Draymond Green Throws Ball At Russell Westbrook, NBA Twitter Goes Off

Draymond Green is one of those players who is constantly getting himself caught up in something. Overall, he is a great defensive player. However, over the years, he has proven to be a liability in terms of his discipline. It feels like every single season, he is suspended one game for picking up 16 technical fouls. Ultimately, it is a funny happenstance when you consider how Draymond always claims that you cannot “bait him with a tech.”

On Wednesday night, the Golden State Warriors were playing against the Los Angeles Clippers. In the end, they lost the game, although the story of the game was a play involving Draymond Green. Down below, you can see the Clippers score a bucket. On the ensuing play, Green decides to take the ball and toss it at Russell Westbrook’s head. Westbrook had an immediate reaction to the play, and the referee subsequently issued a technical foul. Green could not believe it, especially since it was his 16th tech of the season. Now, he will have to miss the next Warriors game.

Draymond Green Cannot Help Himself

For the most part, fans had a lot of fun with this play. After all, Green is one of those players that is very easy to hate. His podcast is a place in which he is constantly talking trash about other players throughout the league. Moreover, the fans do not like how he plays. Casuals want to see three-pointers and flashy offensive plays. None of these things describe Green’s skill set. Additionally, Green’s aforementioned claims about baiting him have been proven to be demonstrably false.

At this point in the season, the Warriors need better from Green. He is supposed to be a leader on the team, and this lack of decorum definitely does not reflect well. Additionally, the Warriors have been pitiful on the road this season. Last night’s game was yet another example of that sad reality that continues to hamper this team. Let us know what you think of Green’s actions, in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from the sports world.

Dillon Brooks Claps Back At Draymond Green After Grizzlies Blow Out Warriors

Dillon Brooks of the Memphis Grizzlies has been embroiled in a pretty heated beef with none other than Draymond Green. Overall, it is very clear that these two men do not like each other. In fact, Green recently made some scathing comments on his podcast. Following some less-than-favorable remarks from Brooks, Green subsequently lambasted the Canadian baller.

“If you ever wondered why the Memphis Grizzlies is not ready to compete for a championship, look no further than this idiot right here,” Green said. “They’re actually depending on this guy to help them win a championship. And he says his game is cool. Quite frankly, that just shows how little you know about basketball. … Your level of understanding the game of basketball is at a fan level.” On Thursday night, Brooks was given a chance to respond on the court. Although he scored two less points than Draymond, his team came through with a blowout win. Moreover, Brooks was a pest all game long and it left Green frustrated. This then led to some great comments from Dillon Brooks after the game.

Dillon Brooks Responds

“You should give the mic to Draymond,” Brooks told the reporter. “Make him keep talking about me so I can play better.” While some fans might be rolling their eyes at these words, you cannot deny how great this rivalry is. The Grizzlies and the Warriors hate each other a lot. Furthermore, they are the third and sixth seeds which means they would fight it out in the postseason. The last series between these two was very fun, and we would get to see it all over again.

If you are Draymond, you cannot help but feel a bit punked in this situation. He talked a whole lot of smack about Brooks and ultimately lost the day after. Overall, it is a pretty embarrassing way to go out. That said, the next game between these two will be even better. Let us know your thoughts on this rivalry, down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from the sports world.

Draymond Green Destroys Dillon Brooks With Brutal Comeback: Watch

Draymond Green is a player that has certainly attracted some negative attention in the past. Overall, he isn’t exactly the most popular player in the NBA. A lot of guys don’t care for how he plays, and they certainly don’t care for his trash talk. However, he is a player with four NBA titles to his name, so it is very hard to speak ill of him. That said, Dillon Brooks did just that during a recent interview with ESPN. As you will see, his comments were less than complimentary.

“I don’t like Draymond at all,” Brooks told ESPN. “I just don’t like Golden State. Don’t like anything to do with them. Draymond talks a lot. Gets away with a lot, too. His game is cool—with Golden State—but if you put him anywhere else, you’re not going to know who Draymond is. He plays with heart, plays hard, knows the ins and outs of their defense. I guess that’s why they like him over there.”

