WWE Wrestler Randy Orton Humiliates Soulja Boy With Twitter Diss

WWE wrestler Randy Orton is currently engaged in an on-screen feud with “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt but, on the internet, he’s been coming after a well-known rapper who seemingly has an interest in stepping into the squared circle. While Orton is scheduled to face The Fiend at WrestleMania 37, it’s possible that Soulja Boy might end up interfering in the match with the way the “Crank Dat” rapper continues to antagonize Orton on Twitter.

Big Draco took a shot at Randy Orton after weeks of their off-screen feud, calling him a “p***y” and a “b*tch”. Responding to one of the posts, the 14-time world champion felt like putting Soulja in his place again, dissing him and his manhood.

“My d*ck taller then you. Weighs more too,” wrote Randy in his response. “Go to bed you f*cking infant. You’re welcome for the boost. Go choke on a keyboard.” Of course, Soulja Boy had some words in his reply, going back to his often-used diss about Randy’s ring gear. “Bro you wear thongs. Leather thongs at that,” joked the rapper. “Stop the cap. My money taller than you. To be real I think you scared of me. All that talk I’ll smack the sh*t out u.”

With the way these two have gone at one another online, it really feels like we could be in for a Soulja Boy appearance at WrestleMania. Do you think he’ll show up to help The Fiend win?

Lil Nas X Claps Back At Joyner Lucas’ ‘Montero’ Criticism: There’s ‘Lean And Adultery In ‘Old Town Road”

Lil Nas X’s new “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” video has become a moment since its release last week, partially because reactions have been mixed. Some admire the clip’s creativity and execution (like Big Sean) while others pushed back against the imagery of Hell and the devil. It turns out Joyner Lucas has a foot in both camps and Nas has shared his thoughts on the criticism from his fellow rapper.

In a pair of tweets, Lucas (who became a trending topic on Twitter after posting about the video) started by praising the clip before noting the video’s potential impact on children: “That @LilNasX video is wild but as a artist he doing everything he supposed to do. Creating viral moments, making people talk, & creating content he already knew you was going to react to. It’s a formula guaranteed to work. I doubt he actually worships the devil. I think the biggest problem for me is the fact he dont understand ‘old town road’ is every kids anthem. Children love him for that record. They tuned in and subscribed to his channels. So with no disclaimer he just dropped some left field ish & all our kids seen it. Smh”

Nas had a response ready, tweeting, “i literally sing about lean & adultery in old town road. u decided to let your child listen. blame yourself.”

Nas has a point. Despite how popular his global hit became with fans of all ages, the song features lyrics that probably won’t be repeated on Sesame Street any time soon. Specifically, Nas was referring to the song’s second verse: “Ridin’ on a tractor / Lean all in my bladder / Cheated on my baby / You can go and ask her / My life is a movie / Bull ridin’ and boobies / Cowboy hat from Gucci / Wrangler on my booty.”

The Weeknd Hints At Even More To Come In The ‘After Hours’ Era

It’s been a tremendously long album cycle for The Weeknd’s After Hours. The album’s journey began when “Heartless” and “Blinding Lights” were released as singles in late November 2019, and after performing at this year’s Super Bowl, it appears The Weeknd isn’t done with After Hours just yet.

Over the weekend, The Weeknd took to Twitter to declare that he is getting in on the NFT craze with a release of his own, tweeting, “new song living in NFT space. coming soon.” Hours later, he suggested that there’s more to come in regards to After Hours, tweeting, “p.s. this chapter isn’t quite done yet …” He then added, “still tying some loose ends.”

That said, if The Weeknd was done pushing After Hours now, he will have left behind a prosperous era of which he can be proud. “Blinding Lights,” “Save Your Tears,” and “Heartless” achieved respective Billboard Hot 100 chart peaks of Nos. 1, 2, and 3, while “In Your Eyes” managed to top out at No. 13. “Blinding Lights” was the best-selling song of 2020 and it recently became the first song to ever spend a full year in the top 10 of the Hot 100; On the current chart, it sits at No. 6.

