Jalen Rose Has Fans Thinking He Has Beef With Stephen A. Smith

Jalen Rose and Stephen A. Smith are two people who have been involved in rumors about one another. As many already know, Rose got a divorce from First Take moderator Molly Qerim recently. Subsequently, fans began to speculate about Stephen A. and whether or not he was sleeping with Qerim on the low.

Eventually, the rumors got out of hand and Rose had to put them to bed. However, the rumors have since been reignited after a series of tweets from Rose’s account on Monday night. These tweets were all related to those who hate the Cowboys on TV.

“So glad I didn’t make a career of content pretending to fake troll the Cowboys,” Rose wrote. “Praying on the audience being dumb/lazy and low hanging fruit. No @ needed. Damn near all shows selling clowns this like it’s quality content. You da fool.”

Jalen Rose Sparks Speculation

These tweets immediately had people thinking that he was talking about Stephen A. After all, Smith is one of the biggest Cowboys haters out there. He has always tried to slander the franchise, and it’s not a stretch to assume that is who Rose was talking about.

Consequently, there were plenty of tweets from fans who speculated about Molly and Stephen A. The consensus here is that Rose has some sort of vendetta against Smith. Of course, no one actually knows the nature of their relationship, although that did not stop people from unleashing their Twitter fingers.

To be fair to Rose, there are a plethora of broadcasters out there who have made a career off of trolling the Cowboys. Moreover, Smith is known for much more than just his Cowboys hate. Regardless, there is no denying that there was quite a bit of salt in whatever Rose was talking about.

Stephen A. Smith Gloats After Horrible Cowboys Loss

When the Cowboys lost last night, fans immediately thought about what kind of day Stephen A. would have on First Take. Of course, he is one of the best Cowboys haters out there. He always takes the opportunity to boast about their losses, and overall, fans were excited to see what he would do.

Additionally, the Cowboys lost in such spectacular fashion that Smith’s rant was only going to be exaggerated further. After all, when you put out a weak formation during the most important moment of the game, you have to expect some slander.

Stephen A. Goes Off

In the 19-minute YouTube video below, you can see just how hard Stephen A. decided to go. As per usual, he wore a Cowboy hat and even had a cigar in his mouth. Moreover, he made sure to taunt Michael Irvin, who had to answer for his team’s horrendous offensive performance.

Throughout the clip, Smith made sure to place the blame squarely on Dak Prescott’s shoulders. He felt as though Prescott was horrible throughout the game and that his two interceptions were unacceptable. Furthermore, Smith thinks Mike McCarthy should be gone, as he clearly doesn’t have a command of the team.

For Cowboys fans, last night was an absolute nightmare. It is the second year in a row that they have lost to the 49ers. At this point, there is no telling whether or not they will ever be able to win the Super Bowl with Dak as their QB.

As always, let us know how you feel about Stephen A.’s latest rant, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the sports world.

Stephen A Smith Melted Down On ‘First Take’ Over His Rihanna Controversy

Stephen A. Smith is no stranger to people getting mad at him. Having said that, Smith learned this week that Dallas Cowboys fans tweeting their displeasure at him for saying the team will choke in the postseason has nothing on Rihanna fans getting mad at him for what he, assuredly, thought was a throwaway line on Sherri.

“I don’t wanna say I’m not excited,” Smith said. “She’s fantastic. That’s not where I’m going with this. Ladies and gentlemen, she’s a lot of things. She’s spectacular, actually. And congratulations on new-momma-hood. There’s one thing she’s not. She ain’t Beyoncé.”

Smith issued an apology over the whole thing, but it led to him getting repeatedly dragged, both on Twitter and, on Thursday night, by Leslie Jones as she guest hosted The Daily Show. Fast forward to Friday morning and Smith addressed the whole thing on First Take by having a bit of a meltdown.

“It’s ridiculous,” Smith said. “This is the controversy here. All the stuff going on in the world, I’m being accused of Black-on-Black crime, because I happen to like one artist more than another. I mean, you got to be kidding me! I mean, handcuff me now! Put it behind my damn back! Y’all gotta be kidding me … Leslie Jones, I love you! Damn, I couldn’t wait to watch you on Comedy Central and she calling me out! Why?”

Smith went on to say that “I apologize to Rihanna, because this nonsense was not my intent. It was not necessary, it was all done in fun, me debating with Sherri Shepherd for fun, just having laughs. That’s all. Rihanna’s phenomenal, she’s fantastic.”

Stephen A. Smith Hits Dak Prescott With A Huge Challenge

Stephen A. Smith is someone who has always sought to humble the Dallas Cowboys. Even when the team is playing some of its best football, you can count on Stephen A. to rain on their parade. However, he does make sure to give them props when they deserve them.

