Kevin Samuels Has Reportedly Passed Away

Infamous social media personality Kevin Samuels has been the talk of the internet throughout the day. After a gossip blog on Instagram suggested that something had happened to Samuels, rumors quickly began to circulate about the YouTuber passing away. As questions arose about valid sources confirming the information, the attention further fueled the fire of gossip.

However, at least two outlets, The Neighborhood Talk and Revolt, have both publicly claimed that they have spoken with sources that have confirmed that Samuels passed sometime this morning.

Samuels’s loved ones have yet to issue an official statement about the news, but the information has caused the public to share their divided responses. Samuels was a controversial figure who used his platform to speak on what he determined to be a “high-value man” while regularly sharing misogynistic ideals. Still, he had a dedicated fanbase who helped him grow in popularity, even earning him a spot in Future’s music video for “Worst Day” back in February.

Details regarding what occurred are, of course, also scarce as Samuels’ name remains a staple in trending topics. Some have come forward with kind words to Samuels’ relatives and condemnation to people using this as an opportunity to celebrate. We offer our condolences to Kevin Samuels’ loved ones during this difficult time.

Bia Says Working With J. Cole Made Her Push Her Pen ’10 Times Harder’

Rapper Bia is having a big year—from launching a cosmetics line called Beauty For Certain, touring with Russ, and scoring some big-name collaborations. Among her collaborators is J. Cole, who is featured on her latest track, “London.”

On “London,” both Bia and Cole rap in British accents over a drill-inspired beat. Bia recently spoke with Variety about how she presented several tracks, including “London” to Cole, for his consideration. After collaborating with Cole, Bia said she was inspired to step up her pen game.

“I learned I have to push my pen to maximum every single time because you never know when J. Cole’s going to get on your record,” she said. “Now, I’m pushing it 10 times harder. Every bar, ugh! Let me see how I can take that up a notch. Outside of that, too, I learned a lot about balance. Because the way he’s super punctual — he’s on time for everything. I’m never on time, but I’ll stay late. I need to get better at punctuality.”

Ahead of the song’s release last month, Cole also had nothing but positive words to say about Bia’s craft.

“When the thought and conversation came up about me adding a verse, I was excited but genuinely nervous cuz I didn’t even see how the song could be better after what she did to it,” said Cole in an Instagram post. “I didn’t want to f*ck nothing up! I’m grateful I Ended up catching the right wave.”

50 Cent Mentions DaBaby When Commenting On Dave Chappelle’s Attacker

Once again, 50 Cent is adding his voice to a pop culture conversation. We’ve extensively reported on the updates related to the attack on Dave Chappelle at the Hollywood Bowl earlier this week. The famed comedian was making an appearance at the Netflix Is A Joke Festival when 23-year-old Isaiah Lee, armed with a knife, rushed the stage and tackled Chappelle. The comedian’s security detail quickly answered the call and backstage, Lee was said to have received quite the beatdown.

The after-effects of Lee’s interaction with security were revealed as the reported rapper was being led out of the venue looking severely battered and bruised. He reportedly faces several misdemeanor charges but managed to escape a felony.

Meanwhile, as the news has been shared from one end of the world to another, social media has weighed in heavily with opinions. Of course, Will Smith and Chris Rock’s names have been mentioned, and there have been reports out of Los Angeles that famous comedy clubs are now increasing their security out of fear that attacks on comedians will become a trend.

50 Cent previously commented on Lee’s arrest and injuries, and he returned to add more commentary.

“Oh Sh*t, is the LGBTQ gonna kill dave right in front of us ?” Fif questioned. “He had a weapon a gun, knife how he or she don’t get charged? [shrug emoji] The world is over, Fvck this. [laughing emoji] @dababy they would have charged your ass for thinking about doing that. LOL.” Check it out below.

