Juice WRLD & Justin Bieber Share “Wandered To LA” Single

Thursday (December 2) marked Juice WRLD’s birthday, and while his loved ones and fans celebrate his life, this day also brings sadness. Six days after his birthday in 2019, Juice would pass away from an accidental overdose. Since his death, his family and team have kept his memory alive with charitable efforts, work through his foundation, and of course, with his music.

This week, it was announced that we would be receiving a new single from Juice WRLD with the help of Justin Bieber. Both artists struggled with addiction and on the track, they both poetically detail their experiences while in the throws of drug abuse. Bieber has used his platform to raise awareness about the pains and consequences of addiction, and Juice’s estate has continued to lend its voice to the conversation regarding mental and emotional health and wellness.

Stream “Wandered To LA” and let us know what you think of this collaboration.

Quotable Lyrics

Maybe it’s the love, maybe it’s the drugs
Maybe it’s because my girlfriend is the plug
Cocaine strums like guitar chords
She loves drugs, she goes hardcore
She’s hidin’ from the truth, it’s under the rug
Maybe it’s because the lies they fill her up
You see the ghost on her front porch
You see the blood at her front door

The Verzuz Battle Between Three 6 Mafia And Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Nearly Devolved Into An Actual Brawl

For the past year and a half, Swizz Beatz and Timbaland’s Verzuz hits battle series has been more of a celebration of rap’s classic artists and songs than an actual head-to-head competition. However, tonight’s battle between Cleveland’s Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Memphis’ Three 6 Mafia in Los Angeles quickly turned from a metaphorical matchup into a physical brawl that threatened to derail the whole event.

Apparently, some trash talk between the two groups escalated when Bone Thugs member Bizzy Bone took some of the slights personally (you can see a heated Instagram post he dropped earlier today below). He stopped the show to tell Three 6, “You ugly motherf*ckers ain’t finna be mockin’ me while I’m on stage.” When Juicy J told him to “shut the f*ck up,” Bizzy lost his cool, slinging what looked like a water bottle at him and prompting the Memphis crew to rush to Bone’s side of the stage (if you look carefully, even the DJs nearly got involved.

However, it appears cooler heads prevailed and the groups were separated. Eventually, Bizzy returned to the stage and apologized, shaking hands with Juicy J before the show resumed.

The show is currently in full swing, with Three 6 Mafia bringing out strippers and offering attendees lap dances, while it appears that both crews are once again having fun and proving that hip-hop in the ’90s was way more than just New York and LA, with guests including Lil Jon and Lil Wayne popping out to perform some of their more recent hits.

Bizzy Bone Removed From “Verzuz” Following Fight With Three 6 Mafia

Tensions were already high leading into this Verzuz, and as many fans expected, they carried over onto the stage. After over a year and a half of waiting, Hip Hop fans have finally been treated to a Verzuz with Three 6 Mafia and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. It is an anticipated pairing, however, Bizzy Bone threw a bit of a wrench into the celebration when he uploaded a scathing post earlier today about Three 6 Mafia.

The Rap icon called out the Memphis collective, accusing them of being “devil worshippers” because of their group’s name. “That is the mark of the beast is it not? Ya’ll grew up in the church so you knew the ramifications behind naming ya self that to MAKE PEOPLE THINK YOU SOLD YOUR SOUL FOR RICHES AND FAME (thats a classic). Now you got your money and u wanna act like nobody can call you out on it? Ya’ll got me f’d up.”

He challenged Three 6 Mafia to “denounce satan” publicly on stage, but that didn’t seem to be in their plans. As usual, when the two groups finally joined together, there was a bit of back and forth banter that made some uncomfortable, considering this lead-in. However, both Bone and Three 6 made it through their first handful of tracks without major incident.

However, in between songs, Bizzy stepped forward to call out Gangsta Boo. Then, he yelled at Three 6 Mafia, telling them that they won’t be making fun of him any longer before throwing something at his opponents. Unsurprisingly, Three 6 stepped forward as well, and soon, fists were flying and people were pushing one another.

Gangsta Boo called Bizzy a “hater” as he retreated and was protected by a swarm of security as well as his fellow groupmates. Juicy J, DJ Paul, and their crew were ready for whatever, but things were quickly calmed. DJ Paul told Bone that Bizzy would be the end of their career. After a brief break, everyone returned to the stage and resumed the show, sans Bizzy who would make his way back to the show later.

Of course, with a little taunting about Bizzy. Check it out below.

Yung Bleu Has His Romance Enhanced By Kehlani In Their Sci-Fi Video For ‘Beautiful Lies’

Last summer, Yung Bleu capitalized on his newfound popularity by releasing his debut album, Moon Boy. The 15-track effort was a strong release from the Alabama native and it came attached with features from John Legend, HER, Moneybagg Yo, Big Sean, Drake, Jeezy, Gunna, 2 Chainz, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and more. Nearly five months after its release, Bleu continues to promote the project by releasing a brand new video for “Beautiful Lies” with Kehlani.

The visual begins with Bleu walking around a military site with his love interest. Things take a turn when Bleu and his partner boarded a UFO of sorts. Shortly after, Bleu is transported into a new dimension where Kehlani awaits him. After spending some time in this new world, Bleu is sent back to reality to reconnect with his companion who is extremely happy to see him again.

