Joe Exotic Believes Carole Baskin Will “Party” Over His “Aggressive Cancer” Diagnosis

As Netflix gears up for its second installment of Tiger King mania, Joe Exotic shares unfortunate news from behind bars. Exotic was thrust into the spotlight last year after the Tiger King documentary became an internet sensation. His exploits with his team of big cat-lovers all were the basis of household conversations as the public tuned in to watch the tales of addiction, infidelity, mayhem, and murder plots.

Joe Exotic’s nemesis Carole Baskin was not a fan of how she was portrayed and recently sued Netflix and producers over Tiger King 2. Her attempts to have the second docuseries thwarted reportedly ended up failing as the streaming platform was given the thumbs up to move forward.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday (November 3), Exotic shared on social media that his doctors told him he had “aggressive cancer” and he used the moment to mention how happy Baskin would be at the news.

“Everyone, It is with a sad face that I have to tell you the doctors called me in today to break the news that my prostate biopsy came back with an aggressive cancer,” he wrote. “I am still waiting on the results from other test as well. Right now I don’t want anyone’s pity and I’m sure Carole Will have her own party over this!” Once again, he made an impassioned plea about his case.

“What I need is the world to be my voice to be released, they have the proof I DID NOT DO THIS! And there is no reason for the district attorney to drag this out, So I can go home and get treatment on my own or enjoy what life I have left with my loved ones!” Joe Exotic asked the public to pray for him. She’s clapping back at her critics from the relaxation of her luxury home and Rubi Rose doesn’t give two shakes about what anyone thinks. Big Boi & Outkast Were Ready For Whatever At 1995 Source Awards: “We Got Hands”

Hip Hop history is riddled with infamous moments from The Source Awards. It was there that fights would break out and tense moments were had as different rappers and their cliques were placed in the same room in the midst of their public beefs. In 1995, Outkast was the collective from the South that was just making music people could vibe to as “East vs. West” madness took over the industry.

During his recent 10 Questions with Kyle Brandt interview, Big Boi was questioned about Outkast’s big win at The Source Awards back in 1995 as the crowd booed them. “It was thick in there. It was a lotta beef goin’ on, you know. You just thought it would have been a stabbing or a shoot-out at any time,” said Big Boi.

Yet, Outkast and their entourage were not intimidated. “We were just right there in the middle of it like, ‘A wish a motherf*cker would.’ Yep. Pretty much.” Big Boi added that they weren’t worried about their safety because “we was deep in there.” He added, “We had people up there that took care of us and you know, sh*t, we got hands, too!”

The host wanted Big Boi to explain what he meant. “We got some people that took care of us and we got hands, too, like ain’t nobody finna just get beat up. Not never.” Earlier this year, it was announced that The Source Awards would be returning in 2022. Watch the clip of Big Boi’s interview below.

Jazzy, an 11-year-old reporter from Brooklyn who’s previously interviewed celebrities like Nas, Derek Jeter, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and more, asked Hov to share some tips for youngters who have “dreams of being successful like you.” And Jay gave them some.

“Believe in yourself, even before anyone else believes in you,” Jay replied. “You’ve got to have ultimate confidence like you do. You’re very confident. And just believe in yourself.” Jazzy shared the interaction on Instagram and promised that part two of their encounter would arrive at some point on Friday, November 5.

The interview comes after Jay-Z rejoined Instagram for the first time in six years to promote The Harder They Fall, a film he co-executive produced. Ari Lennox Talks Bad Sex & Men Being Afraid Of Her Dog

It may be Cuffing Season, but not everyone is opting to be linked up this winter. Some of our favorite R&B singers often release love songs to help keep you warm with your partner during these months, but Ari Lennox and Sevyn are detailing why the dating scene is not for them. The hitmakers caught up with ESSENCE for a girl chat where they spoke bout sliding into someone’s DMs and why social media has some people believing that they have way more dating or hooking up options than they really do.

“I’m just bored. I’m bored! Or, I’ll find someone incredibly interesting and then like, the sex is terrible,” said Ari. “And I’m sorry, but that’s important. Or you’re scared of my dog! Like, grow up!” To be fair, Ari admitted that her dog was as big as a person.

