King Von’s Accused Killer Lul Tim Reportedly Released On $100K Bond

The death of King Von was a particular tragedy that the hip-hop community is still reeling from. The budding Chicago rapper was shot and killed in Atlanta after an altercation with a member of Quando Rondo’s camp. Lul Tim, an affiliate of Quando, was arrested for Von’s murder and has remained in prison since he was apprehended by authorities.

It seems that Lul Tim was released on bond, according to members of Quando Rondo’s camp. Two accounts that are among the 10 followed by Quando Rondo’s Instagram account posted photos of Tim in celebration of his alleged release. “Ain’t no more free lul tim. Welcome cacc cuz,” Jumpout Blacc wrote on his IG. Another account @333pab also shared a celebratory post, “@lul_timm3 Pluto otw next welcome home cuz!”

Outlets like SayCheeseTV and VladTV have reported that Lul Tim, real name Timothy Leeks, was released from jail on $100K bond. SayCheeseTV said that he was released last night and shared his mugshot.

Though Quando Rondo hasn’t made any public comments regarding Lul Tim’s reported release, he’s continuously shown his support for him since the murder of Von in November. Just a few weeks ago, as fans called for Rondo to be more compassionate towards Von’s family, Rondo said that the late Chicago rapper “got himself in that situation.”

We’ll keep you posted on any updates regarding Lul Tim’s case.

Miley Cyrus Spends Night Out With Yungblud, Romance Rumors Fly

On Thursday, Miley Cyrus was spending a night out in Los Angeles at the famous Rainbow Bar and Grill celebrating the 15th anniversary of her classic television show Hannah Montana. Paparazzi photos and eyewitness reports say that Yungblud and Miley Cyrus were cozying up to each other at the restaurant, with him laying his legs across hers and putting his finger in her mouth. Cyrus was also seen taking shots at the restaurant, which could be a contributor to why the two were being so flirty.

“She was very happy and in her element. She was belting out songs at the table and full of life,” an eyewitness told E! Online. “There was a vibe between them and they didn’t take their eyes off of each other,” said another eyewitness. According to a source close to Cyrus, the two are not together, stating, “Miley and Yungblud were definitely flirting with each other, but they are not dating. It was just a fun night out with friends, but there is definitely chemistry there.”

Miley may have fallen off the wagon again with her drinking after telling Rolling Stone that while she had broken her sobriety during the COVID-19 pandemic, she was attempting to stay sober again. “Then by 27, [November 2019] I was pretty much fully sober. Then, like a lot of people during the pandemic, I fell off,” she said in January. “It was really a struggle. Mental health and anxiety and all that. I lost myself there, and now I’m back on five weeks.”

While it doesn’t seem like there’s a confirmed romance between Miley and Yungblud yet, a relationship could certainly be on the horizon. This is currently a developing story, so we’ll keep you updated if anything new goes down between Miley and Yungblud. What would you think about this potential celebrity couple? Let us know your thoughts down in the comments.

Seth Rogen Said He Had “No Hard Feelings” After Emma Watson Walked Off Set Of His Film

Recently, Seth Rogen did an interview with British GQ where he got real about a rumor that had been circulating about his film for nearly a decade. In his 2013 comedy film This Is the End, a handful of celebrities, played by themselves, are trapped in their home during the apocalypse. Emma Watson appears in the film, playing a more dramatic version of herself. Allegedly, Watson stormed off the set of the film during one of the more extreme scenes, when Danny McBride acts as a cannibal and has Channing Tatum on a leash as his gimp.

Seth Rogen hasn’t publicly commented on the rumor until his interview with British GQ, where he confirmed it was true. “I mean, I don’t look back on that and think, ‘How dare she do that?’ You know? I think sometimes when you read something, when it comes to life it doesn’t seem to be what you thought it was,” Rogen says. “But it was not some terrible ending to our relationship. She came back the next day to say goodbye. She helped promote the film. No hard feelings and I couldn’t be happier with how the film turned out in the end.”

Rogen also says that Watson “was probably right,” and adds that “it was probably funnier the way we ended up doing it.” Watch the original clip that Emma walked out on with Danny McBride and Channing Tatum below.

The 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre Commission Promises Reparations To Victims

Of the many moments in American history where the country’s deep-rooted racial tensions can be seen most visibly, the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre ranks high. The massacre occurred between May and June in 1921 in the thriving, predominantly Black Greenwood District of Tulsa Oklahoma, when mobs of white residents attacked Black residents and businesses. The white mob, numbered in the thousands, destroyed all 36-square-blocks of the bustling community, burning and bombing everything in their path.

It’s estimated upwards of 300 Black citizens were massacred and buried in mass graves, with the total mob-damage estimated to be at or around 200 million in today’s currency. Neither the City of Tulsa nor the Tulsa County has provided any sort of restitution or reparations for the three living survivors nor descendants of the tragic slaughter. According to a new statement from The 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre Centennial Commission, this is about to change.

“We believe strongly in reparations. Our focus is on the larger scope of reparations, which means repairing past damages and making amends through acknowledgment, apology, and atonement. This process is central to racial reconciliation in Tulsa,” the statement reads.

They go on to declare, “Survivors and descendants deserve remedy and reparation for the atrocities of 1921. The Centennial Commission’s work toward reparations falls in restitution through advocacy for investment in education, infrastructure and economic development in North Tulsa.”

In terms of exactly what the reparations will look like, they explained, “Reparations may take both individual and communal forms. Monetary damages are a type of individual reparations, and we believe that this is an important subject for discussion.” They added, ” Monetary investments in public spaces, public facilities, and economic initiatives are a type of communal reparations. These forms of reparations are complementary, not mutually exclusive. Both are important.
