“Baddies Caribbean” Auditions Result In Chaos & Ambulance Assistance

The Baddies Caribbean auditions went about as well as one would expect from a wild and high-octane Zeus Network reality television show. Moreover, a new promo clip emerged online of how fans and hopeful case members reacted to the arrival of the auditions’ three judges: Natalie Nunn, Shenseea, and Spice. For folks looking to get into this reality series now with this new spinoff, maybe they can check out the recent Baddies East reunion for a sneak peek. But this new program indicates plenty of signs, like Nunn pouring a bottle of liquor down someone in line’s throat, that these ladies love to have fun.

However, things were just as hectic, chaotic, and combative as the Baddies shows tend to be by default. For example, a fight broke out among those waiting for their audition in line, and it roped in a lot of other passerby before security stepped in to cool things down. In addition, someone called an ambulance for a woman who apparently passed out after intoxication, although this is unconfirmed at press time. As for the auditions themselves, social media reacted pretty fervently to all the antics that ensued during them.

Baddies Caribbean Auditions Were As Wild As You’d Think: Watch

Unfortunately for everyone involved in the Baddies crew, there’s a bit more bad press going on around the show than usual. Still, this isn’t exactly because of one of the cast members, but because of a debated controversy that she is a part of. Tee Kissen of Baddies East accused Los Angeles Lakers player Christian Wood of abusive threats and behavior in his relationship with her friend, the mother of his child. It’s still unclear exactly what happened here, and it remains a hot topic on social media.

Meanwhile, Natalie Nunn is also dealing with some drama after Fivio Foreign claimed that she’s cheating. No matter where you look, there’s always something of note going on with this franchise, for better or worse. Let’s see how this new spinoff will add to the canon. On that note, stay posted on HNHH for the latest news and more updates on Baddies.

The Weeknd Reveals What “The Idol” Was Meant To Do

The Weeknd has been catching a whole lot of flack for his brand-new show, The Idol. The show was created by himself and the likes of Sam Levinson. Overall, Levinson is a controversial figure, especially when you consider the themes found in shows like Euphoria. As for The Idol, there is a lot of sex, abuse, and all kinds of harassment. Ultimately, it is not a show for the faint of heart. Although, most of the criticism stems from the cringy writing and bad acting from Abel.

Throughout the last few weeks, The Weeknd hasn’t been shy when responding to the hate. For instance, he has consistently gone back and forth with fans on Twitter. Additionally, he has done a few interviews in which he has defended the show and what it stands for. In a recent interview with Variety, the artist revealed that he always knew the show was going to be controversial. Furthermore, he sees this entire series as an educational one.

The Weeknd Speaks

“We’re playing with genres with this show, we’re doing exactly what we wanted to do,” The Weeknd said. “And none of this is a surprise. I’m excited for everyone to watch the rest of the show. […] “It’s almost educational, that this is what comes with being incredibly famous. You’re surrounded by people who you’re not sure what their true intentions are, even if it seems like they’re good. You just never know.” No matter what, it is clear that The Weeknd and Levinson believe in their new show.

While some fans continue to rail about the new show, it remains clear that this will continue to be a huge hit. At this point, there is really nothing anyone involved with the series can do about it. However, if the series improves as each episode goes on, then perhaps people will change their minds. Let us know what you think of this series so far, in the comments section down below.

HBO Announces “Big Bang Theory” Spin-Off

They say the whole universe was in a hot dense state and then nearly fourteen billion years ago again, expansion started. HBO knows a thing or two about expansion, especially after their investor showcase on April 12. Among the major announcements were the launch of Max, replacing HBO Max, and a 10-year Harry Potter TV project. A new Game of Thrones prequel called The Hedge Knight was also revealed.

The Big Bang Theory was not an HBO Original. The science-centric sitcom about four scientists at Cal Tech ran for 12 years on CBS. However, HBO bought the US streaming rights in 2020 after the show’s final season. Regarding well in its early years but somewhat loathed by its end, The Big Bang Theory got a Wonder Years-esque prequel in 2017. Now, it’s getting a full-blown spin-off on HBO.

HBO Tease “Big Bang Theory” Spin-Off But Provide No Details

It goes without saying that the Big Bang Theory spin-off is in the earliest stages of development. So much so, that it has not yet officially been ordered to series. However, it is believed to be following in the mold of Young Sheldon and producing one-hour episodes. The show will feature a largely new cast, with cameos from the original actors. Big Bang Theory ended with de facto main character Dr. Sheldon Cooper winning a Nobel Prize. It is unclear if the new show would maintain the nerd-culture atmosphere, complete with numerous special guests.

The news is reminiscent of Hulu’s How I Met Your Father, a show that took the broad concept of CBS’ How I Met Your Mother but is not a continuation. If we had to guess, HBO’s Big Bang Theory project will follow the work and personal lives of a group of scientists at a different prestigious scientific institute. And much like How I Met Your Father, the show would utilize the original cast to make cameo appearances. However, it appears to be a shift away from the “filmed in front of a studio audience” sitcom that The Big Bang Theory was. The show will be executive produced by Big Bang Theory co-creator Chuck Lorre. Lorre is also already working with HBO on How To Be A Bookie.

Common’s “Silo” Series Trailer Lands Via Apple TV+

Whether Common is onstage or onscreen, his talent always shines through. The rapper and actor has added another television project to his already extensive resume, proving his ability to transcend industries flawlessly. Common took to his Instagram on Tuesday (March 7) to share a teaser of Silo, where he stars alongside Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Robbins, Rashida Jones, and David Oyelowo. This star-studded cast also boasts Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, and Avi Nash and will premiere on Apple TV+ on May 5th.

Alongside the trailer, the 50-year-old wrote, “I’m so honored and excited to be a part of this great piece of art. I’m equally excited for y’all to see it. ‘Silo’ is special. It’s got something.” As showcased in the preview, the dystopian series follows the residents of a post-apocalyptic community restricted to living in an underground silo. Directed by Morten Tyldum, the show is based on Hugh Howey’s book series of the same name.

Common Says “‘Silo’ Is Special”

Silo doesn’t mark Common’s first notable acting role. In fact, the “When We Move” rapper already holds a significant list of films and television roles under his belt, including The Informer, Never Have I Ever, and Hunter Killer. The talented artist also dipped his feet into theatre last year, with his Broadway debut in Between Riverside and Crazy. In an interview with Pix 11, he noted how he always “dreamed” about performing on stage. “When I got this role, I called my mother like I had gotten my first record contract. Haha! It was that much joy,” Common enthusiastically reflected.

Even with two other film projects underway (Fool’s Paradise and Breathe), Common hasn’t neglected his musical roots. In fact, last year he composed the soundtrack to Ramy Youssef’s Mo alongside Karriem Riggins and Patrick Warren, which resulted in a short and jazzy collection of 13 instrumental songs. Additionally, the South Side rapper joined forces with Bonny Gonz on “Outcome X,” which dropped last October. Regardless of what project this Grammy award winner puts his hands on, it’s likely that the resulting art will amount to gold. For more news on hip-hop and pop culture, stay in touch with HNHH.
