Stunna Girl Reminds Us She’s “Ratch,” But “He Love That” On New Song With 42 Dugg

This weekend, Stunna Girl has been doing it big, first releasing a new single, “Ratch” with 42 Dugg, then sharing an accompanying video the next day. The song was produced by LunchMoney Lewis, and hears the “Runway” hitmaker spit game about her man knowing that she’s ratchet, but still loving her even though she’s a “ghetto ass bitch.”

The video sees Stunna and Dugg getting their verses off for the camera with plenty of attitude, dripping in diamonds and fresh designer fits. Several viewers have been praising the visual, commending the up and coming starlet on her achievement of working with a bigger artist such as 42. “Lookin forward to her career,” one comment reads. “She gone jus keep on getting bigger,” someone else added.

Back in February, Stunna Girl shared some more heat with “STILL SMOKE,” and a few weeks later, her album STUNNA THIS STUNNA THAT, featuring titles like “ASK ABOUT ME,” “CAN’T CHOOSE,” “NO REAL BITCHES LEFT,” and “CATCH ME AT THE BANK,” arrived. The 12-track project saw no features, allowing the Sacramento native to shine on her own.

2FeetBino Taps Seddy Hendrinx For New Single “Settle”

2FeetBino has been the one to watch this year. The rising Atlanta rapper, who is signed to Young Nudy’s PDE imprint, has made a splash with the spree of singles he’s released this year including “How I’m Comin'” and “Can’t Contain” ft. Nudy.

On Friday, the rapper returned with another banger before the year comes to an end titled, “Settle.” Teaming up with Seddy Hendrinx for the record, they bring calming melodies over smooth production as they detail the gains and losses of fame and continuing to level up with each play they make

Seddy Hendrinx has also had a great run this year. Collaborations alongside Lil Poppa and True Story Gee have been making rounds as he continues to ride high off of the release of 2020’s Sayless.

Smoke DZA, 183rd & Nym Lo Break Bread On “Thanks Again (Deluxe)”

It’s been a busy year for Smoke DZA since it started. The Kush God kicked the year off with the release of R.F.C (Money Is The Motive) — a collaborative effort alongside Nym Lo and Jayy Grams. The project led the way for DZA’s The Hustler Catalog 2 before gracing the summer with another collaborative project, Thanks Again, alongside 183rd and Nym Lo.

This week, the rapper came through with the deluxe edition of the project, just as we approach the end of the year. The project includes two new solo songs from Smoke DZA including the previously released single, “Arrived” and “Born Hustler.”

Grimes’ “Player Of Games” Track Shades Elon Musk: “He’ll Always Love The Game More Than He Loves Me”

Following their separation announcement earlier this year, it seems Canadian recording artist Grimes has taken some time to process her feelings about her split from Elon Musk and turn them into music. On December 3rd, the mother of one shared “Player Of Games,” a four-minute and five-second long track that finds her throwing some not-so-subtle shade at her baby daddy.

The song doesn’t actually name drop the billionaire, although it makes clear references to video games, which Musk absolutely adores. “I’m in love with the greatest gamer,” the 33-year-old sings to listeners. “But he’ll always love the game, more than he loves me.”

Other noteworthy lyrics read, “Sail away, to the cold expanse of space. Even love couldn’t keep you in your place.” It’s no secret that the Tesla Motors CEO has a strong desire to explore planets far beyond Earth, so it didn’t take long for listeners to put two and two together and realize who she was talking about.

As TMZ notes, when sharing the news with their community, Musk didn’t necessarily say that the two had had a “clean breakup,” instead he explained that they were “semi-separated,” and we still saw them attend this year’s Met Gala together – it remains unclear if they had officially split before then or not.

At this time, both parties seem to be focused on co-parenting their young son, X Æ A-Xii Musk. Grimes has been making a noticeable return to social media as of late, even opening up about what she’s learned from her relationship and her time in the spotlight on platforms like TikTok.

Bronny James Puts On A Show As He Beats LeBron’s Alma Mater In Staples Center

Much like his dad was two decades ago, Bronny James has had all eyes on him for most of his high school basketball career. Playing for Los Angeles’ Sierra Canyon, alongside other star recruits like five-star senior Amari Bailey, Bronny’s game has elevated each year.

Last night (Dec. 4), Sierra Canyon played in LeBron James’ “Chosen-1’s Invitational” showcase in Staples Center, where James’ Lakers compete on a nightly basis. The showcase included two games, one for Sierra Canyon’s boys team and one for the girls team. Bronny spoke on how significant the night was: “Felt special, playing in the same gym as he plays in.”

