Diddy Accuser’s Lawyer Recalls Hearing About Sex Tapes Allegedly Featuring Mogul & Other Celebrities

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, an attorney who represented one of the women suing Diddy, recently appeared on NewsNation’s “Banfield” to discuss the mogul’s legal battle. During the interview, she claimed she’s been told three sex tapes allegedly featuring Diddy and other celebrities exist. “The individuals who contacted me purported to have three different tapes with three different celebrities, including Diddy, and then a fourth celebrity without Diddy but in a compromising situation with someone,” she alleged.

Mitchell-Kidd didn’t specify exactly who they said was featured in the alleged tapes, but described them as “A-list celebrities.” She added that while she heard about the alleged tapes, she hadn’t seen them herself. For this reason, she’s unable to confirm whether or not they really exist.

“I can’t attest to whether or not they exist or not,” she explained. “I just was told initially that ‘they’ own this treasure trove of videos, so I have to believe that there are a lot of celebrities who know what they did ….” Mitchell-Kidd’s latest allegations come after a source, who reportedly took part in the raids of Diddy’s mansions in March, detailed the footage they allegedly obtained in an interview with The Post. “There are recognizable names [in footage we obtained], but I won’t confirm any of their identities. But it’s more than just that one,” they alleged.

Mitchell-Kidd also spoke with News Nation about the alleged tapes last month. “There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around. But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video,” she alleged at the time. “I can tell the video was pornographic. This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t looking into the video. Diddy Allegedly Had Three Defaced AR-15 Rifles Seized From Both Home Raids

Diddy’s arrest is perhaps going to be one of the most extensive in recent memory. There is still so much to uncover surrounding this ongoing case, but today is certainly giving everyone a lot to discuss. What we know is that the rapper and entrepreneur has been indicted for “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution”. The alleged acts began taking place in 2008 and within the documents it says that all of this was to create some sort of criminal enterprise. Furthermore, this was all supposedly done through “prostitution, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice”.

We can surmise that the alleged weapons seized during the home raids were a part of this master plan. These were just some of the items taken by Homeland Security, and there’s apparently photo evidence of them. In an X post from world-renowned legal reporter Meghann Cuniff, she was able to obtain video footage from the press conference held after the unsealing of the indictment. U.S. attorney Damian Williams was the one responsible for addressing the public and revealing this new information.

Mr. Williams says that during the raids, federal agents allegedly came away with “firearms and ammunition”. “Three defaced AR-15s and the large capacity drum magazine” were the specific weaponry seized. Then, Williams walks over to the pictures taken of said items that were allegedly in Diddy’s possession. They do in fact show the drum magazine, extra bullets, pieces of the AR-15s, as well as close-ups of them with the serial numbers removed. However, as we said earlier, this is just the start. Diddy Had 1,000 Bottles Of Baby Oil & Other Alleged “Freak Off” Items Seized During Home Raids

The early steps of the Diddy case are now underway, and there are truly disturbing bits of information. According to new legal documents from TMZ, the list of indictments does include the “Freak-off” events/parties. They descriptively describe them as “elaborate and produced sex performances that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded”. Also in this section, they allege that Diddy was luring women in by promising them true romantic connections.

Then, after gaining their trust, he allegedly used force, threatened with force, or coercion to have them engage in lengthy intercourse with male sex workers. Afterwards, the women would allegedly receive IV fluids to help them physically recover from them. Later on in the documents, they list off all of the narcotics that were allegedly distributed in relation to the drug charges Diddy has received. They supposedly include cocaine, oxycodone, Xanax, GHB, aka, the “date rape” drug, MDMA and ketamine.

Even more alarming, is that some or maybe all of these alleged drugs were seized during the Miami and Beverly Hills home raids. Other supposed items confiscated are 1,000+ bottles of baby oil and/or lubricants, firearms, which apparently include 3 AR-15s with no serial numbers, and a drum magazine. All of this was a part of the massive and now unsealed indictment which has led to Diddy being charged on three counts. They are racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Diddy Allegedly At Risk Of Indictment As Grand Jury Is Formed In New York

Diddy is one of the biggest music moguls in the world. However, he is currently being investigated by the Justice Department. As we have extensively reported, Diddy’s homes were raided a couple of months ago. This subsequently led to all sorts of speculation about what would happen next. Furthermore, the investigation came in the midst of numerous lawsuits and allegations against the artist. Since last November, Puff has been accused of sexual assault, rape, trafficking, and physical abuse, among other transgressions.

Most recently, Diddy was seen physically assaulting Cassie on camera. This hotel footage was from 2016 and immediately shocked the hip-hop world. Moreover, a recent article from Rolling Stone showcased testimonials from Diddy’s old friends, and they were not kind. This morning, things have seemingly gone from bad to worse for the mogul. Overall, this is due to the forming of a Grand Jury in New York, according to TMZ. The Grand Jury is located in the Southern District of New York, and it has been noted that witnesses might be asked to testify in front of it, very soon.

After a months-long investigation, it appears as though prosecutors are looking to present the evidence they have compiled. Subsequently, the Grand Jury will take in the evidence, and decide whether or not Diddy will be indicted and on what charges. It’s being said that Homeland Security has been extremely careful with its investigation and that they are doing everything they can to make sure they build a solid case. While it is unknown whether or not Diddy will be indicted, this most recent development certainly puts the mogul at risk.
