New York Giants rookie Kayvon Thibodeaux is making headlines for all the right reasons. After completing his first NFL season, the young defensive star is helping those who helped him. According to TMZ Sports, Thibodeaux has gifted his mother a brand new home. The amazing act of selflessness is further proof that his mother raised a good man. The former Oregon Duck shared the moment with his fans on his YouTube channel.

“When I was in high school, I had to live with another family,” Thibodeaux states in the video. “After that, I went to college … Five years of my life I never had dinner with my mom. We never sat at a table with my family, we never had a place for all the family to get together for Christmas and for holidays when the time came. Now being able to provide that is a blessing.” The video will give you every feeling of emotion that your mind can conjure. An incredible act of kindness that most definitely should be celebrated.

New York Giants Thibodeaux Shining On And Off The Field

Thibodeaux just finished up his rookie season with the Giants. A memorable season that has many fans excited for his future in the Big Apple. The former first-round pick appeared in fourteen games for the Giants this past season. Recording 4 sacks and one fumble returned for a touchdown. The young defensive end is an excellent pillar for this Giants organization to build their franchise around. The team just missed out on an NFC Playoff spot last season. But there is still a lot to be proud of.

The New York Giants have seemed to add a man of great character to their franchise. Athletes doing great things for their parents are stories that will never get old. We all wish we could do something like this for our own parents. However, seeing it happen for others is just as exciting as if it were happening to you.
