Air Jordan 1 High “Handcrafted” Coming Soon: Official Photos

Throughout the past few decades, the Air Jordan 1 has received a ton of amazing colorways. In more recent years, Jumpman has looked to experiment with the silhouette as fans have started to grow accustomed to the usual color blocking. With 2021 coming to a close, Jordan Brand is looking to make the most of the time left in the year, and the Jordan 1 is, of course, a part of those plans.

One of the more unique colorways you will find is this “Handcrafted” model which can be found below. The shoe has a cool DIY aesthetic to it, hence the nomenclature. From there, we have white, brown, purple, green, pink, and even grey all throughout the sneaker. These elements come together nicely, and this should prove to be an offering that fans are down to experiment with.

It has been reported that these will be coming out on Saturday, December 18th of this year for a price of $170 USD. Let us know whether or not you will be copping a pair, in the comments below, and stay tuned to HNHH as we will be sure to bring you all of the latest updates from the sneaker world.

Blazers Fire GM Neil Olshey Following Misconduct Investigation

Just a few weeks ago, it was revealed that the Portland Trail Blazers would be launching an investigation into their president and general manager Neil Olshey. The team was made aware of allegations that he had violated the team’s code of conduct, which led to a prudent inquiry into the matter as the Blazers wanted to create a safe working environment for all members of the staff.

Today, it was revealed that Olshey was fired as a result of the investigation, and now, they are making Joe Cronin the interim general manager. In a statement on Twitter, the Blazers noted that they will not be unveiling the details of the investigation and that they wish to keep things private. Regardless, this is still a huge story that could ultimately have huge ramifications on the Blazers’ season.

Per Blazers:

“The Portland Trail Blazers are committed to building an organization that positively impacts our colleagues, communities and the world in which we live and play.

Following the conclusion of the independent review of concerns and complaints around our workplace environment at the practice facility, the Portland Trail Blazers organization has decided to terminate General Manager and President of Basketball Operations Neil Olshey, effective immediately due to violations of the Portland Trail Blazers’ Code of Conduct. Out of respect to those who candidly participated in that privileged investigation, we will not release or discuss it. We are confident that these changes will help build a more positive and respectful working environment. Joe Cronin has been promoted to interim General Manager while the organization’s leadership conducts a search for a permanent replacement.”

This is a developing story, so stay tuned to HNHH as we will be sure to bring you all of the latest updates and reactions from around the league.

Thundercat Shares The Moody ‘Satellite’ Featuring Genevieve Artadi And Louis Cole

The HBO dramedy series Insecure has offered a wealth of beautiful new music thanks to its soundtrack curated by show creator/star Issa Rae, with each season featuring tunes from R&B and hip-hop’s bounty of rising stars. The current season is the fifth and final one of the show, but it’s keeping that proud tradition alive, offering tracks like Mereba’s “Glock Peaceful,” Saweetie’s “Get It Girl,” and now, Thundercat’s moody “Satellite” featuring avant-garde pop songwriter Genevieve Artadi and instrumentalist Louis Cole, collectively known as (ahem) Knower.

It’s a groovy track shot through with an undercurrent of melancholy, which makes it a perfect representation of the show’s final season. While Thundercat sings “it’s gonna be alright,” there’s a strain to both his delivery and the counterpoint offered by the ghostly production that suggests a strong, unspoken “but.” The show’s characters are certainly feeling this way now — Issa’s BLOCC business is finally flourishing but that brings its own array of complications. And although Molly’s found her footing at her law firm, she’s still looking for love — on her terms — while dealing with her aging parents’ failing health and the need to be their hypercompetent hero. Then, there’s Lawrence.

Anyway, listen to Thundercat’s “Satellite” above and catch the final season of Insecure Sundays on HBO.

Polo G Remembers Fallen Friends In The Somber ‘Young N Dumb’ Video

In June this year, Polo G earned his first-ever no. 1 album with Hall Of Fame, his third studio album featuring appearances from The Kid Laroi, Lil Wayne, Roddy Ricch, Young Thug, and more. Today, a little under six months later, he’s followed up with the deluxe edition, Hall Of Fame 2.0, looking to extend the shelf life of his hit album through the end of the year.