Nick Young Apologizes To Lil Nas X, Blames Twitter Hackers

When Lil Nas X dropped “MONTERO” on Friday, he immediately became a trending topic on Twitter as various people were upset about his use of devilish imagery. In fact, at one point in the video, Nas X gives the devil a lap dance, and this has offended a whole lot of people. On Sunday,  former NBA star Nick Young spoke out against the rapper, and said that he would no longer be allowing his kids to listen to “Old Town Road.” This tweet was seen by Lil Nas X, who suggested his kids should be listening to “MONTERO” instead.

Following this exchange, Young decided to come through with a quick backpedal over the whole thing and even used the classic excuse that he was hacked. Clearly, Young doesn’t want any smoke with someone who is using the devil for shock value.

I dnt want know SMOKE! imma say it first I AM SORRY @LilNasX I HOPE y’all believe in that kinda thing forgiveness … these Hackers keep getting me they need to stop,” he said. “Look y’all can beef with the devil all y’all want … I was hacked in the Name of Jesus.”

At this point, we highly doubt Young will want to challenge Lil Nas X again, as it seems like a losing proposition these days.

Kodak Black Says He Tried To Sign NBA Youngboy & Tay-K

Kodak Black has been working on his Sniper Gang roster of signed artists for the last few years, working closely with rising stars Jackboy, 22Gz, and more. The Florida-based rapper has seemingly been hard at work since his release from prison earlier this year, apparently completing upwards of a dozen albums worth of music. His career has been exciting for fans to follow and, in a parallel universe, his narrative could have had some added layers as Kodak revealed that he tried to sign a couple of notorious rappers to his label.

Taking to Twitter to show his love for Youngboy Never Broke Again and Tay-K, who are both currently incarcerated, Kodak said that he actually tried to get both of them on Sniper Gang.

“Free TayK I’m Finna Get Lil Bra Home,” wrote Yak, promising to get “The Race” rapper back to freedom. Tay-K was previously sentenced to 55-years for a capital murder charge. “Tayk And YB Posta Been On My Label Few Years Back Free Dem Boyz.”

On Monday morning, Kodak continued his social media activity by supporting the #StopAsianHate movement and more. He also posted some motivational words to get people’s week started on the right foot.

How do you think things would have changed with Youngboy Never Broke Again and Tay-K on Kodak’s label?

Lil Nas X Has First Dance With Candace Owens

Prominent conservative commentator Candace Owens has kept a watchful eye on pop culture and remains a vocal critic of many messages put forth in the mainstream music industry. Having frequently gone toe-to-toe with Cardi B, to the point where the pair feel like recurring archrivals, it was only a matter of time before Owens set her sights on a new target — the diamond-certified popstar Lil Nas X.

Lil Nas X, who many came to know through his genre-bending crossover hit “Old Town Road,” recently raised eyebrows with the provocative and controversial new video for “MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name).” For one, it drew heavily from Christian iconography, culminating in a scene during which Lil Nas X gives Lord Beelzebub himself a lap-dance. In addition, it also featured a heightened dose of sexually-charged imagery, signaling an alteration of Lil Nas X’s previously family-friendly image.

Following the release of “MONTERO,” Lil Nas X announced a shoe collaboration with art collective MSCHF — a Nike Air Max 97 released in a limited run of six-hundred-and-sixty-six, seeped in Satanic imagery and even containing a drop of human blood; following the announcement, Nike came forward to confirm that they had nothing to do with the sneaker’s creation nor any affiliation to Lil Nas X. It didn’t take long for the video and tie-in shoe to stir up controversy, and before long, Candace Owens was taking to Twitter to share her thoughts on the situation.

“We’ve turned George Floyd, a criminal drug addict, into an icon. We are promoting Satan shoes to wear on our feet. We’ve got Cardi B named as woman of the year,” she wrote, on her Twitter page. “But we’re convinced it’s white supremacy that’s keeping black America behind. How stupid can we be?” In response, Lil Nas X positioned her acknowledgment as validation of his message, though Candace was not convinced.

“You successfully got you used by corporations to help further destroy our youth,” she responded. “Congratulations on being a pawn in a game you likely don’t even understand. We can take cheap shots on Twitter or I can welcome you to have this discussion with me publicly because it matters.” At this time, Lil Nas X has yet to respond to her invitation — though it seems unlikely that he will take her up on it. At this current moment, the viral video for “MONTERO” is sitting at thirty-one million views.