Draymond Green Vs. Dillon Brooks

Subsequently, Green hopped on his podcast and laced into the Memphis Grizzlies star. Overall, he was unrelenting in his roast session of the Canadian. As you can see up above, he basically said the Grizzlies can’t win a title with him on the roster. Moreover, he put Brooks’ basketball knowledge into question. “If you ever wondered why the Memphis Grizzlies is not ready to compete for a championship, look no further than this idiot right here,” Green said. “They’re actually depending on this guy to help them win a championship. And he says his game is cool. Quite frankly, that just shows how little you know about basketball. … Your level of understanding the game of basketball is at a fan level.”

This was an absolutely brutal takedown of Brooks that has a lot of NBA fans excited. Brooks has become extremely unlikeable, even compared to Green. That said, the next Grizzlies and Warriors game should be very interesting. Hopefully, these two go at each other in an intense, yet very competitive way. Draymond Green Wants To Get Rid Of Black History Month, Wants It Taught All Year Long

warriors draymond green lawsuit assault battery

In recent years there has been numerous people who have come out and denounced Black History Month, for various reasons. Most famously, Kanye wanted to get rid of BHM and replace it with Black Future Month, now Draymond Green wants to get rid of the month-long celebration, but for a different reason.

During a post-game interview against the Trail Blazers on Tuesday, which happened to be the last day of Black History Month, Green expressed his feelings toward BHM.

“Black History Month, at some point can we get rid of it?” Draymond asked “Like, at some point? Why we gotta keep getting the shortest month to celebrate our history? You got governors wanting to take our history out of schools, and I’m not gonna be the fool to go, ‘Yeah we can celebrate for 28 days.’ So at some point I would like to get rid of it.”

Draymond clarified his comments, saying that while he believes its time to get rid of Black History Month, we should not get rid of Black History. He then said that it should be celebrated all year round.

“We’re making all these changes in the world—can’t talk about these people can’t talk about those people, can’t say this can’t say that—at some point it’s time to get rid of Black History Month,” he said. “Not get rid of Black history, like they’re trying to do, but Black History Month? Nah. Teach my history from January 1st to December 31st and then do it over again, and then again. That’s what I’d like to see.”

Draymond Green Catches Heat For Wanting An End To Black History Month

It’s March 1, so Black History Month in the U.S. has concluded, but Draymond Green believes we should eliminate the celebration altogether. That doesn’t necessarily mean that the Golden State Warriors star wants to cease honoring Black history, but he did share his grievances with it receiving the shortest month out of the year. Green conveyed his thoughts during a recent press conference and acknowledged wearing a Black History Month shirt. He explained why this was unusual for him.

“This is actually the first time you’ve seen me in a Black History Month shirt all Black History Month, and it’s very intentional,” Green told the press. Then, he eased into his opinion. “And I really just threw this shirt on because I didn’t have another shirt to throw on. But Black History Month, at some point, can we get rid of it? Like, at some point?”

Of course, this take came as a shock to viewers. However, Green explained that he advocates for teaching Black history, but it shouldn’t be relegated to just one month. The basketball icon also spoke on recent political controversies about Black history being banned in schools. It’s something that Green finds frustrating, and he didn’t mince words when detailing his thoughts.

“Why we got to keep getting the shortest month to celebrate our history? You got governors wanting to take our history out of schools. And I’m not going to be the fool to go say, yeah, we can celebrate it for 28 days. So at some point, I’d like to get rid of it. It’s—you know, we’re making all these changes in the world. A Yearlong Celebration

“At some point, it’s time to get rid of Black History Month,” Green concluded. “Not get rid of Black history, like they’re trying to do. But Black History Month? No. Teach my history from January 1 to December 31. And then do it again, and then again, and then again, and then again. That’s what I’d like to see.” Check it out above.

