What may end up being a prelude to one Vice President warming up to take the top of the ticket, VP Kamala Harris just agreed to three pivotal dates for a vice presidential debate against  newly minted Republican candidate JD Vance. This has been confirmed to multiple media outlets by a Biden-Harris campaign official.

Here are the points that matter so far …

Vice President Kamala Harris has accepted three dates for a vice presidential debate against JD Vance, as reported by Spectrum News.

The debate, hosted by CBS News, was initially agreed upon by Harris in May, with proposed dates of July 23 and August 13. Harris has since added August 12 to the list.

Harris and Vance had their first conversation on Tuesday, following Vance’s selection by Trump as his running mate on Monday. However, no debate terms were finalized, according to sources familiar with the discussion.

Now get this, JD Vance, who reported on is a staunch Trump supporter who once called his boss “American Hitler,” yes he said that. But now that he’s kissed the ring, the VP candidate is scheduled to headline the third day of the Republican National Convention (RNC) on Wednesday. Headline. Who are his openers? Kodak Black? Sexy Redd? WE ARE KIDDING, calm down.

But check this out, ahead of his speech, Harris released a video calling Vance a “rubber stamp” for Trump. “Make no mistake: J.D. Vance will be loyal only to Trump, not to our country,” Harris made clear in the video.

As we mentioned in an earlier report, she noted that Vance would have supported Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election, contrasting him with former Vice President Mike Pence, who certified the results.

In other words Vance seemingly does not respect fair and legal elections, or at least did not in 2020.

In a Newsmax interview on Tuesday, and they are like Fox News lite, Vance expressed his eagerness to debate Harris, stating, “obviously, we want to debate Vice President Harris because it’s important for the American people to see the contrast.”

That’s probably the singular thing most people can agree on coming out of this guy’s mouth.

But in a professional and classy move, Harris made a congratulatory voicemail to Vance on Monday. She urged him to accept the CBS debate.

Vance made it a point to return her call on Tuesday, and even though they made the nice over the phone, the debate specifics were not discussed, as expected on the call. Leave that to their aides.

Just a reminder, Harris also criticized Vance about his radical views on abortion and in-vitro fertilization, essentially capping it off with “But we are not going to let that happen.”
