Principal At LeBron James’ I Promise School Resigns After Slapping Student

Back in 2018, LeBron James opened the I Promise school in Akron, Ohio, where he hoped to give disadvantaged kids a great education that they could be proud of. The school turned out to be a huge success in the community as it helped improve test scores, all while bringing joy to those who have forgotten about in the education system.

While the school continues to make big strides, it reached a little setback recently as it was revealed by the Akron Beacon Journal that the school’s first ever principal, Brandi Davis, smacked a student in the face after they used some profanity. According to the child’s mother, they actually had a busted lip from the incident.

Davis ended up giving in her resignation letter following the incident, although her request to be dismissed still has to be voted on. In the aftermath of this story, the school sent out a statement where they noted that the well-being of their students is a top priority.

“We are family, and that means we support every one of our I PROMISE educators, students, and family members through anything they may be going through,” the statement reads. “In this and in every case, we will always do everything we can to make sure all are loved and supported during these times as we learn and grow as a family.”

Baker Mayfield Tests Positive For COVID-19: Details

This week has been very rough for the NFL as numerous players have tested positive for COVID-19. The outbreaks within each team are starting to get out of hand, and there is talk of whether or not the league should step in and postpone some games. It’s not a good situation to be in, and it is something that the NBA and NHL have been dealing with, as well.

Today, the Cleveland Browns got some particularly bad news as eight players have already tested positive for COVID. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Head Coach Kevin Stefanski has the virus, and so does quarterback Baker Mayfield, who recently got his booster shot against the virus.

Based on the current reports coming out of the Browns camp, Baker is feeling just fine, and he is now resting at home. With the Browns looking to take on the Raiders on Saturday, Mayfield will have to register two negative COVID tests if he wants any chance at playing. Unfortunately, that is much easier said than done as it can take a few days for COVID to leave your system.

With 75 players testing positive for COVID this week, there is no doubt that the numbers will increase substantially throughout the course of the week. Having said that, stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest updates from the NFL world.

Druski Clowns Drake’s Skincare Routine: “This Y’all King?”

Over the past two years, Druski has transcended the realm of social media comedy to become one of the funniest people in music and popular culture. Throughout the fall, the comedian served as the host of J. Cole’s The Off-Season Tour, but he is also known for his close friendships with rappers like Jack Harlow and Drake.

In fact, Drake and Druski have been seen linking up on countless occasions, from the “Laugh Now Cry Later” music video to a recent visit to a recent trip to the club with Drake’s “super Saiyan” bodyguard

Now, thanks to a screenshot from DJ Akademiks, it appears that the two friends are back at it again with some more Instagram antics. In the screenshot, both Drake and Druski appear to be on FaceTime, and the Certified Lover Boy artist is seen with cream all over his face as well as moisturizing covers over his eyes. It’s definitely not how people are used to seeing Drake, and you can tell from the small rectangle in the bottom right corner that Druski finds his appearance funny too.

Following their strange link-up, Druski shared the screenshot of their FaceTime call to Instagram alongside the caption, “Ladies…. This yall king?”

Foogiano Indicted On Federal Gun Charges

Foogiano, a rapper signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records, has been indicted on federal gun charges stemming from a mass shooting in South Carolina on July 5, 2020. The rapper was a headline performer at Lavish Lounge, where a shooting broke out during his performance. Two people died and eight more were injured.

Foogiano, real name Kwame Brown, has been indicted on two counts of illegal possession of a firearm by a felon.

The 28-year-old appeared in court on Friday, and he was arrested on Monday when documents were unsealed. The artist, best known for his song “Molly” which was remixed by DaBaby, was reportedly not responsible for firing any weapons at the concert. A Georgia-based man, Jarquez Kezavion Cooper, was arrested last year in connection to the shooting and he was charged with murder. Authorities believe there are others who are thought to be responsible among Foogiano’s camp, but they have not been arrested.

Foogiano has not commented on his indictment, nor has his lawyer.

As more information is released, we will keep you posted.

A few weeks ago, it was rumored that Foo had beaten his case and would be returning home soon. He is one of the brightest young stars on 1017 Records, alongside Pooh Shiesty, who is also currently incarcerated, Big Scarr, Enchanting, and others.