The boys took on LeBron’s former high school St. Vincent–St. Mary from Akron, OH. In attendance for the game were some of LeBron’s star NBA friends like teammate Carmelo Anthony, Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook and others.

Bronny led his team in scoring, posting 19 points on 7-of-11 shooting. Sierra Canyon won 71-53.

Bronny’s highlight plays included a beautiful drive where he used his jab step several times to get the defender on his heels, then blew by him for a scoop layup.

He also looked as confident as ever, launching three pointers from NBA range at the top of the key, much like his dad does on a regular basis.

Bronny James’ junior year campaign has gotten off to a hot start, as he looks to transition from hyped up son of one of basketball’s best ever, to a legitimate highly-touted college recruit. As a four-star prospect currently, Bronny’s 6’4″ build gives him a lot of opportunity for success.

Just a week after LeBron stood up for Bronny and had hecklers removed from an NBA game, James’ son showed off his skills for his dad on the same court he plays on.

Jayda Cheaves Explains Why She & Lil Baby Aren’t Together Anymore

It’s been a chaotic week over at the Quality Control building. Rumors exploded on the Internet in late November that Lil Baby dropped $100K on Saweetie during a shopping spree. Then, the ICY GRL rapper fueled the rumors after posting a picture of her with a “mystery man” that many believed to be Lil Baby. Of course, Baby and Quavo, who is Saweetie’s ex, are labelmates, so naturally, that would be an awkward scenario. However, Quavo’s suggestion to “swap it out” earned some attention from Lil Baby’s child’s mom, Jayda Cheaves.

Still, fans are hoping that Jayda and Lil Baby will be able to work things out in the future. Though the couple was spotted days after the Internet debacle at the launch of her Pretty Little Things collection, it doesn’t look like either one of them has any intention of working things out.

Jayda hopped on Instagram Live this week where she fielded a few questions from fans. Though she requested that no one ask her about anyone in specific, one fan couldn’t help but use the opportunity to inquire about Jayda’s current standing with Lil Baby.

“Because, you know, people just — time. Time tells everything. Some people just outgrow each other,” she said. “It’s life but I told you don’t come here and ask about that and you came straight on here and asked about it.”

Later on, Jayda also detailed her experience being detained in Jamaica and later being convicted for possession of an illegal firearm. Jayda detailed her fear as she was separated from the person she was initially detained with. She said that she ended up having to send her lawyer a $50K retainer, even though she settled the case for $5K and received a $4K refund. Nonetheless, she said she would return to Jamaica in the future.

BJ The Chicago Kid & Susan Carol Share Moody Seasonal Song, “Snowflakes”

As the weather continues to cool off, BJ The Chicago Kid has shared a song that will help set the mood this season. “Snowflakes” featuring Susan Carol sees the 37-year-old sing about being cold like the winter after being left by a lover, pondering how they could’ve gone from being “hot like summer” to nothing at all.

As Rated RnB reports, the track was produced by Jairus Mozee and Charlie Bereal. When it’s Carol’s turn to take over the vocals, she sings about feeling the same as BJ, but wishing she didn’t. “I hate that it’s this way / I can’t help it, I’m bitter / Because you can’t wipe these tears from my face,” her sultry voice carries the verse.

“If you rocking with ‘Snowflakes’ drop that [snowflake emoji] in the comments,” he told his followers earlier this weekend. As you may have expected, the replies are filled with tiny symbols hyping up the new release. On top of his song’s success, The Chicago Kid also has the recent news of his seventh Grammy nomination to celebrate; talk about a big end to 2021.

Which verse is your favourite from “Snowflakes”? Let us know below.

Quotable Lyrics:

She left me and now I’m
Like winter so cold
How could we fall, oh
From hot like summer
But now I’m sprunged off
Is nothing at all, no

Your impact is beyond pop and hip-hop, and music in general.” Following her heartfelt speech, Nas shared a clip to his Twitter page, writing, “she made me tear up fr.”

23-year-old Jack Harlow was also honoured, taking home the Hitmaker of Tomorrow award. “I think if you took a picture of me on this stage, and showed that kid, he’d be pretty blown away,” the “Way Out” rapper told the crowd. “To be honest, all the ingredients were there. Quotable Lyrics
Who woulda thought I’d get to the money?
Racks keep on comin’, I’m th-th-th-thumbin’
Sunday through Monday, dark or it’s sunny
No excuses to the bag, I be runnin’
I gotta get it regardless
‘Cause who gon’ feed my brother and my sister and my daughter?
For my fam, I go harder
I’m a son to my mother, brother to my brother
But most important, I’m a father
