Wild ‘N Out star DC Young Fly has broken his silence following the shocking death of his partner Jacky Oh. Jacky Oh, whose real name is Jacklyn Smith passed away tragically and unexpectedly late last week. The news of her death was first announced on friend and Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Odell Beckam Jr.’s Instagram. “It is with [sad] hearts we share with you that Jacklyn aka MsJackyOh has passed away” the statement reads. “Our family is still processing this very tragic and unexpected loss; we ask that you please give us privacy during this time.” Beckham also posted a Tweet in response to the tragedy reading “Everyday is a gift. Tomorrow is never promised. Rest Easy Angel. We love You.”
In a statement to PEOPLE D.C., Young Fly thank fans for their support in such a painful time. “We thank everyone for their well wishes and ask for privacy during this difficult time.” D.C. Young Fly and Jacky Oh have a son Prince, and two daughters Nova and Naia together. The pair met on Wild ‘N Out in 2015 when D.C Young Fly first appeared on the show.

In another statement to people, BET Media Group confirmed her passing. We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild ‘N Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed.” They also shared condolences with some of the stars of Wild ‘N Out. “The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time.”
According to TMZ, Jacky Oh was in Miami getting what’s known as a “mommy makeover” when she passed away at the age of 32. The procedure is well known among celebrity circles for helping quickly return those who get it to their pre-pregnancy looks. One of the most high-profile examples in recent years is Cardi B who confessed to getting the procedure following her pregnancy.
