T-Pain revealed the list of features that he has agreed to, on Twitter, Tuesday, along with a lengthy statement about the pressures of the music industry.

“I wanna start this thread off by saying I’m definitely not complaining about this but I don’t think we know what kind of pressure we put on others. This isn’t for the fans,” he said in the first post, which included his list of features.

“So! This is the list of features I actually HAVENT done yet that I’ve gotten since the whole ‘situation’ a while back and I’ve promised to deliver. This is just features that I actually WANT to do,” he explained. “I’ve talked to these ppl personally and accepted the job.”

He added that he wishes he could get to everybody who wants to work with him, but is too busy. T-Pain even referenced having had to delay his own album three times at this point.

“I actually give a fuck about your records and in order for me to feel like I’m leaving quality shit behind for when I’m gone I gotta take my time,” he continued. “If you read this far thank you. Take care of yourselves out there.”

Texas Gov. Greg Abbot has tested positive for COVID-19 as cases in the state continue to rise amidst the Delta variant’s surge. He is currently isolated in the governor’s mansion while being treated with Regeneron’s monoclonal antibody treatment.

The test results were announced by the Office of the Governor Communications Director Mark Miner in a statement, Tuesday afternoon.

“The Governor has been testing daily, and today was the first positive test result,” the statement read. “Governor Abbott is in constant communication with his staff, agency heads, and government officials to ensure that state government continues to operate smoothly and efficiently. The Governor will isolate in the Governor’s Mansion and continue to test daily. Governor Abbott is receiving Regeneron’s monoclonal antibody treatment.”

As for how Abbot is doing, the statement adds that he “is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, in good health, and currently experiencing no symptoms.” The office has notified all that have been in contact with the Governor.

The day before, Abbot shared photos from a GOP event in Collin County where the entire room appeared to be maskless.

The Texas Tribune reports that, as of Sunday, 45.2% of Texans are vaccinated.

Hard seltzers like White Claw and Truly have dominated the alcohol market for college students and millennials over the past few years, as beer and hard liquor have taken a hit. Travis Scott’s CACTI brand, which dropped towards the beginning of March, had the advantage of star power and name recognition when it entered the competitive market. While initial sales were high, the CACTI team is now trying to increase hype for their seltzers as next college semester approaches, by hiring brand ambassadors at colleges around the country to facilitate the company’s presence on campus. 

“Travis Scott’s CACTI Agave Spiked Seltzer has announced its College Ambassador Program for the fall semester. Through this program, CACTI will pay ambassadors $2,000 plus bonus incentives, CACTI merch and more,” the brand announced this week. Along with the named incentives, CACTI promises to equip ambassadors with “experience in both marketing and leadership, ongoing coaching and professional development, networking and the opportunity to join,” read the statement. 

“Bar and liquor store sampling, digital engagement with CACTI’s social channels, rewarding peers with excitement for the brand with exclusive CACTI merch, developing and executing social media campaigns,” are among some of the jobs that CACTI ambassadors will have to fulfill. Cacti is alcoholic, so ambassadors must be over the age of 21. The team is currently looking for applicants from New York, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Orlando, Miami, and San Francisco with a GPA of over 3.0.

Move over Caitlyn Jenner, you’re not the only one in the family with a gold medal around your neck as Kendall was seen this afternoon flossing the 2020 gold medal while with her boo, Devin Booker.

Home from the Tokyo Olympics, DBook shared a couple pictures and footage of the couple’s time on an expensive motorboat eating up the lake life for some well-deserved R&R, while Kendall soaked up the sun with his gold medal around her neck. It’s unclear at the moment where the two are, but it sure looks super nice and exclusive. See the gold medal pic in the third slide (below).

Booker and Jenner have been one of the hottest couples in sports and Hollywood since they began dating in early 2020. The couple went official during Valentine’s Day in 2021 and its been nothing but happiness ever since, or so we see at least.

This photo surfaces a just couple weeks after Kendall Jenner got sued for $1.8 million by a brand for an alleged breach of contract. Now whether or not that company is successful on that lawsuit is another story, but we’ll keep you posted if anything develops.

What was once a passing moment on the internet has now become a weeklong feud between Future and his baby mama Brittni Mealy. The situation seems to escalate each day, with both sides roping in other people and trying to profit off of the exchanges. Today marked a continuation of the drama with new claims being made by Brittni Mealy.

