Germaine Pratt Reacts To Video Of Him Yelling About Joseph Ossai Play

Germaine Pratt is currently a trending topic on Twitter thanks to his reaction to losing in the AFC Championship Game. In the end, the Bengals lost by a field goal that was kicked with just three seconds left in the game. Overall, it was a devastating loss that boiled down to one play.

As many already know, Joseph Ossai pushed Patrick Mahomes when he was already out of bounds. Subsequently, Ossai was issued an unnecessary roughness penalty which ultimately put the Chiefs in field goal position. Consequently, Pratt was angry and let those frustrations be hard in the hallway, yelling “why the f*** you touch the quarterback?”

Germaine Pratt Speaks

With the clip of Pratt going viral, he decided to respond on social media. In the IG post below, you can see that Pratt isn’t happy with how he is being portrayed. Overall, he believes he is just a passionate individual whose focus is always on winning.

“Yep ppl will post anything on social media for likes and views,” Pratt wrote. ” I have real feelings sometimes they are raw. If you love something as much as I do sometimes things will be said in the heat of the moment. But I know what type of teammate I am.

“Trust me no love lost, I’m hurt. Remember some ppl will hate you, rate you, and shake you and try to break you but I will stand tall like always.”

At the end of the day, emotions run high when you play a competitive sport, and that is exactly what we saw here. It is very hard to blame Pratt in this situation, especially when you take into consideration what was at stake. Hopefully, both Ossai and Pratt will have opportunities to redeem themselves, in the future.

At one point in the match, numerous people took to Twitter as they couldn’t believe their ears. Subsequently, videos were posted with an analysis of what Romo may have or may not have been trying to say.

In the ensuing tweets, even more, fans came through with the very same analysis. Many struggled to think of what he could have been trying to say. Eli Apple Hit With Unending Slander After Taunting Bills For A Week

Eli Apple talks some of the most trash in the entire NFL. Overall, he isn’t exactly the best at his position. However, he still likes to talk, especially on Twitter. After beating the Buffalo Bills, that is exactly what happened, although it did not work out in his favor.

He said some stuff to Stefon Diggs that rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. Of course, one of his biggest taunts was “Cancun on 3.” With him going up against the Kansas City Chiefs, fans were hoping for some sort of humbling experience. In the end, that is exactly what took place.

Eli Apple Loses

Eli Apple and the Bengals were not able to close the deal yesterday. Overall, the Chiefs were the better team from the beginning. Moreover, Apple got outplayed on several possessions and also gave up some bad holding penalties. Consequently, he got absolutely destroyed on social media.

Hilariously, the person to really set the slander in motion was none other than Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany. Below, you can see her tweet which simply read “Cancun on 3.” Typically, NFL fans don’t like her, however, they were very pleased with this particular tweet.

Additionally, fans also had a lot to say about Apple. He became a trending topic on Twitter as fans were excited to take him down a few notches. After all, when you dish out a ton of trash talk, you have to expect it will come back at you.

Subsequently, the Chiefs will play the Eagles in the Super Bowl. Let us know who you think will win, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the sports world.

Travis Kelce went after Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval following the Kansas City Chiefs’ 23-20 win over the Bengals in the AFC Conference Championship. Pureval had taunted Patrick Mahomes in a viral tweet implying Joe Burrow is the star quarterback’s father.

“Know your role and shut your mouth, you jabroni,” Kelce said to the Mayor after the win.

“Joseph Lee Burrow.. who’s 3-0 against Mahomes has been asked by officials to take a paternity test.. to confirm whether or not he’s his father,” Pureval said in his video post.

He followed up with an apology tweet, further writing, “Bengals nation, LOL. I hear you. My competitive juices and love for Cincy got the best of me. My bad. Staying hungry and humble. See You Sunday. Who Dey Baby!”

Kelce also referenced the “Burrowhead Stadium” jokes that have been going viral over the last week. The name is referring to Joe Burrow’s previously perfect 3-0 record against the Chiefs.

“Burrowhead my ass!” Kelce exclaimed, before adding, “Wooooooo! It’s Mahomes’ house!”

Mahomes also addressed jokes about Burrow’s success in Arrowhead Stadium.

“This team, man, we played together,” Mahomes said after the win. “I said it from the beginning, when we were in the locker room, I said we got to be together. And this team stepped up against a great football team, and we showed this place, it’s Arrowhead, it’s not Burrowhead out here.”

