Air Jordan 1 Mid “Wear Away” Coming Soon: Photos

Air Jordan 1 Mid colorways have been in high demand as of late. If you are a fan of this silhouette, you have certainly been eating well, and Jumpman has even more offerings for you on the horizon. In fact, it seems like the next Air Jordan 1 Mid will actually use the wear-away uppers that have become so popular on sneakers like the Dunk Low and even the Air Jordan 1 High OG.

In the images down below, you can see that this colorway starts out in a basic state. The base of the sneaker is white and the overlays are black. This is a classic color scheme, but it eventually evolves into something unique. As you can tell from the photos, the black leather chips away into a dark orange finish that gives the shoe some immediate Fall vibes.

Unfortunately, this shoe does not yet have a release date, although you can expect these to drop relatively soon. Air Jordan 1 Elevate Low Surfaces In “Lucky Green”

There have been various Air Jordan 1 variations over the years. One of them is the Air Jordan 1 Elevate Low, which is a take on the platform shoe craze. This is mostly a shoe tailored towards women, much in the same vein as the iconic Puma Fenty Creeper. It’s a sneaker that has developed a fanbase as of late, and there is no doubt that fans have been looking for more new colorways.

One such colorway is the “Lucky Green” model which can be found below. As you can see in these official images, the shoe has a mostly white leather base to it, while green overlays are placed on top. From there, the Nike swoosh and the tongue are black which creates some contrast between the white and the green.

At the time of writing this, an exact release date has not been revealed, however, you can expect these to drop in December for a price of $145 USD. Air Jordan 2 “Chicago” Coming This Year: Best Look Yet

One sneaker that is having a bit of a moment right now is the Air Jordan 2. This shoe was not very popular just a few years ago, but now, it is getting plenty of love in the form of collabs, new colorways, and, of course, retros. This is great news for fans of this silhouette who have felt left behind by the focus on the Air Jordan 1, 3, 4, and many others.

One shoe that is going to come back this year, is the Air Jordan 2 “Chicago.” This is a classic, and according to @zsneakerheadz, this shoe has some fresh in-hand images, which can be seen below. As you can see, this sneaker stays true to the original thanks to a white leather base and a black midsole. Surrounding this is a red back heel that brings in those Bulls aesthetics. It’s an iconic look that any fan can appreciate.

For now, this shoe is slated to release on December 30th of this year, however, an official release date has yet to be revealed by Jordan Brand. Lyrical Lemonade x Nike Air Force 1 Low Release Date Revealed

Cole Bennett’s Lyrical Lemonade has accomplished a lot in a very short amount of time. The brand has delivered a ton of iconic music videos while also helping bolster the success of some of the biggest artists in hip-hop. Lyrical Lemonade also has a successful music festival in Chicago, which just goes to show that fans love what the imprint is doing for the genre.

Now, Lyrical Lemonade is getting its very own Nike Air Force 1 Low. As you can see in the images below, the shoe will have a white leather upper, with a yellow Nike swoosh. From there, the Lyrical Lemonade logo will go near the back heel, on the side. The most impressive part of the shoe is the packaging which has Lyrical Lemonade branding all the way throughout.

Baby Keem Inks New Deal With Converse

Baby Keem has been making a massive splash in the music industry as of late. Last year, Keem delivered his debut album The Melodic Blue which was praised by both fans and critics. From there, he has gone on tour with Kendrick Lamar, and he has also been part of the festival circuit, including appearances at Rolling Loud Miami.

With that being said, it should come as no surprise that there are brands looking to work with him. Keem is one of those artists who has a very clear artistic vision for himself, and brands are taking notice of what he can bring to any given partnership.

Now, Keem will be bringing that vision to Converse, which is a brand that already boasts the services of his family member, Kendrick Lamar. Taking to Instagram today, Keem showed off a video of himself holding up a pair of Chuck Taylor’s, while also showcasing a new record simply dubbed “LP2.” Needless to say, new music is on the horizon.

It remains to be seen what Keem will be doing with the brand, although new kicks could perhaps be in the cards.

Nike LeBron 20 “Laser Blue” Drops Soon: Photos

LeBron James’ 20th NBA season is promising to be a good one, and his 20th signature shoe is one to match. He has gone back to low-cut sneakers and fans could not be any happier about this. The latest offering to be shown off is this “Laser Blue” model, below. As you can see, this gorgeous colorway starts out with a mostly blue upper that is extremely pronounced. Adidas has made it clear that Yeezy is their property for the time being, and moving forward, they will continue with a string of releases that will most certainly be copped by all of the sneakerheads out there.

The latest Yeezy release is going to be the Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 MNVN. As you can see below, this new “Analog” colorway is actually laceless, which is a relatively new direction for this silhouette. As for the colorway itself, it is a simple white and black with some silver lettering on the side. It’s basic, but it gets the job done.

Kanye West’s Extremely Rare Kicks To Be Sold At Auction

Kanye West has worn some impressive sneakers over the years. Back in the late 2000s, he was mostly wearing shoes from Jordan Brand and Nike thanks to his deal with the Oregon-based brands. Of course, his work with Nike is seen as iconic, especially when you consider how he is in the midst of severing ties with Adidas.

Having said that, Ye has a unique collection of shoes in his vault, and now, two of these sneakers are making their way to the auction block. The kicks in question are the “Grammy” Nike Air Yeezy 1 and the “Donda” Air Jordan 6 sample, which are being sold by Christie’s.

The “Grammy” Air Yeezy 1 was worn all the way back in 2008 during Kanye’s emotional Grammys performance. It is a shoe that is mostly covered in black material while tan is found on the outsole.

As for the “Donda” Air Jordan 6 sample, we are met with a white and red shoe that features patterns all throughout the overlays. They are both interesting kicks in their own right, and there are worth a whole lot of money.

According to Sole Collection, the Air Yeezy 1 is slated to sell for $2.5 million while the Donda 6 sample is going to go for $1 million. If you want to place a bid, you can do so at Christies.com.

Tyler, The Creator’s Converse x Golf le Fleur GLF 2.0 Has Arrived

Tyler, the Creator, and Converse have been working together for a few years now. This partnership has led to some impressive sneaker releases and when you think of the Golf le Fleur imprint, quality always seems to come to mind. That is especially true with Tyler’s latest Converse release which has been dubbed the Converse x Golf le Fleur GLF 2.0.

In the official images below, you can see the first colorway of the shoe which is just white. The white leather upper is complemented by some color as the hangtag that says “Golf le Fleur” is blue. From there, we have pastel Golf le Fleur branding on the tongue and the outsole. It all comes together nicely in a shoe that honors the synergy between Converse and Tyler, the Creator.

Of course, one such model is the Air Jordan 1 Utility which is known for having big airbag-like pockets on the sides and even the back heel. These pockets are for storage and while some might find these tacky, hikers might find them incredibly useful.

This is a shoe that has received a few colorways to start out with, and for the most part, they have been quite interesting. Now, we have the “Neutral Olive” scheme below, which despite its name, is quite flashy. For instance, the base of the shoe is shiny silver, while the neutral olive glistens over top.
