NFL Team Looking Into Trade For Lamar Jackson

With the NFL Draft coming up this Thursday, teams around the league are exploring every inch of their rosters. The 49ers seem to think they may not be set at quarterback for this upcoming season. Just as Patrick mentions, any team needing a QB should look into adding Jackson. The former league MVP has dealt with injuries in the past few seasons. However, Jackson’s talent far outweighs any QB currently on the 49ers roster. But the 49ers did spend a first-round pick on Trey Lance back in 2021. Lance was supposed to be the future of San Francisco’s offense. However, a troubling injury sidelined Lance last season in what would have been his first year as the starter.

Jackson and the Ravens still are not seeing eye to eye with a future contract. QB contracts have been a huge topic of debate inside the league. Especially after the Philadelphia Eagles signed Jalen Hurts to the largest contract in NFL history. Yes, Hurts helped lead the Eagles to the Super Bowl last season.
