Black musicians have always been at the forefront of innovation in music. But where I think Hip Hop is always about what’s new, with Soul music, we are a bit more nostalgic … and hopefully what we’ve been able to do with LEGEND is that synthesis of looking forward, but also connecting with where we come from.”

On LEGEND, the singer partnered with Rick Ross on the introductory track “Rounds,” and it’s a production that you may not expect to hear these two collide on. It’s one of several standouts for the Chicago icon, so stream “Rounds” and make sure to check out LEGEND, as well.

Ari Lennox Heats Things Up On “Leak It” Ft. Chlöe

This age/sex/location album has been a long time coming, but Ari Lennox’s sophomore effort has finally arrived. The R&B singer has long expressed her excitement about releasing new music, but like others in her position, the ins and outs of the industry put the release on pause. For this New Music Friday (September 9), Lennox returns triumphantly with her newly-shared record, and we’re highlighting “Leak It” featuring Chlöe, a sultry track that shows both ladies singing about what goes down in the bedroom.

“This album is the transitional space before my current eat pray love journey [red heart emojis],” Ari wrote in an Instagram post. “Chloe you are the realest angel. A super legend ready to take over the world that’s rightfully yours. Don’t know anyone who works as hard as you other than cole and lil baby.”

Lil Kim Joins Megan Thee Stallion For “Plan B” Remix

Fresh off the release of her sophomore album, Traumazine, Megan Thee Stallion is still blessing the hotties new music. This time around, the Grammy Award winning rapper teamed up with hip hop veteran Lil Kim to deliver the highly anticipated remix to Megan’s “Plan B.” Last month, Kim teased the collaboration via Instagram, sharing a photo of two female arms intertwined with champagne flutes in hand. Last week, she posted the full photo of herself alongside Megan Thee Stallion living it up on a private jet.

On Thursday (September 8), Funk Flex premiered the “Plan B (Remix)” on his Hot 97 Radio Show, and listeners quickly assumed Kim was throwing shots at Nicki Minaj and her son, Papa Bear, when she rapped: “Your father’s a b****, your brother’s a b***. Keep acting like this and your son ‘gon be a b****.” Although Nicki has yet to respond to the claims, 50 Cent believes Kim was taking shots at the “Super Freaky Girl” rapper. He posted a photo of Lil Kim to his Instagram page with the caption, “@Nickiminaj you better light her a*** up. She said something about the baby, he baby eye f**** up.”

Roddy Ricch Tributes ODB On “Ghetto Superstar” Ft. Doe Boy & G Herbo

Roddy Ricch’s Live Life Fast was an unfortunate case of the sophomore slump. The Compton rapper returned to the drawing board in the past few months, as he’s teased new music. He dropped off the Big 3 EP earlier this year as he’s continued to tease the third installment in the Feed The Streets series.

Today, it appears that he might have officially kicked off the campaign. His latest offering “Ghetto Superstar” ft. Doe Boy and G Herbo is an homage of sorts to the late ODB that includes production from Mustard and Southside. The Memphis-fluenced banger was teased last week and brings Roddy Ricch, Doe Boy and G Herbo together for a braggadocious, eerie banger that offers promising insight into what Roddy has up his sleeves.

Get your bitch up off my D, I’m not my Cuban, I don’t link

Sweep his ass like seven games, I come through clutch, I did a three

Bryson Tiller Takes On Ying Yang Twins Sample On “Outside”

It looks like a new album from Bryson Tiller will be arriving soon. The R&B singer’s teased a new body of work to follow-up his 2021 holiday album, A Different Christmas, over the past few weeks but he recently confirmed a new single would be arriving. Given that he hasn’t dropped too much music this year, with the exception of a few features, fans were curious to hear what direction he’d be going on his next album.

Today, he gave fans a first glimpse of what to expect with the release of “Outside.” Produced by Jack Uriah, Neil Dominique, Vinylz, and Wow Jones, the upbeat record finds Bryson Tiller tackling a familiar sample from Ying Yang Twins’ “Whisper Song.” However, he ditches the overt raunchy lyrical content for a sultry bop that’s bound to soundtrack the fall days.

Montreality Takes It To Toronto & Ottawa With New Cypher Ft. Charmaine, NF Portion, TwoTiime, Velow & YTN Paco

Montreality is putting on for Canada. Though they’ve turned into a staple for hip-hop and R&B interviews, they recently began unveiling cyphers as part of a new series that highlights talents across Canada. The first edition included two cyphers from rappers out of Montreal, both English and French. Those that never looked at Montreality as a hotbed for hip-hop talent were quickly put on notice.

This week, Montreality unveiled the latest in their freestyle series highlighting a few of the best new acts to come out of Ontario, predominantly Toronto. Artists like Portion, Velow, YTN Paco, and Juno award-winning Charmaine hold it down for the 6ix while TwoTiime puts on for Ottawa.
