Fresh off his first Grammy win, Lil Baby returns with his first solo music of the year.
After collaborating Nicki Minaj on “Do We Have a Problem?” and “Bussin,” the Atlanta rapper drops a pair of tracks, “Right On” and “In a Minute.”
On “Right On,” he showcases his confident flow over orchestral production. “I ain’t about that fake sh*t, I’d rather keep it real,” he raps before declaring, “I done got my sh*t together / I’m way better than last time.”
In the video, Baby rides around his neighborhood of Oakland City, Atlanta in a white Rolls-Royce before pulling into a parking lot while surrounded by a fleet of expensive cars.
He shows another side on the introspective “In a Minute.” “I’m in a different league / I’m tired of showing what I can get done, what you gonna do for me?” he raps while flying on a private jet in the video.
Just last week, Baby took home his first Grammy for Best Melodic Rap Performance for “Hurricane” with Kanye West and The Weeknd.
Back in February, he was teasing a new album, his first since 2020’s My Turn. “Album Almost Done New Music Otw Tho,” he told fans. “It’s Gone Be A Nastyyyyy Summer.”