Charles Barkley Tells Draymond Green The Warriors Are “Cooked”

Charles Barkley is one of the funniest members of Inside The NBA. That is a pretty hard title to get when you are also on the broadcast with Shaq. However, the two have amazing chemistry, and it leads to some phenomenal moments on the air. Although these two tend to fight at times, there is no doubt that they are secretly great friends. Without them, the TNT broadcasts would be a lot duller, so we thank them for their valuable service. We truly hope they never stop doing what they do best.

Yesterday, Chuck and Shaq, as well as EJ and Kenny Smith were at the NBA All-Star Game in Utah. Overall, it was a fairly standard All-Star Game as no defense was played. However, there was a new addition to the broadcast crew in the form of Draymond Green. In the past, Green and Barkley have traded shots, so you can imagine what kind of energy was brought to the broadcast last night. Down below, you can find perhaps the realest clip from the broadcast in which Barkley goes off on Draymond and the Warriors.

Charles Barkley Gets Honest

“The Golden State Warriors are cooked,” Barkley said matter-of-factly. This then led to a strong response from Green, who said “That’s crazy. You said that last year, but we all know you don’t know what you’re talking about.” Despite all of this, Barkley did not care for the response as he completely doubled down. “Y’all are cooked now… ya’ll are done… I’m telling you, y’all are done,” Chuck replied. Overall, it is hard to disagree with Barkley when you consider how Steph Curry is injured right now. At this point, the Warriors do not have much of a chance to advance this year.

Either way, Warriors fans are still going to hang on to their dynasty, and rightfully so. They won four NBA titles in the span of eight years, which is definitely impressive. However, it seems like better teams are starting to take over in the Western Conference. For many fans around the league who do not care for the Warriors, this is great news. Let us know what you thought of Barkley’s remarks, in the comments down below.

Draymond Green Roasted For Ridiculous LeBron Comparison

Draymond Green is one of the best defenders in the entire NBA. However, when it comes to his offensive game, he leaves a lot to be desired. Thankfully, he plays with the likes of Steph Curry and Klay Thompson. These men have helped him win four NBA titles, and if it weren’t for them, Green would not be talked about as much as he is now. Overall, Green is still a great player, and there is a real case for him as a Hall of Famer. Regardless, he remains a polarizing figure as he does a lot of talking in the media.

If you watch Draymond Green on TNT or on his podcast, you understand that he loves LeBron James. Green is a member of Klutch Sports, and there have always been rumors of him linking up with James in Los Angeles. Although these rumors have never actually materialized into something real, Green’s love for James is absolutely palpable. Unfortunately, sometimes Green puts himself in the same breath as LeBron. For most fans, this is totally undeserved.

Draymond Green Thinks He’s Him

For instance, during his coverage of the All-Star game, Green came out and said that he feels as though no one other than LeBron has a similar resume to him. Of course, LeBron and Green both have four NBA titles. However, that is where the comparisons stop. Overall, LeBron is way better than Draymond, and the same can be said of pretty well every player at the All-Star Game. Needless to say, many fans took offense to this and roasted Green on social media. “Aside from the NBA product going downhill, we now have the NBA media getting ready be taken over by guys that just want to promote their era and how much better it is compared to the past,” one fan said. “TNT will be unwatchable when Draymond becomes a full-time host.

In the tweets down below, you can find various other takes on what Green had to say. For the most part, people do not agree with him at all. The roast session was quite something to witness, and it is clear that Green will think twice before saying something like this again. That said, let us know how you feel about Green’s remarks, in the comments down below.

Draymond Roasted

Draymond Green Roasts Sports Bettors: Watch

Draymond Green is a player who is not afraid to go back and forth with the fans out there. Overall, Green has seen a bit of a decline in his play over the last few years. When it comes to offense, Green has largely struggled, and it has led to a lot of roasts on social media. However, he is mostly paid to play good defense, and that is exactly what he does. Although, for those who place bets and do fantasy basketball, Green can be a frustrating player to watch.

