Logic Finally Taps Into Playboi Carti’s “Whole Lotta Red”

Logic is someone who does a lot outside of music. Overall, he has written books, has written his own screenplays, and also likes to play video games online. Consequently, he has been able to connect with his fanbase on a truly deep level. For instance, whenever he streams video games on Twitch or any other platform, his fans are interacting with him. The artist is always checking the chat, which subsequently allows him to share opinions on topics of the day. Recently, we got to see the culmination of that as he played a round of Fortnite earlier this week.

While playing the popular video game, some fans started talking about none other than Whole Lotta Red. Of course, this is the 2020 release from Playboi Carti. Interestingly enough, Logic had never listened to the album. Some of his fans were surprised by this, although if you are familiar with the artist, this isn’t super shocking. The rapper mostly does his own thing, and he probably doesn’t have time to listen to everything that gets released. However, he did make sure to make some time for Carti and his magnum opus.

Logic Gets Put On To Some Carti

In the clips above, you can see Logic’s live reaction to the first few songs off of the album. For the most part, he can be seen laughing at some of Carti’s more ridiculous lyrics. However, Logic had a pretty positive review. “Yo, this is dope. This shit sounds like a movie,” he revealed during “Go2DaMoon.” Of course, this track features none other than Kanye West. Eventually, the artist got a few tracks in before saying, “Ok cool. That shit’s dope! I’m gonna listen to the rest of the album later.”

Whole Lotta Red certainly isn’t for everyone. When the album first dropped, a lot of people had incredibly negative reviews about it. However, now the album is seen as a classic. Needless to say, everyone is entitled to their own tastes. As for Logic, however, he seems to have an open mind, which is great to see.
