Blueface’s Las Vegas Judgment Skyrockets To Over $14 Million

Blueface

Blueface is facing an increasingly massive financial burden as his unpaid judgment related to a shooting in Las Vegas continues to grow. With the judgment originally set at $13 million, the debts have accumulated interest.

Increased Judgment

Blueface, the Los Angeles rapper known for his hit song “Thotiana,” is grappling with a mounting financial strain due to an unpaid judgment stemming from a shooting incident in Las Vegas. The judgment stemmed from a plea deal Blueface took for his involvement in a shooting incident in November 2022, and the nightclub owner who was affected has been vocal about his determination to collect the unpaid amount.

Euphoric’s owner slammed Blueface and his entourage with a passionate response at the time of the incident vowing to make him pay off the debt until “the day he leaves this earth.” With the judgment originally set at $13,072,482, the debts have accumulated interest, bringing the new total to a staggering $14,386,164.23.

Legal Woes Neverending?

Under a plea deal, the rapper had his charges reduced to battery and discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure.

However, he was still ordered by the judge to pay over $12 million for the lost revenue of Euphoric Gentleman’s Club, where the shooting took place, as well as an additional $84,000 to cover lost wages for the venue’s employees.

Blueface Ordered To Pay $13 Million To Strip Club Owner After Las Vegas Shooting

Blueface finds himself entangled in a legal predicament stemming from a shooting incident outside a Las Vegas strip club. Following the episode, a Las Vegas judge has now ruled that the California rapper must pay a substantial $13 million in damages to the strip club owner. The lawsuit, which includes allegations of negligence and other charges, sheds light on the aftermath of the shooting, which left one individual injured.

Blueface Ordered To Pay Up

Blueface, known for hits like “Bleed It” and “Thotiana,” faced legal trouble after a shooting incident outside a strip club in Las Vegas.

The rapper was ordered by a judge to pay $13 million in damages to the strip club owner, who filed a lawsuit claiming negligence and other charges. The shooting, which took place at Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club on October 8, 2022, left one man injured and resulted in the revocation of the club’s licenses on October 14, 2022.

A Joke Gone Wrong?

Initially charged with attempted murder, Blueface struck a plea deal that lowered the charges to battery and discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure. According to legal reporter Meghann Cuniff, the “Buss Down” rapper was sentenced to probation on October 2,  where the judgment in the civil case quickly followed, stating that “there are no genuine issues of material fact.”

The victim of the shooting stated that he recognized Blueface inside the club and had spoken to him earlier in the night. According to court documents, the victim made a joke about the rapper “speaking with some females in a cheap vehicle,” which reportedly led to an altercation and the subsequent shooting.

Blueface Gets Engaged

The strip club’s owner filed the lawsuit, claiming nuisance, indemnification and contribution, and declaratory relief. In an order issued by Judge Reynolds, Blueface was ordered to pay lost revenue amounting to $12.6 million, along with additional damages, totaling nearly $13.1 million.

While the news of Blueface’s legal troubles continues to make headlines, the rapper recently made another announcement – his engagement to Jaidyn Alexis, his high school sweetheart, who he also shares two kids with.

Blueface’s 24-60 Month Sentence For Las Vegas Shooting Suspended

Blueface was recently sentenced to 24-60 months in prison after a 2022 shooting incident in Las Vegas. The controversial rapper pleaded guilty to discharging a firearm and battery charges. However, the “Thotiana” rapper managed to dodge the full sentence.

Blueface’s Sentence Suspension

Blueface, whose real name is Johnathan Porter, has received a 24-60-month prison sentence in connection with a shooting incident that occurred in Las Vegas in October 2022. Although, the Los Angeles rapper managed to avoid more severe charges.

The West Coast artist became entangled in legal difficulties due to a shooting incident outside a Las Vegas strip club, during which he fired a shot that grazed a man named Kentavious Traylor, causing injury to his hand. Blueface’s sentence is currently under suspension, indicating that should he maintain good conduct, his sentence will be reduced and deemed fulfilled.

However, any further criminal activity will result in the activation of his full sentence. In addition to the charges related to the shooting incident, Blueface also faced attempted murder and owning a gun by a prohibited person.

As part of a plea agreement, these charges were dismissed, narrowing down his final charges to discharging a firearm and battery.

The ‘Badu’ Curse

As part of Blueface’s sentencing, the California native has been placed on probation for three years, during which he is prohibited from possessing weapons, alcohol, or drugs. The rapper must also have no contact with the victim of the shooting incident.

This is not the first time that Blueface has faced legal issues. In June 2023, the rapper was arrested outside a Las Vegas courthouse on robbery charges. Additionally, he faced the wrath of legendary singer Erykah Badu, who allegedly placed a “JuJu” spell on him for mistreating and trolling his then-girlfriend, Chrisean Rock.

Blueface Arrested By Aggressive Undercover Cops For Attempted Murder + Chrisean Rock Sticks By Her Man

Blueface was arrested by undercover Las Vegas police officers for attempted murder. In a clip, the California native is seen getting slammed against a wall and thrown on the ground during his arrest.

Here’s What Happened

A fan parked in his car in a parking lot recorded Blueface and girlfriend, Chrisean Rock, sitting quietly on a public bench, scrolling through their phones. Suddenly, a fleet of men dressed in street clothes, later confirmed to be undercover police, attacked the California rapper.

As Blueface appeared to be minding his business, looking down at his phone, a man in a gray sweatshirt and jeans grabs him from behind and throws him against a concrete wall. A couple of other men dressed in similar attire also appear.

The men were so aggressive with the “Thotiana” rapper that it confused the fan, who then says, “they robbing him.” Unable to defend himself, the controversial rapper is dragged in various directions and eventually thrown to the ground.

It is also mentioned the undercover police on the scene had a warrant for his arrest. Blueface was reportedly arrested for gun possession in California in connection to a shooting that took place on October 8. The conviction follows his arrest in 2019 on similar charges with a loaded gun.

In addition, he also received a felony charge for attacking a nightclub bouncer in 2021.

Dazed + Confused

Witnesses, including his girlfriend Chrisean, were left dazed and confused. Another recording fan on the scene says, “ The cops just pulled up on em and they got him. I don’t know what the f*ck is going on.”

Still, the fan struggled to understand the context of the situation where he says, “they just got his ass and threw him down.”

Another man, frustrated, raises his voice in an attempt to understand what was taking place. He asked the police to explain the situation as a confused Chrisean is also heard in the background asking questions.

Chrisean Sticks By Her Man Behind Bars

Despite the serious charges against the California rapper, Chrisean Rock, who was also recently arrested on assault charges, is supporting her bae during his conviction process.

The reality star hopped on her Instagram to let fans know she’s sticking by her man and will appear for him in court.

In the last 24 hours, she also shared a series of tweets. In the first tweet she posted after the arrest, she says, “ugh why gotta take you from me.”

She then tweeted a video of the two heading to their hotel room in Vegas just three hours before the arrest

She later joked about twerking for the “Thotiana,” rapper while she visited him in jail and retweeted his mugshot.

There are no updates on what the arrest could mean for the couple’s upcoming reality show “Crazy in Love,” which was just released. The new controversial reality series lets fans into the intimate details of the couple’s complicated relationship.

While some fans were eager to watch the first season, there’s no telling what the arrest could mean for a second season.
