Drake has big love for his fans, although he left one of them feeling disappointed recently after dapping up every man around her but failing to show her any love.

As XXL reports, the 35-year-old has been all over social media lately, first showing off his dance moves with 2Rare while filming the “Sticky” music video in Miami, and now, being clowned for ignoring a female patiently waiting to receive her moment with Drizzy.

The video surfaced on Tuesday (June 28), and captures Drake kicking it with a group of fans in a nightclub, making sure to greet everyone around him – aside from the only woman in the crew.

It remains unclear if the father of one intentionally swerved the fan, or if he was just caught up in the moment with everyone else around him.

At one point, it looks as though she’s about to get some attention thanks to the man with her, who was in the midst of a handshake with Champagne Papi and signalling him to acknowledge his friend, but instead the rapper turned to the man on his left to strike up a conversation.

While that interaction didn’t go smoothly, the 6ix God has been on an undeniable roll elsewhere in his career, with Honestly, Nevermind and “Jimmy Cooks” featuring 21 Savage both debuting at No. 1.

Though he has been focused on putting out music videos for his seventh studio album, Drake did promise earlier this month that he’s got another Scary Hours EP on the way in the near future, and he thinks it’s bound to “slap some head tops off” – read more about that here, and tap back in with HNHH later for more pop culture news updates.

The victims of Jeffrey Epstein are finally getting some closure. Though the financier committed suicide ahead of his own trial, his accomplice and former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, was convicted of sex trafficking, transporting a minor to participate in illegal sex acts, and two conspiracy charges late last year.

On Tuesday, June 28th, the 60-year-old was finally sentenced to 20 years, though she didn’t seem to take responsibility for the role that she played in the trauma of dozens when given a chance to speak.

After expressing empathy for the survivors, Maxwell told them that meeting Epstein was the “greatest regret of [her] life,” adding that he was “a manipulative, cunning and controlling man who lived a profoundly compartmentalized life.” As CBC notes, these comments echo what her defence attorneys’ alleged about the late man being the “true mastermind.”

The judge made it abundantly clear that the socialite had her own role in the situation, reminding her that she was being punished for her crimes, and not Epstein’s. Ghislaine’s actions were called “heinous and predatory,” with U.S. District Judge Alison J. Nathan also pointing out that she “normalized” sexual abuse through “involvement, encouragement, and instruction.”

Nathan imposed a $750K fine on Maxwell, stating that her goal was to send an “unmistakable message” about the severity of these crimes, and how they will continue to be aggressively punished.

Prosecutors initially sought 30 to 55 years behind bars for the convict, while her own defence team pushed for just five.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid has always been popular amongst sneakerheads, even if it doesn’t have the same prestige as the High OG. Regardless, this is a silhouette that is always getting new colorways, and fans can’t help but love them. With the Mid, Jordan Brand likes to do something different and with this latest version of the silhouette, they certainly come through with something unique.

As you can see, the shoe has a white base with Carolina blue overlays and a grey back heel. What is truly unique about this model, however, isn’t the actual colorway. It’s the fact that the front of the shoe, including the tongue, has a mesh-like feel to it that replicates an actual basketball net. It’s a nice little addition to a colorway that is definitely going to pique people’s interest.

Nipsey Hussle’s suspected murderer, Eric Holder, was unable to stand trial on Tuesday after being physically assaulted in jail, according to Rolling Stone. The alleged Rollin’ 60s gang member is accused of killing the Los Angeles rapper in 2019 after a heated dispute about snitching.

The outlet reports that Holder “suffered more than a black eye,” but that the exact extent of the injuries has not been confirmed.

“Based on some unforeseen circumstances that are no fault of parties here, we won’t be in session today,” the judge told the court, regarding Holder’s absence, before sending the jury home for the day.

His defense attorney, Aaron Jansen, added that the delay was related to something “medical.”

Deputy District Attorney John McKinney explained in the prosecution’s opening statement that Holder and Hussle had known each other for some time: “The defendant in this case was also an aspiring rapper – not nearly as successful, not nearly as respected and the two didn’t really have a lot in common. They were two men whose arcs in life were bending in two different directions. The one thing they did have in common was their roots.”

McKinney added that an understanding of the concept of snitching is important to follow the killing: “There’s a range of consequences for people who snitch. No gang member wants to be considered a snitch.”

If convicted, Holder could be sentenced to life in prison.