Overall, the Cowboys have yet to really make a splash in the postseason since the arrival of Dak Prescott. They have never gotten past the Division Round, and at this point, fans are starting to grow impatient. This is especially true now that the Cowboys have the San Francisco 49ers in front of them.

Stephen A. Speaks

Today on First Take, Stephen A. spoke about the Cowboys and Dak Prescott in particular. During the segment, he claimed that Prescott has immense pressure heading into the match against the 49ers. Below, you will see what he means by this, while also challenging Prescott to rise to the occasion.

“I have been told that the San Francisco 49ers are on a significantly higher level than the Tampa Bay Buccaneers,” Smith said. “The challenge that Dak Prescott faced Monday night is nothing compared to what he’s going to face this weekend. If he fails, it will remind us that there are levels to this and Dak Prescott just ain’t on it as of yet.”

The 49ers have had one of the best defenses in football, all season long. However, the Cowboys also have an amazing defensive unit, which means there is a good chance that they can win the game. Not to mention, 49ers rookie QB Brock Purdy has made some mistakes, and if the Cowboys capitalize on this, we could see an upset.

Stephen A. Smith Hilariously Yelled At By An Irate Chris Russo

Stephen A. Smith is easily one of the most recognizable faces on sports talk television. He is someone who is respected by his peers over at ESPN, and he is always entertaining. Although some fans might find his takes to be nauseating, you cannot deny his impact.

As we have previously reported, Smith is currently promoting his brand-new book called Straight Shooter. This is an autobiography in which he details his childhood and his subsequent rise to fame. Overall, it is a very interesting book from the television star.

Stephen A. Gets A Talking TO

Hilariously, not everyone is a fan of Smith’s book tour, which he launched as a way to promote the autobiography. One such detractor is his very own co-worker, Chris Russo. On yesterday’s First Take, Russo laced into Smith, telling him that he needs to stop cutting work for media appearances.

“Get your rear end in that chair,” Russo yelled. “I want you here every day at nine o’clock in the morning, not getting here at five after 10, not leaving here after the Cowboys win and you leave at 10:30 to do what? THE VIEW!

“How dare you miss openings of shows to do radio or TV interviews. YOU LEFT AT 10:30! Today we needed to have a talk at ten to 10 and you’re running back from Howard Stern! You’re not even in the office yet! Enough already! You’ve made a fortune! We get it, the book’s not bad, we can move on. Can we move on from this stupid book? I’ve had enough of Straight Shooter!”

Throughout this entire sequence, Molly Qerim and Marcus Spears could not control their laughter. Moreover, even Stephen A. was cracking a smile through the whole thing. Overall, it was classic Chris Russo.

Stephen A. Smith Clarifies Opinion On Beyoncé & Rihanna

Stephen A. Smith has clarified his recent comments comparing Beyoncé and Rihanna. The First Take commentator says that he meant “no disrespect to Rihanna,” but reaffirmed that Beyoncé is operating on another level.

Smith had originally remarked that Rihanna “ain’t Beyoncé,” during an appearance on The Sherri Show. He had been asked whether he’s excited about Rihanna’s upcoming Super Bowl Halftime Show.

“Rihanna’s music is fantastic,” Smith said at the time, before adding, “She’s great. She’s a sister. I love her dearly, I listen to her music, I’m gonna support her ’til the cows come home. I’m just telling you, for me, there’s Beyoncé and there’s everybody else.”

He continued: “Just like there’s Michael Jackson and there’s everybody else. Ladies and gentlemen, [Rihanna is] a lot of things. She’s spectacular actually and congratulations on new mamahood. There’s one thing she’s not — she ain’t Beyoncé.”

Afterward, explaining his opinion in a video posted on Instagram, Smith said: “I meant it as no disrespect to Rihanna. I know she’s phenomenal and she’s my sister. Nothing but love for her, but Beyoncé is my sister, too.”

He further admitted that he needs “to be more careful” with his wording.

Rihanna has been gearing up for her highly-anticipated performance at the championship game for months now. Her appearance as the headliner will come a decade after Beyoncé brought out Kelly Rowland as well as Michelle Williams from Destiny’s Child for her performance in 2013.

Rihanna has not embarked on a tour since 2016, when she released her last studio album, Anti. The iconic singer has yet to announce any specific details regarding her long-awaited next project.

Stephen A. Smith Hilariously Apologizes To Dak Prescott’s Dad

Stephen A. Smith is known for having some wild hot takes. Additionally, sometimes he makes some large grandiose predictions that do not exactly work out in his favor. Well, that is exactly what happened on Monday as he told Dak Prescott’s father that his son would throw two interceptions.

Subsequently, Smith was proven wrong as Dak threw zero interceptions on Monday night. Furthermore, he came through with a whopping five touchdowns. This gave the Cowboys a 31-14 victory that fans are going to remember for a very long time.