Kelce, Mahomes, and the rest of the Chiefs will now take on the Eagles in Super Bowl LVII. Kickoff is set for February 12.

SOURCE SPORTS: Hobbled Patrick Mahomes Says He Is ‘Ready to Go’ for AFC Title Game

Patrick Mahomes Gets Engaged to Longtime GF Following Super Bowl Ring Ceremony

Don’t worry, Chiefs fans, you’re quarterback is ready to go. Patrick Mahomes addressed the media on Tuesday, ahead of the AFC Championship game, that his Kansas City Chiefs will play against the Cincinnati Bengals. After a divisional matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars, where Mahomes injured his ankle, there was fear he would not be ready. That fear is eased.

“AFC championship week,” Mahomes said. “Ready to go.”

According to ESPN, Mahomes was a full participant in practice and underwent treatment all week.

“It’s doing good,” he said. “I’ve done a few days of treatment, a few days of rehab. Excited to get on the practice field and kind of test it out and see where I’m at. But it’s feeling good so far.

“I felt better than I thought I was going to be after the game. Moving on it during the game definitely hurt. But after the game, I was able to rest it and kind of ice it up and do different stuff like that. I felt in a little bit better position, and obviously the next morning felt a little bit better, and then I’ve continued to get better throughout the week, so we’ll see how I feel today at practice.”

Last season, the Bengals knocked off the Chiefs in the AFC Title game. Ahead of this matchup, members of the Bengals’ secondary dubbed the Chiefs stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, as Burrowhead. We will see if that name holds up on Sunday.

SOURCE SPORTS: Damar Hamlin Released from Cincinnati Medical Center to Continue Recover in Buffalo

Damar Hamlin’s Family Releases a Statement: ‘We Will Release Updates as Soon as We Have Them'

Damar Hamlin was released from the University of Cincinnati Medical Center on Monday, nearly a week to the exact time he had a cardiac arrest during a Monday Night football game at Paycor Stadium.

According to ESPN, Hamlin flew to Buffalo on Monday to continue treatment at the Buffalo General Medical Center. He is now listed as in stable condition.

“Headed home to Buffalo today with a lot of love on my heart,” Hamlin tweeted. “Watching the world come together around me on Sunday was truly an amazing feeling. The same love you all have shown me is the same love that I plan to put back into the world n more. Bigger than football!”

“In general, we want to ensure that each organ system is stable to improving and that he needs a minimum amount of assistance, such that he does not need intensive nursing,” said Dr. Timothy Pritts of UC Health.

“And we have some awesome rock star nurses who’ve been with him from the beginning, but he no longer needs that level of nursing care. No longer needs intensive respiratory therapy from our respiratory care practitioners and is able to, then, move to a setting where he would have less intensive care.”

SOURCE SPORTS: NFL Announces Cancellation of Bills-Bengals Game and Reveals AFC Title Game on Potential Neutral Site

NFL Announces Bills-Bengals Will Not Resume This Week & No Changes to Week 18 Schedule

The Week 17 game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills will be canceled, the NFL announced Thursday night. The game was suspended in the first quarter on Monday after Bills safety Damar Hamlin went into cardiac arrested.

“This has been a very difficult week,” NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement Thursday. “We continue to focus on the recovery of Damar Hamlin and are encouraged by the improvements in his condition as well as the tremendous outpouring of support and care for Damar and his family from across the country. We are also incredibly appreciative of the amazing work of the medical personnel and commend each and every one of them.”

The decision comes as the league decided the outcome does not change who qualifies for the playoffs nor alter their schedules and allows all teams to know postseason possibilities before Week 18 starts.

Buffalo (12-3) was tied for the top record in the AFC with the Kansas City Chiefs (now 13-3) entering Week 17 but held the head-to-head tiebreaker. Cincinnati (11-4) trailed both teams by one game, but a win over the Bills would have given them a three-way tiebreaker. In a rematch of last year’s AFC Championship Game, the Bengals, now the AFC North champions, defeated the Chiefs in Week 13.

Because of the canceled game, the league’s owners will vote Friday on scenarios approved by the competition committee Thursday that entail a neutral site for an AFC Championship Game, with 24 of 32 needed (three-fourths majority) to approve. You can learn about the scenarios here.