The most recent is that she still hasn’t received an apology, neither publicly nor privately, for the incident that started it all– Future allegedly texted their 8-year-old son, calling Brittni a “hoe.” Brittni took to Instagram today to lament Future for this and praise herself for taking accountability for her wrongdoings in the fight. 

Brittni began her Instagram rant by telling the public that they should be thankful she apologized for bringing one of Future’s other baby mama’s, Joie Chavis, into the feud. Though Joie has nothing to do with this specific situation, Brittni clapped back against Future’s pettiness regarding the drama by leaking audio of the rapper saying he never loved Joie. “In the heat of being mad, sometimes you have a lapse in judgement,” Brittni said.

Still, she maintains that she doesn’t have to apologize for anything since Future still hasn’t apologized for calling her a “hoe” to his son. “My son has yet to get an apology, privately or publicly… so I didn’t even have to do that,” Brittni said. 

The day began with Brittni angry that her online store, which was selling merch related to the feud with Future, had been shut down. She obviously blamed Future and immediately put up a new account. Future’s “Pray For Her” merch, in reference to his tweet on the subject, went viral after the feud caught the attention of fans.

In an Instagram live video, R&B songstress Chloe Bailey responded to a fan when asked if she “messed around” even though she is single. The beautiful 23-year-old responded in a hesitant, but direct manner saying:

Honestly I don’t. . .I can’t talk to multiple people at one time like that. I just. . .I don’t have it in me. I can’t do it. I cannot. I don’t know if it’s the Cancer in me, but right now it’s my music. Music is my man. I come home to him every single night and I love it. He’s faithful to me. He loves me. He makes me promises he can keep. We are making our dreams come true together. So I’m in love. . . I’m in love right now with music.

Fans immediately took her response as proof that she is not dating Dutch professional football player Memphis Depay (Lori Harvey’s Ex-fiance) despite what Twitter said.

Earlier this year the two shared photos of each other on social media. Back in February, Chloe wished Depay a happy birthday by sharing a photo of the two on Instagram on what appeared to be a private jet. And in January, Depay posted of photo of him in Chloe in the studio. This prompted Black Twitter to do its job and offer unsolicited oftentimes comical commentary.

Following the delay of Kanye West’s highly anticipated album Donda, demand for his YEEZY brand has surged by 347% according to new metrics from The Sole Supplier.

While they’ve been up in total, Hypebeast notes that they fell sharply, by 94%, in the immediate wake of the listening party on July 23. This was the lowest it had been in a year.

The new figures come after West’s collaborative effort with GAP sold millions in sales in one night after his newest jacket was released. Former Gap CEO Mickey Drexler told Yahoo that the company did $7 million in sales overnight after the brand dropped the Yeezy x Gap Jacket. The sales would amount to 35,000 orders in a single night as the jacket costs $200.

As for when Donda will release, it remains unclear, but if Yeezy sales continue to rise in anticipation, West may feel no rush.

The elusive album appeared to suffer a setback, last week, after producer Mike Dean posted a series of cryptic tweets that fans interpreted as him abandoning the project. “Fuck it” and “good to be at the house,” he tweeted. He also refered to the Donda roll-out process as “toxic.”

The next morning, he clarified that he did not mean to imply he was done working on Donda: “I haven’t quit anything. The album continues. Lol. People read too much into tweets.”

It appears Kid Cudi is looking for someone to roll his weed for him, and if you happen to live out in the Los Angeles area, you may want to apply. Cudi took to his twitter on Sunday to ask his followers to send in resumes for being his personal blunt roller. He even added that he wants “serious inquires only.”

“I need a professional blunt roller in LA.  Hit @Shift_leader06 w resume.  Serious inquires only!!,” he tweeted.

Kid Cudi must be smoking so much weed that rolling up is taking too much time out of his days. If hired, could you just imagine all the hums and unreleased music you might hear? That alone would make me want apply.

This announcement comes just a couple weeks after finding out the news of Cudi writing a movie. It’s unclear what the film will be about or when it’s coming out, but Cudi did say his brain was cookin’. “Writin a movie,” Kid Cudi tweeted. “My 3rd night this week late night writing session. My brains cookin. Mid 2nd Act.”

While we wait for that, look for his new collab with Kanye West to appear on the forthcoming Donda album, whenever that’ll be dropping.
