Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum is the latest person to feel his humorous wrath. Today (November 19), Vince Staples and Jayson Tatum came face-to-face in a new commercial for the Jordan brand (viewable here).
Instead of using his beloved lyricism on full display, Vince channelled his words for another reason. As highlights of Tatum’s Championship season took over the screen, Vince gave Tatum a piece of his mind.
“What type of dude is Jayson Tatum,” asked Vince. “The type of dude who’d crush a team and then say some cold sh*t like, ‘We just played our game and the rest took care of itself.’”
As Vince pointed out, Tatum is a many of few words but when he does speak out against his opponents it cuts deeps. However, Tatum manages to keep a cool head or so Vince argued, saying: “The type that have a whole city and internet, booing him. And he’s just smiling.”
Before the clip ends, Vince has one more grievance to air as a long-suffering Los Angeles Clippers fan. “That sh*t really message me up, man,” he said.
Unfazed by it all, Tatum laughs off Vince’s monologue. In Tatum’s eyes, it doesn’t matter who hates him because his partner, singer Ella Mai and their child provides more than enough love to make up for it.
Jordan Brand is getting ready to have an epic year. With a loaded 2025 slate lined up, Nike has announced more classics hitting the shelves next year.
The latest announcement for the brand’s retro lineup is the OG Air Jordan 5 “Fire Red.” The sneaker is set to release in Fall 2025 at a $210 price tag. This time, the sneaker will return with the black tongue and all of the original details, including Nike Air on the heel.
Additionally, the Air Jordan 12 “French Blue” will be released in 2025, carrying the original design elements of the 2004 model. The sneaker is expected to arrive with a $200 price tag and be released in Fall 2025.
Overall, there have been some truly incredible Air Jordans over the years. Although there are so many different colorways to choose from, there are certain offerings that stand out compared to others. Fans have developed their favorites that they constantly go back to. One model that has definitely stood the test of time, would be the “Military Blue”colorway. Numerous silhouettes have gotten it, and today, we are looking at four of the best Jumpman examples of “Military Blue.”
Jordan Trainer 2 Flyknit “Military Blue”
Firstly, we have the Jordan Trainer 2 Flyknit in “Military Blue.” One thing that is fun about this shoe is the fact that it is covered in military blue throughout the upper. Meanwhile, the midsole is white. This creates an offering that is packed with color. If you are a huge fan of the aesthetic, then you cannot go wrong with what you’re getting over here. We just wish more Jordans took this approach to the colorway.
Secondly, we have the Jordan Legacy 312 Low in, you guessed it, “Military Blue.” This sneaker is an amalgamation of numerous iconic Jumpman sneakers. The shoe is characterized by the mostly white upper. and “Military Blue” highlights that make their way throughout. It is a sneaker that is both clean and familiar, which makes it a great option for consumers.
Air Jordan 1 Centre Court “Military Blue”
Subsequently, we have this Air Jordan 1 Centre Court “Military Blue.” This is a shoe that contains a familiar aesthetic as it contains some of the core tenants of the Jordan 1. However, instead of a swoosh, we get a big Wings logo that stretches around the sides. As for the “Military Blue” element here, we get that in the form of a solid color block. It makes for a unique look that embraces some modern art aesthetics.
Jordan 4 Military Blue 2024
Lastly, but certainly not least, we have the Air Jordan 4 “Military Blue” 2024, which can be seen above. Overall, this is an iconic offering that was part of the OG rollout of the Jordan 4 back in 1989. If you are a fan of clean sneakers with a white base and a pop of color, these will be for you. The blue here is gorgeous, and when you add the grey into the mix, there is enough contrast to keep things interesting.

If you are hearing about the Air Jordan Mule Golf for the first time, you probably aren’t the only one. Overall, this is a brand-new silhouette that Jumpman has cooked up for all of the golfing aficionados out there. Michael Jordan himself loved to play golf, so it should come as no surprise that his basketball shoes have been given the golf treatment. However, it seems like now, Jumpman has been interested in delivering sneakers that are made from scratch. Albeit with those obvious Jumpman flares.
For instance, this new Air Jordan Mule Golf has a bit of a resemblance to the Air Jordan 1. From the Nike swoosh placement to the way the overlays are positioned, you can tell that this is a Jordan 1-inspired shoe. However, the very clear difference here is how the cuff is a bit cropped. Moreover, you have no laces to be found here. To make matters more obvious, the first colorway is going to be the iconic “Bred.” This simply means the shoe is comprised of black and red.
Firstly, this shoe is given a black base, particularly on the overlays. Secondly, we get red on the toe box, the Nike swoosh, and the back heel. Furthermore, the midsole is white and the outsole is red. The outsole even has those golf spikes on the bottom for increased traction. Once again, it shows how amazing Jumpman is at making these golf shoes.