Stephen A. Reacts

In the video clip down below, you can see that Smith ate his words this morning. Marcus Spears ordered him to apologize on the air, and that is exactly what he did. Overall, it was a pretty hilarious moment, especially as Smith seemed apprehensive about giving the apology.

Moreover, Smith gave a more fleshed out analysis of the Cowboys later on First Take. As you can see, Stephen A. was pretty shocked in terms of how the Cowboys played. He did not expect them to bury the Bucs in such a fashion. Needless to say, he was very impressed with what he saw.

“Congratulations to the Dallas Cowboys. … I expected [them] to implode … They shocked me,” Smith said. However, Stephen A. is making sure that fans temper their expectations as the Cowboys will play a strong 49ers team next Sunday.

The Cowboys are a team who have always choked under the pressure, at least over the last 20 years. Now, however, they have a great opportunity to show people that they can contend for a Super Bowl.

Let us know if you think they will defeat the 49ers next weekend, in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from the sports world.

Stephen A. Smith Opens Up About Struggling With A Learning Disability

Stephen A. Smith is one of the most well-known sports journalists in the entire world. He is a staple of the television show First Take where he gets to let off his hot takes that tend to enrage sports fans. Overall, he is a beloved figure and without him, sports talk TV would look a lot different.

This year, Smith is dropping his very own memoir called Straight Shooter. The book is certainly going to be fun to read as it will give us some insight into the mind of Smith. In fact, Rolling Stone recently got an excerpt from the book which describes Stephen A.’s struggles with a learning disability.

Stephen A. Gets Honest

Per Smith:

“From the time I was six, I thought I was stupid. Although I talked well — and a lot — and articulated my thoughts fluidly enough that some folks swore one day I’d become a lawyer or a public speaker, it was all a facade. I couldn’t comprehend what I was reading, a deficit that my oratory skills only served to hide.

It got worse each year, stunting my ability and willingness to grow intellectually. Before long, I was in the second grade but reading at a first-grade level. Then I was in the third grade — still at a first-grade reading level.”

Smith went on to note that when he had to repeat the fourth grade, he overheard his dad say “The boy just ain’t smart. He’s not going anywhere. Accept it.” Subsequently, Smith found out he had dyslexia, and from there, he was able to excel in everything he did.

Stephen A. Smith Trolls Cowboys Fans With Epic Monologue

If you are a big Stephen A. fan, then you know the kind of relationship he has with the Dallas Cowboys. Overall, this distaste for the Cowboys mostly extends to the fanbase. As many already know, Cowboys fans are fairly delusional about their team. They always think their team is going to win the Super Bowl, although they rarely make it past the Wild Card round.

Tonight, the Cowboys will be going up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in what should be a good matchup. This is going to be a make-or-break moment for Dak Prescott, who needs a big playoff win on his resume. If he loses, however, pundits like Stephen A. Smith are going to eat him for lunch.

Stephen A. Makes His Mark

Today, First Take was being hosted in none other than Tampa Bay, Florida. Since the Bucs won their division, they are hosting this game, despite having four fewer wins than the Cowboys. In true Stephen A. fashion, he decided to make an exceptionally fashionable entrance at the game.

In the clip down below, you can find Smith wearing a Cowboy hat all while riding the escalator. There were plenty of Cowboy fans in attendance for the live show, and he made sure to taunt them with some anti-Cowboys rhetoric. Of course, Michael Irvin was right behind him as he attempted to stop the madness.

If you are a Cowboys fan, you are probably feeling extremely nervous right now. The team never wins games that they are supposed to, and this could be another example of that. Hopefully, for Cowboys fans, Stephen A. has nothing to gloat about on Tuesday.

Let us know who you think will win on Monday night, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from the sports world.

If you have been watching the Bucs this year, you know that TB12 has not been at his best. Overall, the Bucs finished with an 8-9 record. However, they still made it to the playoffs. Now, they have a tough road ahead of them, and Stephen A. is well aware of this.

Stephen A. Gives His Hot Take

Today on First Take, Smith was asked whether or not he believes Tom Brady will ever go to the Super Bowl again. Brady is currently in his 23rd season and is 45 years old. If he doesn’t make it now, then it is likely he will not make it again. As it turns out, Smith is an agreement with this assessment.

Below, Stephen A. spoke about how Brady will likely retire at the end of the season. Simply put, Smith thinks Brady is done with football. The ESPN personality noted Brady’s off-the-field issues while also stating how the Bucs were in a transition period. Needless to say, he isn’t convinced Brady has another deep playoff run in him.

On Monday night, Brady and the Bucs will take on the Dallas Cowboys. Considering the Cowboys’ track record, one could assume that Brady will win this game. However, it is going to be a very tall order.’

Let us know what you think Brady is going to do, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the sports world.