If you are a sports fan, you know just how much sports betting has exploded as of late. It is legal in the vast majority of places across the United States, and people are taking advantage. The betting industry is making billions of dollars on sports fans, and for those losing money, it can be a frustrating proposition. Consequently, players like Green get blamed when a fan’s parlay doesn’t go the way they hoped it would.

Draymond Green Addresses Sports Bettors

Having said all of that, some sports bettors have tried to get into Green’s mentions. If he has an off night and someone bets the over, they will lace into him. Overall, Green finds it half amusing and half annoying. Subsequently, on his podcast, he went off on these fans with a simple message. “People talk so crazy on social media when they bet don’t successfully complete their bet,” Green explained. “‘Oh Draymond you such you only got seven points’ but it’s actually that you such at betting because just like I only had seven points and it was seven and a half, you could have very well chosen under seven and a half.” Essentially, Green is telling people to become better at betting.

This is definitely some solid advice that very few people will take. Overall, sports betting is incredibly accessible and with so many fans thinking they are experts, you have to expect this kind of overindulgence to continue. For players like Draymond, they will continue to be scapegoats. However, there is no doubt that sports betting will not go away, anytime soon.

Draymond Green Gets Real About Jordan Poole Relationship

Draymond Green was one of the biggest stories at the start of the year. Of course, this was for all of the wrong reasons. If you remember, the Golden State Warriors star punched Jordan Poole during a practice session. Subsequently, the footage leaked online which made everything worse.

Since that time, it seems as though cooler heads have prevailed. Poole and Green still have good chemistry, and the Warriors seem to be improving. However, there are still rumblings about Green’s future. Having punched a teammate, there is no guarantee he is brought back next season.

Draymond Green Speaks

Recently, Green got to speak with Taylor Rooks for Bleacher Report. During this interview, Green spoke at length about his relationship with Poole. As he explained, it is not perfect, however, it is getting considerably better. Needless to say, there are no hard feelings.

“We go to work every day together,” Green said. “Our lockers are right next to each other, that never changed. We ride the same buses together, we change in the same locker room on the road together — none of that has changed. Did it change our relationship, of course. Absolutely. That’s still a work in progress. I’ll always be willing to continue to do that work because I was wrong.”

Green also noted that he is realistic about the situation. For instance, he doesn’t think Poole is going to want to hang out with him outside of the game. It’s a fair point, although this isn’t unique to just them.

Let us know what you thought of the Poole and Green situation, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the sports world.

Draymond Green Reportedly Never Received Death Threats From Bucks Fan

Draymond Green made headlines just a couple of days ago as he accused a fan in Milwaukee of uttering death threats. This took place in a game against the Bucks at Fiserv Forum. Consequently, the fan was kicked out which is standard practice when this sort of thing occurs.

If you have been paying attention to the NBA as of late, you would know that these incidents are starting to become a lot more common. Overall, it has been an issue for the league, and Adam Silver is looking at ways to make arenas safer for players.

Did Draymond Green Lie?

Now, however, it is being reported that Draymond may have lied about what was said. The man who was kicked out is an r&b singer by the name of Mike Shane. On Thursday, he told his story on the KJ Live podcast. As Shane explains, he was simply chastizing Draymond for punching Jordan Poole, who is a Milwaukee native.

“I was speaking up for the city of Milwaukee,” Shane said. “Basically telling him, like, we’re giving you a pass. We haven’t forgotten about what you did — a big bully — and we’re giving you a pass.”

Shane also revealed how the police in his section tried to vouch for him, although he still got kicked out, anyway.

“There was two police officers who were actually right there,” Shane said. “There was a police officer and the league security who came back there and vouched for me. They were right there and said I didn’t use any profanity, I didn’t say anything malicious.”

Since the incident, the Bucks have apologized to Shane. Furthermore, they have even offered him tickets to a future game. Overall, it is a weird situation that Green may have to answer for.