Wack 100 Unleashes On Jay Electronica: “The Man Of No Hits”

Those Clubhouse chats have once again got Wack 100 in hot water, and this time it’s with Jay Electronica. The controversial music manager is no stranger to ruffling feathers and we previously reported on his comments about the 1995 Million Man March that rubbed Jay Electronica the wrong way. “I’ve always scratched my head about that Million Man March. I’ve never seen nothing come up. I question that. You know me, I’ma call a spade a spade. Where that money went?” Wack said during a Clubhouse call with Brother Ben X.

“That was orchestrated by the Nation of Islam. The money was administered by the Nation of Islam,” Wack continued. “It was supposed to be this, this, and that. I thought I was going to see some schools or maybe some type of funding for child resources. The Million Man March came, a bunch of people raised a bunch of money, and then… We didn’t hear nothing.”

Jay came in full force to call out Wack for questioning the Nation of Islam’s efforts, but Wack was quick with a scathing response. “THE MAN OF NO HITS..EAT A [sliced cucumber emoji]. NOW PRESS DAT,” he wrote along with a screenshot of Jay’s post.

“Your Nobody to ask I asked the man in front of me @brotherbenx and he answered the question,” Wack added. “I’ve never known the N.O.I to duck a question. That’s what their there for to educate am I not right? You strike back with anger because a Black Man asked another Black Man a question to gain understanding‼️ Your fresh out of Ramadan with this behavior with this attitude ‼️ Poor representation of what this movement stands for.”

Rihanna And ASAP Rocky Are Reportedly Not Engaged, Despite Fan Speculation Following Their ‘D.M.B.’ Video

Rihanna and ASAP Rocky sparked rumors of engagement following the latter’s new video for “D.M.B.,” in which Rihanna stars. In the video, which is subtitled as “A ghetto love tale.” the two are wearing grills on their teeth; Rocky’s reads “Marry Me?” and Rihanna’s reads “I Do?” The video ends with them getting married, however, the two maintain that this is simply part of the video.

Despite much speculation of their engagement or even a secret wedding, a source close to the couple told TMZ that the grills and the wedding were “just done for fun.”

The couple are expecting a child together, with a due date rapidly approaching. As for a baby shower, Rihanna and Rocky recently held a “rave shower” after the former previously told Vogue that she wants “no brunch, no blush tones. And no animal-shaped nothing”

“I mean it’s lit for a lot of people,” she continued. “I’ve even planned a couple of baby showers like that myself—it’s just not right for me. Personally, I want a party. I want everyone to be plastered and crawling out. And it’s got to be co-ed! Don’t put me on no wicker chair somewhere with gifts at my feet where everyone is staring at me.”

Romeo Miller Claims He Lost Fans After Becoming A Dad: “Females Sent Me Hate Mail”

Earlier this year, Romeo Miller and his girlfriend Drew Sangster welcomed their firstborn. The proud parents have shared a few intimate photos of their newborn, only affectionately referred to as Baby R, but the wave of good news apparently didn’t bode over well for some of Miller’s fans. The talk show host and reality star told Page Six that after sharing that his daughter was born, some people sent him hateful messages.

“I have lost a lot of fans,” he said. “A lot of females sent me hate mail when I had my daughter because a lot of people felt like it was supposed to be them. And as crazy as that sounds, I kind of felt that pressure growing up.”

“Being a child star, you have a different connection with your fans. It’s like your fans are really a part of your life. So I think that’s why it took so long [for me to have a child] because I was like when that day comes, I got to make sure it’s with the right person,” Miller added. “It’s not just a moment that happened by accident, but it has to be with somebody who is truly deserving because it’s gonna break a lot of hearts out there.”

The actor told his fans that he has to “live his life” for himself because he’s “trying to have 50 kids.” He also claimed that it was Beyoncé who gave him advice on how to handle the public.

“The thing that I learned from Beyoncé when I went on tour with her when I was a young kid, she said, ‘When you are in this industry, you gonna get a lot of love and you’re gonna get hate. But what you have got to realize is you’re gonna get way more love than hate. So focus on the love.’ And that always resonated because a lot of people focus on that one hate mail, that one bad message, and you got 100 good ones.”
