Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck demonstrated their “commitment” to one another by getting matching tattoos on Valentine’s Day. Lopez shared pictures of their new ink in a post on Instagram from Tuesday. The artwork displays an infinity sign with both of their names written in cursive through it. On the holiday, the married couple got dinner together at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.
“Commitment. Happy Valentine’s Day my love. (Look for more deets on VDay coming #OnTheJLo soon…)” Lopez captioned a series of photos. The pictures include images of the tattoos as well as photos of the two of them vacationing together.

A number of celebrities commented on the romantic post. Keke Palmer wrote: “Gon’ head girl.” Even the Dunkin’ Donuts account left several emojis. Affleck recently starred in a Super Bowl commercial for the fast food chain. The advertisement featured the actor working the drive-through window at a Medford, Massachusetts, Dunkin’ Donuts. After the piece aired, Affleck admitted to The Wall Street Journal that some of the unscripted interactions with customers did not go over well. “It’s Boston, after all, so we had some rather coarse and agitated people who were willing to voice their displeasure in a colorful way, and I’m still lobbying to include the most interesting of those in some of the edgiest social spots,” he told the outlet.
Lopez and Affleck married in at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas in July 2022. She reflected on the ceremony in her newsletter a few days later. “We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient….Last night, we flew to Vegas, stood in line for a license with four other couples, all making the same journey to the wedding capital of the world,” Lopez wrote. She continued: “Behind us two men held hands and held each other. In front of us, a young couple who made the three hour drive from Victorville on their daughter’s second birthday—all of us wanting the same thing—for the world to recognize us as partners and to declare our love to the world through the ancient and nearly universal symbol of marriage.”
