Janet Hubert Shares Message For Will Smith After Being Hospitalized

Janet Hubert, who played Aunt Viv on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, shared a message to Will Smith on Instagram, after recently being hospitalized. Hubert discussed holding on to grudges and how that anger can consume you.

“Don’t waste precious time people in anger. Yes people will do you wrong and you must fight for truth no matter how long, and IF you can get the TRUTH you seek…find love again as we have,” she captioned a photo from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air reunion, last year.

She continued: “Life is too short as I am in hospital as I write this to all of you. Holding onto anger will eat you alive. But truth at any cost[.] Reputation is PRICELESS. I LOVE YOU WILL, for being strong enough to tell truth and share your hurts and trauma. Now we close the doors and live our lives. PEACE OUT!”

Hubert didn’t reveal why she was being treated.

In addition to staring in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Hubert has also made appearances on episodes of All My Children, NYPD Blue, The Bernie Mac Show, Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, and more. In 2021, she appeared in several episodes of HBO’s Love Life.

Lions Finally Win 1st Game After Walk-Off Touchdown To Beat Vikings

The Detroit Lions finally won their first game of the season, Sunday, after beating the Minnesota Vikings 29-27. The win was sealed after Jared Goff connected with rookie wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown for a touchdown as time expired.

Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins had originally appeared to lock in a win for his team after tossing a touchdown pass to Justin Jefferson with under two minutes remaining to put Minnesota up 27-23. However, Goff quickly led his team down the field to steal the first win in 2021.

“Oh, man, I don’t know if I have the words right now,” Goff said in an on-field post-game interview. “We kind of let that thing slip away from us there at the end. There was a lot of feeling around here of it going one way and we made it go the other today.”

The team’s last regular-season victory came on Dec. 6, 2020.

Head coach Dan Campbell dedicated the win to the victims of the recent shooting at Oxford High School, which is located approximately 30 miles outside of Detroit.

“This game ball goes to the whole Oxford community– all those who were affected,” he told reporters.

The Lions’ next opportunity for a win will come Sunday, December 12th, against the Denver Broncos.

Lana Del Rey Says She Wants To Collaborate With The Migos: “I Love Them”

Lana Del Rey says he wants to land a collaboration with the Migos out of all of her favorite artists. Lana spoke about what it would be like to work with them during an interview on the red carpet at Variety’s Hitmakers Brunch award ceremony, over the weekend.

“I love them. Everything they do,” she said. “There was kind of like a new revolution of sound 11 years ago in the singer-songwriter community, which I loved seeing. And then with Migos, I think they kicked off a new super fun, super autobiographical, completely different style of rap. I love them.”

Working with the Migos wouldn’t be the first time Lana has crossed over into hip hop. She’s previously collaborated with A$AP Rocky and Playboi Carti.

At the ceremony, Lana was awarded Artist Of The Decade for her contributions to music over the last ten years.

“Thank you, Variety,” she said. “I’m really always grateful for any acknowledgment and also super grateful for all the criticism… I get a lot.” She also said that the biggest challenge for her over the last decade was “turning criticism into something that you can reflect upon … There’s a lot of opinions. I’m very sensitive.”

Lana released her eighth album, Blue Banisters, back in October.

Never Broke Again Artist RJAE Is Hungry On “Show Me My Opponent”

The Never Broke Again label is having quite the run in the second half of 2021. Whether it be their frontman NBA YoungBoy’s Sincerely Kentrell album going No. 1, YB earning a Grammy nomination, their other star NoCap being released from prison or dropping their compilation label album Never Broke Again: The Compilation, Vol. 1they cannot seem to lose.

Included in this mix is their signee RJAE, as he was featured on three of the tracks for the compilation project, which came out on Nov. 19. The week after, RJAE decided to release some solo work, as he dropped his single “Show Me My Opponent” on Nov. 26.

“Show Me My Opponent” consists of hard-hitting 808s on the instrumental, which combine well with RJAE’s choppy but self-assured flow. With a chip on his shoulder, RJAE spits about not being afraid of any competitor, as he feels it doesn’t get much better than him when it comes to rapping.

With no hook and two verses separated by a brief bridge, RJAE calls out phony streams and fake tough guys, while claiming his upbringing shaped his determination.

Check out “Show Me My Opponent” by RJAE below.

Take your b*tch, pass her around, and take a piss in her pores

Antonio Brown’s Future In Jeopardy After Using Fake Vaccine Card

Every NFL season, it seems that there is some sort of controversy surrounding wide receiver Antonio Brown. For his 2021-22 campaign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, AB’s drama is related to his COVID vaccination status.

While players in the league are allowed to play without being vaccinated, the NFL requires players to report their status. Brown and Bucs safety receiver Mike Edwards falsely reported that they were vaccinated and presented fake vaccine cards as proof. AB’s former personal chef outed him, and the NFL soon launched an investigation.

After the NFL confirmed the rumors, AB was suspended for three games. Afterwards, Antonio claimed he was vaccinated, but said he would use the time off to nurse his ankle which was given him some injury trouble this year.

But, Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians might have left a chance for the reigning Super Bowl champs to cut AB because of this transgression. Trusted league insider Ian Rapoport reported that Arians was hesitant to confirm AB and Edward’s role with the team after they get off suspension: “Obviously we have two guys suspended. The league did their due diligence and we move on. I will not address those guys for the next three weeks. They’ll just be working out and we’ll address their future at that time. Other than that, there’s really nothing to say.”

Teams sign Antonio Brown nowadays knowing he is a high-risk asset due to his off the field antics. So, it could be plausible that they would have no issue removing him from their roster.

As they say, if you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes.

Lil Gnar Drops Off “Stick Baby”

Lil Gnar’s latest release “Stick Baby” finds the Atlanta-raised artist spit game about dropping out of school, teaching himself how to finesse, rocking Valentino shoes, and having other men’s girls “all on [his] jock” because he’s “next.”

The song comes in at exactly two minutes, and has excellent replay value. Gnar also shared a music video to accompany it, directed by @skinnyeatinn, which sees him rocking an all white fit, accessorized with a red scarf and some shiny silver drip. He holds a lean cup in his hands, and delivers his bars to the camera with confidence.

Lil Gnar has had a lot of new singles arrive on DSPs this year, but he hasn’t dropped an album since 2019’s FIRE HAZARD, which saw guest appearances from YBN Nahmir, Thouxanbanfauni, Lil Yachty, Lil Skies, Craig Xen, UnoTheActivist, Germ, Robb Bank$, Tyga Yaweh, and Lil Tracy. Now that he’s had even more time to refine his craft, it’s likely that whatever he decides to drop next will have an equally impressive roster of features.

Check out “Stick Baby” below.

Quotable Lyrics:

That chopper hittin’ his ass, call it Lil Nas X (What?)
I dropped off out of school, taught myself how to finesse (Yeah)
Got blood all on my shoes, Valentino when I step (Blood)
Your bitch all on my jock ’cause she knowin’ that I’m next (Hol’ on)

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Criticizes LeBron’s “Big Balls” Celebration

Kareem Abdul-Jabber is what young basketball fans like to call, an old-head. Although this may be true, it’s tough to have any issue with Kareem, considering he is undoubtably one of the best big men to ever play the game and surely a top five NBA player ever.

This year, Abdul-Jabbar has used his voice to levy criticism against many of today’s athletes, including football players Henry Ruggs and Aaron Rodgers in November, for their respective DWI and COVID mishaps. COVID has been a big talking point for Kareem too, as he fired shots at NBA stars like Kyrie Irving, Bradley Beal and Andrew Wiggins for not getting vaccinated.

Now, for the second time this young NBA season, Kareem has taken aim at LeBron James. This time, his point of emphasis is on LeBron’s recent on-court antics. In a game on Nov. 24 against the Indiana Pacers, LeBron hit a pivotal 3-pointer for the Lakers and proceeded to do a “big balls” celebration, first conceived by Sam Cassell in his playing days.

Bron would end up being fined $15,000 for the move, but that was not all in terms of backlash. On his Substack channel yesterday (Dec. 4), Kareem questioned James’ greatness because of his unnecessary willingness to boast: “Why do you need to do a stupid, childish dance? It doesn’t make sense…..GOATs don’t dance.”

When Kareem first criticized LeBron earlier this year, it was because of his stance on COVID vaccines, where James said it was a personal choice for everybody. Abdul-Jabbar emphasized how much respect he has for LeBron, but did not approve of his comments: “I’m a huge fan of LeBron James, both as one of the greatest basketball players ever and as a humanitarian who cares about social injustice… I admire him and have affection for him. But this time LeBron is just plain wrong—and his being wrong could be deadly, especially to the Black community.”

While his argument about COVID is fair, Kareem’s anger towards LeBron about his playful celebration sounds salty and unwarranted. Check out what Kareem had to say below.

Kodak Black Responds To Worried Fans After Concerning Interview Goes Viral

Kodak Black’s behaviour during his December 3rd sit down with Zias and B. Lou for their YouTube reaction channel has some fans seriously concerned. The plan was to have the 24-year-old help annotate last month’s single, “Super Gremlin,” but the “Roll In Peace” artist’s odd energy clearly threw the hosts off on more than one occasion.

Near the start of the clip, Kodak says that he’s “tied,” and Zias and B. Lou assume he means “tired.” The Pompano Beach-born star then explains that actually he is “like tired, like he dead. They dead like flies. Flies everywhere when you dead.” Several seconds of awkward silence follow, with both YouTubers unsure of how to proceed.

As one of the hosts acknowledged how excited they were to have the opportunity to chat with him, Kodak felt distant, oddly starring off into the distance, hardly seeming phased by the praise. Several other moments see him eerily gazing into the camera with a dead look in his eyes, but at times, he does “come alive” to dance and joke around with Z and B.

Now that the video has been out for a few days, fans have had time to share their thoughts. Many people noticed Kodak’s odd behaviour, and spoke about it candidly on their profiles. “Kodak Black looking like he just went through some CIA sleep deprivation torture,” one person observed. “What’s going on with Kodak Black?” another asked. “Man is on another plane of existence here. Hope he has some good people around him. This shit is sad.”

Late on December 4th, the Painting Pictures hitmaker addressed the controversy, assuring followers that he’s sober. “Lol I B Fakin Like I’m Sleepy,” he wrote. “Ion B High Guys I Get Drug Tested Consistently.”
