4. The Ward (2010)
Set in the 1960s, this movie follows Kristen (played by Amber Heard), a young woman who is found wandering and burning down a farmhouse. Alice seems particularly connected to a dark secret from the hospital’s past, and Kristen must unravel the mystery to survive. 3. They Live (1988)