NFL Star Damar Hamlin In Critical Condition

Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin is in critical condition after collapsing on the field during the Bills versus Bengals game in Cincinnati.

The 24-year old athlete was placed in an ambulance and rushed to the hospital after the league’s medical attempted to revive him. Commissioner Roger Goodell suspended the rest of Monday night’s game between the Bills and Bengals an hour after Hamlin’s shocking fall. “Hamlin received immediate medical attention on the field by team and independent medical staff and local paramedics,” the league shared in a statement.

“Our thoughts are with Damar and the Buffalo Bills. We will provide more information as it becomes available. The NFL has been in constant communication with the NFL Players Association which is in agreement with postponing the game.”

Hamlin took a hard hit near the head from Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins early in the first quarter of the game before collapsing to the ground. He reportedly has a pulse, but is not breathing on his own, according to FOX News. The young athlete was flooded with words of love and support from his NFL fans and correspondents. ESPN commentator, Ryan Clark, spoke about Hamlin’s injury during Monday night’s game.

“This is about Damar Hamlin. It was about a young man at 24-year-old living his dream and now he fights for his life.” NFL analyst Jordan Shultz shared a touching video Hamlin while offering his thoughts and prayers.

“Damar Hamlin is a truly wonderful and special person,” Shultz tweeted. “He’s made an enormous impact on his community, long before he made the NFL. Please pray for Damar and his family.”

Our thoughts are with Damar Hamlin and his family at this time. More details to come.

Bengals Plane Loses Engine Leading To Scary Scene

On Saturday, the Bengals came through with a huge win against the New England Patriots. This was a very important game for the Bengals to win as they are looking to take the top spot in the AFC North. Overall, Joe Burrow was solid while the defense made the Patriots look bad.

It was a nice early Christmas gift for the team. Since the game was on Christmas Eve, they were able to fly home that night and make it to their families in time for Christmas Day. Unfortunately, the entire country was gridlocked, and even NFL superstars couldn’t avoid potential disaster.

Bengals Flight Issues

According to reporter Lance McAlister, the Bengals were flying home out of Rhode Island when an engine failed. Subsequently, the team was forced to experience an emergency landing. This landing took place at JFK Airport in New York City.

Eventually, it was reported that the Bengals were able to get their second plane and make it home around midnight on Christmas. Overall, this is not the kind of situation you want to be in. However, everything turned out fine, which is definitely good to see.

For the Bengals, the goal moving forward will be to make it back to the Super Bowl. This team made it there last year against all odds. Now, they have a chance to go right back, which would be huge.

Stay tuned to HNHH as we will continue to bring you the latest news and updates from around the NFL world.

Minnesota’s Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office revealed Zimmer’s official cause of death to be chronic alcohol use.

Reports from ESPN indicate that police officers were called to perform a welfare check on the night of his passing (October 31). They subsequently found him deceased. In addition to discovering his body, Zimmer also had bruising and blood pooling around his eye.

Launching shortly after in order to discover the cause of death, the investigation is now over upon the official announcement.

At the time of his death, Zimmer was serving as an assistant defensive backs coach and offensive analyst for the Cincinnati Bengals.

On November 1, the Bengals released a statement confirming his passing. “Our organization has had the privilege of knowing and working with the Zimmer family for 15 years. We have the highest regard for Mike and Adam, and we are incredibly saddened by this tragic news. Mike and Adam were more than just coaches for us – they were friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Zimmer family at this time,” wrote Mike Brown, the team’s President.

Adam is the son of former Minnesota Vikings head coach, Mike Zimmer. Throughout his 16-year career working in the NFL, the 38-year-old also worked for the Vikings, as well as the New Orleans Saints and Kansas City Chiefs.

Beginning with his first job in the league in 2006, he served as the Saints’ assistant linebacker coach. He was hired by the Chiefs for the same position in 2010. He later joined the Bengals as an assistant defensive backs coach in 2013, before joining the Vikings as a linebackers coach in 2014.

Furthermore, he continued to work various roles for the Vikings organization under his father’s head coaching duties for the next seven years. Afterwards, he rejoined the Bengals for another stint earlier this season.

Rest in peace, Adam Zimmer. Our condolences go out to the Zimmer family at this time.

As always, make sure to stay tuned to HNHH or the latest updates.