“Beautiful Lies” joins “Unforgiving” with Davido, “Ghetto Love Birds” with A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and “You’re Mines Still” with Drake as videos from the album to receive the visual treatment. Bleu’s new video also comes after he took home the award for Best New Artist at the 2021 Soul Train Awards.

Charlamagne Tha God Wants To Make Amends With Nicki Minaj

They were once good friends but after Charlamagne Tha God dubbed her “Anaconda” megahit “trash,” Nicki Minaj wasn’t a happy camper. She would go on to say that The Breakfast Club host led a “hate train” against her, something that he would later deny. They engaged in an unfortunate back and forth in which Charlamange continued to say that he admired the singer.

Their relationship does not seem to have been repaired because when asked during a recent interview what celebrity he’d like to mend fences with, he named the Queen of the Barbz.

“What celebrity would I like to make amends with…probably Nicki Minaj,” said Charlamagne. “Me and Nicki used to be super, we used to be really cool. Yeah, I was very vocal about not liking the ‘Anaconda’ record back in the day and, yeah, definitely, probably Nicki. I got a lotta respect for Nicki. What Nicki has done is unprecedented. She revitalized female Hip Hop over the past decade.”

“All of these new artists, every single one of ’em from [Cardi B] to [Megan Thee Stallion], it’s because of Nicki,” he added. “Nicki opened that lane again. Yeah, probably Nicki.” It’ unclear how Minaj feels about this, but these two have been trading words for years. Listen to the clip of Charlamange’s interview below.

Wack 100 Slams Chrisean Rock Amid Blueface Fight: “Hygiene Bad, Attitude Bad”

The drama involving Blueface, his manager Wack 100, and aspiring rapper Chrisean Rock has played out this week like a social media soap opera. Chrisean is no longer one of Blueface’s artists, but the two have had a close relationship since she was featured as one of his boxing girls on his reality show hosted in his home. However, all of that came to a screeching halt once Chrisean allegedly broke windows at the residence Blueface set her up in and later had an incident that required police to get involved.

In clips shared online, Wack and Blueface are seen telling police that they wanted Chrisean removed from the premises. Both Blueface and Chrisean would surface with their sides of the story, but after Wack also chimed in, Chrisean promised to spill the tea on what was really happening behind the scenes.

“I told the girl day 1 she was a waste of time!” Wack wrote on his Instagram Story. “Hygiene bad attitude bad music bad #allbad #yagottago #getout [trashemojis] this ain’t how Baltimore get down.” Chrisean responded by calling out Wack, saying that Blueface only brought her on to help pay the debt that he has with his manager.

Chrisean claims that Blueface is locked into a bad contract and has no way out and added that he lied in his video about how things went down during their fight. She also insists she didn’t sign contracts with anyone and that’s why Wack 100 is truly upset. Once again, it’s a lot to piece together, so check it out below.

Young Dolph Public Memorial For Fans Planned In Memphis: Report

As investigators continue to search for the persons responsible for Young Dolph’s murder, the rapper was laid to rest. This week, loved ones of the 36-year-old late rapper gathered together for a private funeral, but according to reports, a larger, public memorial is in the works. Police haven’t shared much regarding the development of their investigation as fans have taken to social media with theories, rumors, and speculative reports.

According to HipHopDX, Dolph’s friends, fans, and loved ones plan to join together to pay tribute to the rapper once again in just a few weeks. It will reportedly take place at the FedEx Forum in Memphis on December 16—a location that can host upwards of 19,000 guests. Pastor Earle Fisher spoke at the private funeral and expressed concern about the development of this case.

“With all of the pomp and circumstance that elected officials and civic leaders have put around this heinous murder, we could do something to bring the people who have been involved in this to accountability and justice a whole lot sooner,” Fisher said. “The reality is there is a body being buried just about every day in Shelby County, and often we have people who are in powerful positions that have created policies that make these bodies pile up.”

Dolph’s longtime partner Mia also recently shared a touching, yet heartbreaking tribute to her beau. You can watch that below.

Rihanna’s Response To Pregnancy Rumors Came Through An Instagram DM With A Fan

For the umpteenth time in her career, Rihanna faced pregnancy rumors earlier this week after many claimed to spot a baby bump on her. It came after her appearance at a ceremony that celebrated her home country of Barbados’ independence from 400 years of British rule. The rumors caused many to congratulate Rihanna and her boyfriend ASAP Rocky on social media while others were left to wallow in sadness at the news. One fan took the opportunity to reach out to Rihanna to see if the news was true or not. The singer replied with nothing but jokes about the rumors while also denying them.

“Can I come to the baby shower!? [skull and heart emojis],” the fan inquired. “True or not your babies are going to be beautiful! sorry everyone’s up in your uterus right now [laughing and skull emojis]. In response, Rihanna wrote, “Haaaaa! Stawwwp! You ain’t come to the first 10 baby showers! Y’all breed me every year dammit lol.”

The last time that Rihanna was hit with pregnancy rumors came at the end of 2019 following an appearance at the Diamond Ball. A Givenchy Haute Couture mermaid gown she wore pushed many to believe that she was sporting a baby bump. In other news, Rihanna recently released an epic catalogue-spanning vinyl collection titled, Rih-Issue.
