Swizz Beatz Is Frustrated With “Verzuz” Artists Charging “5x” More Than “Non Black Shows”

Another Verzuz is in the books now that Three 6 Mafia and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony‘s appearances have come and gone. Things were pretty tense leading into this Verzuz, and as we saw, the show kicked off with a bang after Bizzy Bone erupted on members of the Memphis collective. After a brief break, Verzuz officials were able to get things back on track, and soon, Bizzy even rejoined his groupmates and offered up an apology.

Fans were happy to see that everyone was able to reconcile and make amends, and while it was all going down live, Swizz Beatz was in the comment section on Instagram letting a few things off of his chest about what may have been transpiring behind the scenes.

“Ain’t did a show in 23 summers and want to charge us like they sold out stadium prices ! Talking about yesterdays price is not today price sh*t,” Swizz wrote. “Talking bout we not going on stage until my homie call from Rikers to do the prayer… New rule if you don’t start on time you don’t get paid on time !!! Verzuz is not free !! They charge us 5x they do non black shows [thinking emojis][shrug emojis][wide eye emojis] Culture.”

He also complained about certain behaviors. “Coming on stage after getting paid 10shows in 1 verzuz just to get on stage Drunk AF and Later,” Swizz added. He didn’t specify exactly who he was speaking about, and we may never know. However, Bizzy Bone took to his Instagram Story to deny that it was his crew because he claimed they weren’t drunk and say their own prayers.

Oxford High Shooter’s Parents Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter: Report

The school shooting that occurred in Oxford, Michigan earlier this week took the lives of four teenagers. Several others were injured and the shooter, 15-year-old Ethan Crumbley, was taken into custody. Videos from the incident showed frightened students and teachers securing themselves in classrooms as Crumbley went from room to room, pretending to be a police officer so he would be granted access.

This story has taken a strange turn now that investigators claim that Crumbley’s parents, James and Jennifer Crumbley, gave their son the gun as a Christmas present and were contacted by Ethan during the shooting. They reportedly responded by texting, “Lol I’m not mad at you. You have to learn not to get caught.”

Authorities shared during a press conference that the Crumbley parents would also be charged in connection to the Oxford High School shooting, but at the time of this publication, they have not been taken into custody. According to CNN, their attorney claimed they skipped town for their safety.

“On Thursday night we contacted the Oakland County prosecutor to discuss this matter and to advise her that James and Jennifer Crumbley would be turning themselves in to be arraigned,” the statement from attorneys Shannon Smith and Mariell Lehman said. “Instead of communicating with us, the prosecutor held a press conference to announce charges.”

The statement added: “They are not fleeing from law enforcement despite recent comments in media reports.”

Earlier today (December 3), the Crumbley’s reportedly withdrew $4,000 from their bank account about 15 miles away from Oxford. Police were tracking their phones, but the couple reportedly turned them off. Their arraignment was scheduled for this afternoon and now, a fugitive task force has been implemented to locate the two.

Prosecutors allege that the Crumbleys were told by the school administration that their son had exhibited disturbing behaviors, including being shown a drawing depicting a victim of a school shooting. The Crumbleys are facing charges of involuntary manslaughter, four counts for each person who died. If convicted, they face a minimum of 15 years per count while their son is looking at life in prison without parole.

Drake Faces $4 Billion Lawsuit From Woman Who Broke Into His House: Report

As Drake switches up his haircut and has YK Osiris belting out songs to settle debts, he also has been dealing with a strange legal case. One would think that if someone is caught trespassing on your property, you would be able to take them to court, but a woman named Mesha Collins is suing the rapper, instead.

Radar Online reports that they have obtained documents showing that Collins has sued the superstar for $4 billion, alleging that he used both her name and likeness via his music, social media, and product endorsements. She also accuses him of doxxing her address.

Back in June, police reportedly responded to a call about a burglary at Drake’s Los Angeles home. The entire ordeal was rather bizarre because police “found Mesha had drank some of Drake’s refreshments and locked herself in a room. She was released from jail after posting a $100k bond.” Drake was said to have not pressed charges because he felt as if she had “personal issues,” but then, she sued him for billions.

The rapper’s legal team wanted the entire lawsuit dismissed, reportedly stating that it was “frivolous” while saying Collins’s accusations were merely “delusional figments of her imagination.”