To mark the release, he’s also dropped the Ryan Lynch-directed video for “Young N Dumb,” one of the 14 new tracks that appear on the deluxe edition. In the video, Polo and his crew visit fallen friends at the cemetery and share an introspective walk on the beach.

Along with “Young N Dumb,” the new version of the album also includes the Michael Jackson-sampling “Bad Man (Smooth Criminal)” and the NLE Choppa-featuring “Jumpin.” The new tracks also include appearances from Lil Baby, Lil Tjay, Moneybagg Yo, and YungLiV, marking reunions for Polo with both Lil Baby, with whom he released “3 Headed Goat” last year alongside Lil Durk, and Lil Tjay, who appeared on Polo’s breakout 2019 single “Pop Out.”

Hall Of Fame 2.0 is out now via Columbia Records. You can stream it here.

Stephen A. Smith Puts Antonio Brown On Blast Following Suspension

Antonio Brown has done a lot of stupid things throughout the course of his career, and the latest such case of this came yesterday as it was revealed that he had used a fake vaccination card to skirt NFL health and safety protocols. The league and the NFLPA decided to suspend him for three games, and while his lawyer claims he is, in fact, vaccinated, the league is standing strong on their convictions.

Today, many of the top sports news shows have been talking about the suspension, and as you can imagine, First Take was one of them. Stephen A. Smith ended up giving a very strong opinion on the topic, as he noted that AB was not just letting himself down, but Tom Brady as well. For Smith, Brady is especially relevant here as he is the one who gave AB a shot after all of his strange antics.

“Tom Brady obviously vouched for you,” Smith explained. “You would do this to him? We don’t want to talk about that enough in our society. We want to talk about somebody’s actions as opposed to the collateral damage they have done. When healthy, Antonio Brown was concerned a top 2 receiver in the game. He hasn’t dissipated from the spotlight to some degree because of his football skills eroding. He dissipated because of his behavior.”

Needless to say, Smith is not a fan of Brown’s deception here. For those who may not know, two other players were suspended for the same reason, including AB’s teammate Mike Edwards.

This remains a developing story so stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest updates from around the league.

Roddy Ricch Reveals The Inspiration Behind The “LiveLifeFast” Album Artwork

Save for a rare single from time to time, Roddy Ricch has remained exceptionally quiet since the release of his debut studio album Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial in 2019. All that is about to change this month, however, because the Compton-born artist is gearing up to drop his sophomore full-length effort.

On Wednesday, Roddy Ricch announced that his next album, titled LiveLifeFast, will release on December 17. He also revealed the record’s cover art, a blurred photo of the rapper riding through the city in a Rolls Royce. While the artwork was already enough to get fans excited for the forthcoming album, Roddy Ricch later revealed that the cover was actually inspired by a legendary Los Angeles emcee: Nipsey Hussle. Check out Roddy’s tweet below.

As seen above, Roddy Ricch’s cover for his forthcoming album bears a striking resemblance to the cover of Nipsey Hussle’s debut album Victory Lap, as both of the dark covers feature profiles of the artists riding in cars. Nip’s album, which was released in 2018, went on to be the final album released within the Los Angeles artist’s lifetime, so it’s fitting for Roddy Ricch, who has previously credited Nipsey Hussle as his only co-sign, to pay homage to the fallen star.

The two artists notably collaborated on Nip’s final single, “Racks In The Middle,” and since his passing, Roddy Ricch has gotten a Nipsey Hussle-inspired face tattoo and spoken highly of his late collaborator whenever his name is brought up during interviews.

LiveLifeFast is set to drop in two weeks, on Friday, December 17, and while you await the release of Roddy Ricch’s sophomore album, feel free to revisit Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial here or Nipsey Hussle’s Victory Lap here.

The video for “Lose My Cool” was directed by C.O.R.E., a group of 070 creatives, including Shake.

Quotable Lyrics:

I’m so androgynous, I keep confusing them
Think I’m a polygamist, I want like two of them
Wake up in the mornin’, see the life I wanna live
I can’t get distracted tryna live my life with them
I know I’m a prodigy, they say they proud of me
And honestly I gotta be, ’cause there’s a God in me
