Trippie Redd Flexes His Diverse Production Choices With “Molly Heart”

Trippie Redd has been one of the most interesting voices in hip-hop over the last few years, and with each new project, he shows off some interesting production choices. With his brand new album Trip At Knight, Trippie has decided to try his hand at hyperpop, and for the most part, this change in direction is working in his favor. There are a ton of catchy hyperpop bangers on this album, including the intro track “Molly Heart” which immediately takes listeners by surprise.

With this song, we are met with some exciting synth sounds that create a glitchy video game-inspired melody. From there, Trippie’s voice is on point as he delivers soaring vocals and a catchy hook that is made for festival season. This track sets up the album quite nicely, and if you’re a fan of this kind of production, you simply cannot go wrong.

Quotable Lyrics:

That’s lil’ Becky (Yeah) off that molly water (Molly)
Shit get hectic off that molly water
Not no Fetty, don’t know how I’m earthbound, but I’m ready
So much water on me just like a levee

Tory Lanez Defends Sha’Carri Richardson After Her Last Place Run

After being barred from the Olympics due to a positive drug test, the entire Twitter world stood behind American sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson. Many felt as though the ban was unjust, especially when you consider how weed isn’t a drug that helps you run faster. In the end, the protests changed nothing, as Richardson was left watching from the sidelines as three Jamaican women won the gold, silver, and bronze in the 100-meter final.

Since that time, fans have been waiting for the Prefontaine Classic, where Richarson would get to compete against the Jamaicans. There was hope that she could prove her talents and win, although things didn’t work out that way.

As you can see in the clip below, Sha’Carri actually finished last in the final heat, and it led to a lot of ridicule on Twitter. Richardson’s post-race interview only made things worse as she addressed her haters and told them to keep talking. The Twitter brigade wouldn’t stop the slander, and eventually, she was defended by numerous supporters, including Tory Lanez, who felt like the response to Richardson was hypocritical and unjust.

“Sha’carri ran a great race , not because she Won or lost … because through all the adversity she got up and RAN AGAIN , and GAVE IT HER ALL … she went through a lot of within that last month … n****s be on the app preaching all this “uplift” our queens .. Then tear em down … It be cool to support n****s when they get a video with Kanye tho …” Lanez wrote. “All I’m saying is … don’t choose to be supportive to the people you champion when it’s convenient… BE REAL AND SUPPORTIVE 2 PEOPLE through they UPS AND DOWNS . … SHA’CARRI …. KEEP FIGHTING.. WORKING .. AND PRACTICING !!! AND GO HARD AT YO CRAFT ! … YOUR TIME IS COMING … CAUSE GOD SAID SO !!!!”

Following this loss, Richardson still has time to improve, especially with the next Summer games going down in three years from now. The internet can be a brutal place, but if you ignore the vitriol, you’re usually able to come out of it unscathed as the mob shifts their focus to something else.

Manny Pacquiao Reportedly Still Wants A Floyd Mayweather Rematch

Manny Pacquiao has accomplished a lot throughout his historic career, and last night, we may have seen the last of the fighter. He was originally supposed to go up against Errol Spence although after the boxer suffered an injury, he was replaced by Yordenis Ugas. This fight was for the WBA Welterweight title, and in the end, Ugas was able to dominate and win via unanimous decision.

Throughout the match, Pacquiao’s age was on full display, and it seemed like he was on his last legs. After the fight, Pacquiao noted that it is very difficult to keep your body in shape when it comes to boxing and that while he is still hungry for more, he still doesn’t know what is in store.

While speaking to Sky Sports, Pacquiao’s longtime trainer Freddie Roach spoke about his fighter and noted that he still wants to do one thing: fight Floyd Mayweather again.

“We would like to fight Mayweather one more time,” he said. “But exhibitions? No. Manny is not into that. Manny has boxing fans. That’s what we’re after.” As it stands, Floyd is mostly concerned with doing exhibition matches, so a rematch with Manny appears to be unlikely. Regardless, it is definitely something the fans would want to see.

Moving forward, Pacquiao has a lot of big decisions to make, and hopefully, he can be at peace with whatever he chooses to do. No matter what, he will always be one of the GOATs.

