Dwight Howard Invites Ja Morant To Come Play In Taiwan

Dwight Howard has been having a lot of fun in Taiwan as of late. Overall, the former NBA star is putting up big numbers over there. Moreover, he is bringing a lot of fans into the seats. It is rare that the Taiwanese league gets that kind of star power. Although his first season in the league didn’t bode well in terms of wins and losses, it was still fun for him. He continues to recruit people to the Taoyuan Leopards, and it remains to be seen if any other NBA players will end up on the team.

Now, however, it seems as though Dwight Howard has set his sights on one of the best young stars in the NBA. Of course, we are talking about Ja Morant. Given his success, one might wonder why Morant would want to go to Taiwan. Well, the answer is actually simple. He may not have an NBA job in a couple of weeks from now. This is a direct consequence of his recent antics on Instagram Live, where he flashed a weapon. It was a dumb move, and he has been suspended indefinitely by the Memphis Grizzlies. Subsequently, Howard is taking advantage.

Dwight Howard The Troll

“Aye Ja you gone get it right! I’m still with you if anyone else ain’t you could come out here to Taiwan if anything. Just leave it home, Dwight Howard wrote. Ultimately, this invitation will likely be declined with the quickness. That said, there is no telling what will happen to Ja Morant now. He has already been given a second chance. Moreover, there are rumblings around the league that he could be suspended between 60 and 82 games. That would completely obliterate the Grizzlies’ chances of being a playoff team.

Overall, this is just a bad situation for everyone involved. Although, Morant has no one to blame but himself at this point. He made a very bad choice, and the consequences will be striking down very soon. Let us know what you think of all of this, in the comments below. Dwight Howard Gets Into Massive Brawl During Taiwanese League Game

Dwight Howard has been playing basketball in Taiwan as of late. Overall, he has been putting up some insane numbers. However, his team doesn’t seem to be winning very much. The team is at a record of 4-11 and they are at the bottom of the standings right now. Regardless, Howard has been a high point for the Taoyuan Leopards who are attempting to have a strong finish to their season.

According to Taiwan News, however, there seems to be trouble afoot for Howard and his teammates. This is because he was one of 12 people ejected from the Leopards’ last game. Although the Leopards were able to come through with the win, there was a massive brawl. Howard and his teammates were playing against the TaiwanBeer HeroBears when the incident happened. According to the report, the fight was started thanks to an elbow from Leopards player Chen Hsiao-jung. He hit Chiang Yu-an of the HeroBears, and this led to a larger altercation.

Dwight Howard Kicked Out

Throughout the fight, numerous punches were thrown, and almost everyone on the court had a fight partner. One could even liken it to a line brawl during a hockey game. However, it should be noted that Howard wanted nothing to do with the fight. The original report claims that Dwight was on the court trying to break it all up. Despite this, he was hit with a prompt ejection. It was an unfortunate ejection when you consider how Howard had 28 points and 14 rebounds at the time.

Hopefully, for Howard and his team, this can be a massive turning point. There is no guarantee that it will be, although it is clear that these players are there for one another. Howard is giving it his all in Taiwan, and it has been very cool to see. Be sure to stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the sports world.

Shaq Goes Off On Dwight Howard Over Lack Of Success In Taiwan

Shaq has a long history of hating Dwight Howard. Their feud dates back to the late 2000s when Howard was overtaking O’Neal as the best center in the game. Overall, it became clear that Shaquille was simply jealous of the Orlando Magic superstar. However, he would never admit to it, and it led to a very interesting rivalry. Albeit, it was a rivalry that Howard ended up winning due to the fact that Shaq was older at the time. If you are a longtime NBA fan, you remember this feud quite fondly.

Now, Howard is out in Taiwan where he is playing in their professional league. Infamously, Howard had an amazing debut with the team where he scored a triple-double and even made some three-pointers. However, the team has truly struggled since then. They went on a ten-game losing streak and are now sitting at a record of 3-11. Simply put, Howard has not had the effect on the team that they were really hoping for. For Shaq, this is absolutely music to his ears.

Shaq Disses Dwight

While on The Big Podcast with Shaq, the NBA legend spoke to Candace Parker about Howard’s play in Taiwan. When O’Neal found out about the team’s record, he immediately made fun of Dwight. In Shaq’s mind, this lack of success is on Howard, and it is embarrassing to be losing while playing in Taiwan. “Somebody sent me that they have a losing record. I ain’t losing to anybody in Taiwan, I’ll tell you that,” Shaq said. “How do you have a losing record in Taiwan? Come on now.” Needless to say, Shaq was very excited about this new information. For him, any opportunity to make fun of Howard is a win.

If you’re Dwight Howard, you have to be pretty sick of Shaq and his antics at this point. Howard is just trying to live his life, and O’Neal won’t let him. Although, for the fans, it is always fun to see the big man in his element on his podcast. For now, it seems like this feud will always live on, no matter what. Let us know what you think of these remarks, in the comments below.

Dwight Howard Has Eyes Set On Joining WWE

h

TMZ Sports recently caught up to Dwight Howard, the 18 year NBA vet who is currently a free agent after playing with the Lakers last season. During the run in, Dwight was asked if he was interested in joining the WWE . He responded that he would go to wrestling if the deal was good.

“Of course,” Howard responded. When asked if he would leave basketball for wrestling, he responded “whatever opportunity is the best.”

This comes just a few days after WWE legend and Chief Content Officer Triple H commented on Howards future with the company, saying that if the former Laker wanted to join the WWE then they would make something happen.

“The ball’s in his court,” Triple H said. “It’s a funny thing, Dwight, in the conversations we had was like, ‘You know, I really want to do this. I’m serious, I really want to do this.’ We hear that a lot, and there’s a difference between saying, ‘I want to do this,’ and putting in the grind and doing the work to get there.”

Triple H continued, “[He] came by our tryouts in Nashville, was incredibly entertaining. Jumping in promos by himself and then with others, incredibly entertaining. Really driven to want to do this, it’s just a matter for him, he’s got a lot of things going on, right? So when he says,’ Hey I want to give this a shot,’ he’s got my phone number. All he’s gotta do is call me, and we’ll see what can happen. And if he’s willing to put in the grind and the drive that guys like Logan Paul, and Bad Bunny and Tyson Fury are willing to put in, then let’s go.”

Back in July, Howard was a surprise participant at the WWE tryouts in Nashville, TN. He apparently surprised people with his entertaining solo and group promos.
