The pair are seen wearing coordinating all-black Chanel outfits complete with large sunglasses. Kim wears a simple black crop top along with black leather pants, while North rocks a leather button-up and baggy, distressed jeans. The photoshoot shows the 9-year-old posing with a telephone, while the duo shared one photo of North giving her mom a kiss on the cheek. The sweet post was shared by Kardashian just a few days prior to Mother’s Day. She captioned the album, “It’s North’s world, I’m just in it.”
Earlier this month, North accompanied her mother on their way to the 2023 Met Gala. The Met’s theme this year was “In Honor of Karl.” The theme was intended to pay homage to late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld, known for his work with the brand Chanel. Kardashian had a history with Lagerfeld, who contributed to her 2013 CR Fashion Book spread while she was pregnant with North.

Although North didn’t actually attend the party, she was seen alongside her mother in another coordinating ensemble. Kardashian wore a custom Schiaparelli gown. The look featured 16,000 crystal pearls and 50,000 freshwater pearls. North wore a light pink blazer and baggy blue jeans, along with a few strands of pearls herself. North also accompanied her mom at The Daily Front Row’s Fashion Los Angeles Awards last month. Clips of the 9-year-old went viral, with many users comparing her sassy attitude to that of her father, Kanye West. Others call North, Hollywood’s next it-girl. Last week, Kardashian sported a t-shirt reading “I Love Nerds,” while she sat courtside at a Lakers game.
In a trailer shared for the third season of The Kardashians, Kardashian is heard putting her ex-husband on blast for the drama surrounding their divorce. She tells her mother, Kris Jenner, “He has made up the most insane narrative.” Kardashian goes on to say “We stay silent through all the lies, for my kids.” She went on to tell her sister Khloé, “I’m just having such a hard day today.”