Time waits for nary man
I regret all the things we said in haste
Knowing the golden hour waits for me
Twilight calls my name
Wrist froze, let the ice call my name too loud

The Game Weighs In On Soulja Boy Vs. Aaron Carter Fight

Over the last couple of years, celebrity boxing has become the new wave. With Jake and Logan Paul making millions of dollars, celebrities all around the world are looking to get into the industry. Just a few months ago, we saw a fight between Aaron Carter and Lamar Odom, which was more of a joke rather than anything else. Regardless, it has even more people wanting to jump in, and it also has Carter challenging more people.

For instance, Carter recently issued an invitation to Soulja Boy, who is completely up for the fight. In fact, according to TMZ, an offer is now on the table for these two to go at it. With this in mind, TMZ decided to ask The Game about the potential Carter Vs, Soulja Boy fight, as the L.A. rapper is a big fan of the fight game.

The Game was pretty amused by the whole idea and he believes it would be “hilarious” to watch them go at it. The artist also claimed that Soulja Boy would win, albeit, the fight itself wouldn’t be pretty.

“I think it’s gonna be a sloppy slugfest, you know what I’m saying, most definitely,” he said. “But, I think Draco could put him down, man, in about the second round, because I’ve seen Lamar [Odom] and I’ve seen Aaron Carter, and it looked bad for Aaron in there.”

Game went on to say that he actually likes the rapper-boxing crossover, as various other athletes have done the exact same thing to hip-hop. “A lot of people say, ‘oh, we don’t want these people in our sport, like we professional boxers.’ But, didn’t Roy Jones try to rap?” he pointed out.

As for Soulja and Carter, the fight has yet to be confirmed, although there is no doubt the people want it to happen.

Gervonta Davis Films Aftermath Of Scary Plane Accident

Gervonta Davis is one of the best boxers in the world right now and after his last win, many are hoping for some even bigger fights in the not-so-distant future. Davis is one of those exciting young talents that is helping to resurrect the sport of boxing and if he continues on this trajectory, he could very well become one of the GOATs.

Over this past weekend, Davis suffered a fairly traumatic experience as he and his team were about to fly out on a private jet. According to TMZ, the plane had an engine malfunction while trying to take off, and it forced the pilot to crash land. Luckily, the plane wasn’t far off the ground, so everyone on board was safe and sound.

Davis ended up documenting the aftermath of the incident on Instagram Live, and while he was doing just fine, you could tell he was at least just a bit shaken up. In an Instagram post, Davis acknowledged that had the crash been worse, he could have died. Needless to say, Davis and his team are thankful that everything worked out in their favor.

While flying is statistically much safer than driving, it still comes with its risks. Regardless, we are glad that Davis came out of this okay, and we hope he and his team get the rest they need following what was a death-defying incident.

Manny Pacquiao Reacts After Losing To Yordenis Ugas

Manny Pacquiao is one of the greatest fighters of all time, but just like many of the greats out there, his time is coming to an end. At 42 years old, Pacquiao isn’t the same guy he used to be, and as a result, he is slower, weaker, and simply not as sharp as his prime. This is not a knock against Pacquiao, however, it is simply a realistic reflection on what happens to an athlete as they age.

On Saturday night, Pacquaio fought for the WBA Welterweight title against Yordenis Ugas, and as fans already know, Pacquiao’s age was on full display. From start to finish, Ugas dominated the fight thanks to his youth, and at the end of it all, Ugas was able to take home the win via unanimous decision. After the fight, Pacquiao spoke about his body and whether or not this is the end for him.

“In my heart, I want to continue [to] fight. But I have to consider, also, my body,” Pacquiao explained. “When our lives are finished inside this world, we can take nothing. In this sport, this is my passion, this is why I’m still here fighting at the age of 42. I’m enjoying it, but sometimes you have to think about the life span of your body.”

Pacquiao had defeated Keith Thurman just a few years earlier, and fans felt like this was a demonstration that he could defeat Ugas. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and now, we could very well see Pacquiao bow out of boxing.

If he chooses to do so, he has nothing to be ashamed of as he will always be one of the best to ever do it.

Jackson is a political activist and politician who was a candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination in 1984 and 1988 and served as a shadow U.S. Senator for the District of Columbia from 1991 to 1997. He also founded the organization Rainbow/PUSH.

Back in January, Jackson received his first dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

Jackson’s current condition was not revealed.