According to Sneaker Bar Detroit, you will be able to cop these new golf shoes as of February 2nd. Moreover, the offering is going to run you $110 USD which is a fairly modest price. Basketball season is in full swing and the Air Jordan brand is paying homage to WNBA players with their most recent drop, “First Class,” a WNBA player-exclusive colorway with gold hardware accents.
The shoe’s base tonal palette is a soft mint green shade with darker green accents on the support wings, pull tab, and parts of the outsoles and seafoam mesh design quarters panels. In addition to the unique color scheme, the shoe also features a gold Jumpman logo holding a diamond in place of the basketball as well as gold accented hardware on the lace tags, tips, and hangtag. The hashtag is designed to mimic a luggage flight tag, a nod to the shoe’s “First Class” namesake.
Pictures of the shoe were shared by Kelsey Amy, Jordan brand senior designer on her Instagram, with the caption “Made exclusively for our WNBA athletes who continue to pave the way for change both in their sport and in the world around them. Continuously setting the benchmark for women in sports and leaving a lasting legacy for the future generations to come.”
No word when or if the shoes will be available to the general public.

In case you didn’t know, the “Laney” Air Jordan model is a series of colorways that pay homage to Michael Jordan’s high school. Overall, this color scheme contains a lot of blue and yellow. When put together, these two colors work extremely well. Luckily, over the years, we have gotten plenty of great “Laney” offerings. Unfortunately, not all of these are affordable. Therefore, we have brought you three “Laney” offerings that work on a budget.
Firstly, we have the Air Jordan 14 “Laney.” Overall, this is an amazing sneaker that really made a name for itself recently. The Jordan 14 is a silhouette that is already quite underrated. Having said that, fans are really into the above version. This is thanks to the fact that the show is covered in blue material with some black and white overlays. Moreover, there is just a hint of yellow, which makes this offering just a tad different from other great “Laney” models.
Secondly, there is the “Laney Varsity Royal” version of the Air Jordan 5. If you are a sneakerhead, you know just how cool the Jordan 5 is and can be. As for the “Laney” version of it, well, it definitely comes across as an amazing sneaker. From the all-blue upper to the yellow hits on the midsole and inner lining, you cannot go wrong here. Additionally, the 3M tongue and the yellow Jumpman logo is a perfect finishing touch. If you want to get into the Jordan 5, this could be a great colorway to start off with.
Lastly, we have the “Laney” Air Jordan 1 KO. For the uninitiated, the Air Jordan 1 KO is meant to be a sort of “Knock Off” to the OG AJ1. However, the shoe is authentic and does come from Nike. As for this version of it, well, the “Laney” aesthetic does come across really nice here. The shoe is mostly made of blue materials. However, this eventually changes up as the toe box and the Nike swoosh are both yellow. The laces and the cuff of the shoe are also yellow, which ultimately brings it all together.

This Friday, October 13, Travis Scott’s latest Nike collaboration, the Air Jordan 1 Low Golf in “Neutral Olive,” will be available to buy after months of hype. Whether you’re a fan of Travis Scott’s prior Nike sneakers or just want some stylish and coveted new shoes for the links, if you’re looking for more info on how to buy the shoes — which will set you back about $170 — you’ve come to the right place.
How To Buy Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 1 Low Golf “Neutral Olive” Sneakers
Unlike most general releases, Travis Scott’s Nikes are released in limited quantities to specialty retailers — and these golf shoes are no exception. While prior drops have gone directly to skate shops, these will land at golf stores such as Trendy Golf. One store is even reportedly going to extreme lengths to combat resellers, requiring prospective purchasers to hit a 200-yard drive before even being considered for its raffle to buy one of the 72 pairs it’ll have for sale.
But for most of us, the most direct route will be online retailers such as BSTN, Sneakers N Stuff, and Offspring, along with the dreaded SNKRS app, which has prompted plenty of woes with previous Travis Scott releases. Don’t worry if you don’t get a hit, though: Travis’ Mac Attacks are right around the corner for tennis enthusiasts and hardcore collectors alike.