Meanwhile, Sevyn detailed the way she approaches dating life, mentioning that she treats sliding in the DMs the same way as she does seeing someone at a bar. If she finds them to be interesting, she doesn’t hesitate to make the first move. However, Sevyn believes that people tend to think there are so many options out there for them and instead of settling down with someone they like, they try to juggle multiple women at once.

Ari added, “A wise woman once said, Jordyn Woods once said, ‘They be in my DMs but they don’t be sayin’ nothin’.'” Check out the ladies below.

West was instrumental in developing Cudi’s career, and now, fans will receive an even more intimate look. We previously reported on Cudi’s anticipated documentary A Man Named Scott, and the rapper caught up with the Los Angeles Times to detail what fans can expect.

In the feature, we’ll find several artists and industry professionals like Shia LaBoeuf and Dot Da Genius sitting down for interviews as they speak about their relationships with Cudi. A major component will be Cudi and Kanye as the documentary also details how each artist has impacted the other.

“I was part of this new era of hip-hop along with artists like Kid Sister and the Cool Kids,” Cudi said. “We were just doing our own thing. I remember, I couldn’t sleep before my debut album came out. I thought I had made a mistake. I was like, ‘I’m too weird for them. People are not going to f— with this.’ And then [the album] hit and, you know, it happened how it happened.”

There was a time when Cudi was facing his personal demons that included his struggles with substance abuse, but despite it all, Ye remained one of Cudi’s biggest supporters. While he was still spiraling, Ye took to the stage to call his friend “the most important artist of the past 10 years.”

“My mom was visiting me,” Cudi told the L.A. Times. “And [she] came up to me and was like, ‘Look at this.’ And it was Kanye in concert. I started bawling my eyes out. Like I just started weeping like a big baby. Because we had fallen out and there was beef. But that’s my brother. I just kind of realized in that moment … I realized that he really loved me.”

Earthgang Finally Announces The Release Date For ‘Ghetto Gods’ With Help From 2 Chainz

More than two years after they released their eclectic debut album Mirrorland, Earthgang is finally gearing up to share their follow-up. The Atlanta duo, comprised of rappers Olu and WowGr8, announced the release date for their upcoming project, Ghetto Gods, and fans won’t have to wait too long: It’s set to drop on January 28. Earthgang delivered the news through a trailer that’s narrated by fellow Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz and it finds the duo giving listeners a taste of what can expect to hear.

It’s been a long road towards the release of Ghetto Gods. The group previously announced it would arrive on the same day as J. Cole’s The Off-Season, which dropped on May 14. Unfortunately, that day came and went without the arrival of Ghetto Gods. To make the wait better, Earthgang released a number of loosies over the course of the next few months, including “Erykah” and “Aretha,” as well as remixes of Drake’s “Lemon Pepper Freestyle” and their own single, “Options,” with Wale and Coi Leray.

Earthgang also shared the dates for their Biodeghettable European tour, which will start on March 7 in Ireland and continue throughout the month before bringing things to an end on March 31 in Norway.

You can watch the trailer for Ghetto Gods in the post above.

UnoTheActivist has been a staple in the Soundcloud rap scene over the years. In fact, you can even argue that he helped create the blueprint for what we know now as Soundcloud rap. He’s come a long way since, releasing tons of new music and connecting with some of the biggest artists in the game.

This year, he’s been particularly active with the release of Unoverse 1 and 2, as well as Time To Live. Over the weekend, he unveiled the third installment in the Unoverse series. OMB Peezy & Omeretta Team Up For “Die Young”

Back in March, OMB Peezy unveiled his latest body of work, Too Deep For Tears. With 16 songs in total, and appearances from King Von, Jacquees, and more, Peezy could’ve spent the remainder of 2021 riding off of the project’s success. But, the hustle don’t stop. Peezy’s maintained a steady stream of releases since the album’s release in March. Many of the singles have ended up being exclusively on YouTube as fans demand the songs be uploaded to DSPs.

It seems that the string of releases could’ve been to build anticipation for a new project. This week, the rapper returned with a brand new single titled, “Die Young” ft. Omeretta. His pain-riddled melodies take the lead while Omeretta serves up an emotional verse.

Check out the single below.

Quotable Lyrics
Real fuck with real and the fake go to celebrate
Used to be on 10, now I wanna smoke and meditate
I done seen some shit with my eyes that I’ll never say
How you want better days but don’t ever pray?