Drake denied defaming Mesha in any manner and claims he never even knew her name. The rapper even filed a declaration in the case stating, “In April 2017, somebody broke into my Los Angeles home when I was not there. At the time of that incident, I was not told any details about the trespasser, including her name.”

“I do not know Plaintiff. I have never met her and have never communicated with her. I did not even know of Plaintiff until this lawsuit was filed and served. Indeed, I was unaware of Plaintiff’s identity, name, or where she alleges she lives until the filing and service of this lawsuit,” he added.

Drake’s lawyer filed new documents sitting that they believe Collins has erected a fictitious lawsuit in order to meet the rapper. She doesn’t seem to have an attorney representing her so when Drake’s lawyer called her, she was surprised. It’s reported that Collins “expressed disbelief that counsel for Graham indeed represented Graham. She ended the call by abruptly hanging up after asking counsel for Graham not to contact her again. Attempts to meet and confer are futile.”

They are asking the court to toss the lawsuit altogether.

Tiger Woods Reveals His Bench Press Personal Record

Earlier this year, Tiger Woods got into a brutal car accident that broke numerous bones in his leg. The star had to get surgery following the crash and it was revealed that he would have to take a lot of time off in order to heal. It was a horrible time for the golfing legend, although he was certainly well supported as many golfers and friends reached out to give him all of the well wishes in the world.

This week, Tiger revealed that he almost had his leg amputated as the damage was that significant. In the end, however, Tiger was able to have his leg put back together, and now, he is going through the painstaking rehab process.

While speaking to Golf Digest, Tiger revealed some key information surrounding his recovery, and the things he did to pass the time. In the clip below, Tiger notes that he ended up doing a lot of upper body lifting, as it was one of the few things he could do. In fact, Tiger worked on his bench press and was able to hit a personal record of 255 pounds. For someone who is 185 pounds, his record certainly isn’t bad.

In the video, Tiger definitely looks a bit more swole, which is good news moving forward as he tries to get himself back into playing shape.

Klay Thompson Expresses Uncertainty Over Return Timeline

Klay Thompson is one of the best shooters in the entire NBA, however, over the past two years, he has been out of commission due to injuries. The Golden State Warriors superstar is certainly one of the best players in the entire league, and without him in the lineup, the team has faltered. Of course, the Warriors are now first place in the Western Conference, however, they did fail to make the playoffs in the previous two seasons, which just goes to show how important Thompson is to the roster.

Thompson was recently cleared to participate in full basketball activities, which is certainly a good sign moving forward. Despite this, the Warriors have yet to give any updates on when exactly he will be able to return to the court. Even Thompson is unsure, as today, the Warriors shooting guard gave fans an update on his condition.

Adele Says Her Team Took Away Her Instagram After She Shared Infamous Bantu Knots Photo

Adele has been staying more booked and busy than ever before following the release of her long-awaited album, 30. The English songstress has already performed for a large group of close celebrity friends, chatted with Oprah regarding some of her major life changes, and she also recently announced her upcoming Las Vegas residency.

Somewhere in between all of that, the 33-year-old found the time to link up with beauty guru Nikkie de Jager – known by many as Nikkie Tutorials – to film a fun makeup video, during which they also got to talking about social media; Instagram, to be specific. “Do you have a lot of DMs on there?” Nikkie asked Adele as she applied products to her face.

“No, in COVID they let me have my password – I was never allowed my password for my socials before, it’s actually quite a well known fact – but obviously the internet was just on fire, and during COVID it kept everyone’s morale up,” the mother of one replied.

When Nikkie asked if Adele wasn’t allowed on her own socials because of her replies to people, she said, “no, no, no, it’s because they were worried if I’d get drunk or annoyed, whatever I would do. Not responding to anyone, more just like posting my general thoughts. I didn’t know what a Finstagram was at the time, like a fake Instagram, so I would just share like funny memes and stuff with my actual friends.”

The “Woman Like Me” singer then spoke on one of her more controversial moments, saying, “and then I posted a picture which a lot of people know about,” referring to the image of her wearing her hair in bantu knots while donning a Jamaican flag bikini that earned her plenty of backlash. “That was the only picture I ever posted myself, then they took my password away.”

Check out Adele and Nikkie Tutorials’ full video below.
