Tyler, The Creator Drops The “Juggernaut” Video

Tyler, the Creator is fresh off the heels of unleashing his sixth studio album Call Me If You Get Lost. Featuring guest appearances from NBA YoungBoy, Ty Dolla Sign, Lil Wayne, 42 Dugg, DJ Drama, and more, the Grammy-winning artist continued to build from the greatness of his fifth studio album Igor.

The project was preceded by the singles “Wusyaname” and “Lumberjack,” which each received a complementing visual. The next track to receive music video treatment from the new album is “Juggernaut” with Lil Uzi Vert and Pharrell. Directed by Wolf Haley, the visual is entirely a one-man show, with Tyler performing both his own verses and Uzi’s brief but mighty verse as well. The visual follows a similar aesthetic set in the previous visuals for the project.

Shortly after releasing the project, the California-bred rapper took to Twitter to clarify rumors about “Juggernaut’s” origin story after Genius allegedly disclosed the track was meant to appear on a scrapped Uzi x Pharrell project. “idk who starts narratives but it is not from a scrapped p and uzi album, idk where you got that info from,” wrote Tyler.

“man genius just be saying anything lmfao, even the lyric meanings be way off im like ??? “might be referencing the umbrella that comes with the rolls royce, maybe” ARE U DUMB IM CLEARLY TALKING ABOUT THAT. “ no he mean in 2016 when he met earl on wednesday” and lyric is “ cat”,” he added.

Doja Cat & The Weeknd Get Flirty In The “You Right” Visual

Doja Cat released her third album Planet Her today (June 25) via RCA Records. The highly-anticipated release from the Grammy-nominated artist boasts features from heavy-hitters like Young Thug, The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, JID, and SZA, as well as production credits from Doja herself, Yeti Beats, and others.

Coinciding with the release of the project, the multi-hyphenate also shared the visual for Planet Her‘s second single, her collaboration with The Weeknd “You Right.” The majestic effort from the megastars marks the second time they’re connected, the first time being on the remix of the Toronto singer’s After Hours cut “In Your Eyes.”

In the serene Quentin Deronier-directed visual for “You Right,” Doja floats through a glamorous garden filled with Libra visuals that represent her zodiac sign–including an over-the-top hairdo. Elsewhere, Doja and The Weeknd connect with each other in another galaxy, getting flirty with each other as they embrace in the cosmos of Planet Her.

“You Right” is the third track from Doja’s new album to receive a visual, following “Need To Know,” which featured vocal assistance from Grimes, and “Kiss Me More” with SZA, all exhibiting the same cosmic aesthetic consistent with the project’s title.

T-Pain & Kehlani Hustle A Few Cowboys In “I Like Dat” Visual

Thankfully, T-Pain finally checked those hidden DMs after years of not knowing they existed, and what resulted was a steady stream of collaborations. The singer recently shared with the world that he was unaware of hundreds of messages from a few famous figures looking to connect, one being Kehlani. Almost immediately, the pair were able to link up for their “I Like Dat” single, even giving a sneak peek prior to its release while on Instagram Live together.

While previewing the track last month, Kehlani told T-Pain that collaborating with him was one of her goals. “This is like, on my bucket list,” said the singer. She added with a laugh, “If I could go back and tell my teenage self, ‘You gotta song with T-Pain,’ I’d probably die.”

On Thursday (June 24), T-Pain and Kehlani shared their Western-inspired visual where she’s seen flirting with the ladies as he shucks his “T-Pain’s Drank” to unsuspecting locals. Check out the music video for “I Like Dat” and let us know what you think.

Paloma Ford Shares Visual To Rick Ross-Assisted Single, “All For Nothing”

Back in August 2020, we were in the thick of quarantine, but by the late summer, artists fell into a new groove with how and when they were releasing new music. It was then that Paloma Ford shared her sophomore project X Tapes, and while we’re quickly approaching the year anniversary of the record’s release, Ford has returned with a visual to her collaboration with Rick Ross.

The singer and the Florida rapper star in the Chandler Lass-directed visual and Rozay previously spoke about what it was like filming the clip. “When I pulled up on the set, Paloma told me the concept and it was so clean, so classic,” he told Billboard. “When I use the word simple, I love that word because it means I understood it from the very first statement. It was extremely clear. The record is incredible, so make sure you stream and vibe to it right now.”

Elsewhere, Paloma Ford spoke of her track with Ross and why it was important for her to take the time to create a music video for the single. “’All For Nothing’ is the lead track for X TAPES and reflects the essence of the project. It’s the climax to a moment where things fall apart, and you have the choice to move past it or bask in the loss,” she said.

“It’s about having that true moment of honesty with yourself. I wanted the concept to be as strong as the lyrics and the message in the song and reflect my journey through love, loss, and the power behind these moments.” Stream the music video for Paloma Ford’s “All For Nothing” featuring Rick Ross and let us know what you think.

Joyner Lucas Taps Rick Ross In For “Legend” Video

After collaborating with DaBaby on “Zim Zimma,” Joyner Lucas has got another star under his belt with this latest track featuring the Boss himself. As one of the more prominent songs off his recent album, EVOLUTION, the video stars Joyner and T.I. standing outside the corner store, with Ross later appearing dressed head-to-toe in Chinatown Market, and a Louis Vuitton bucket hat to boot.

The video also features a ton of archive footage showcasing the rapper’s journey from his childhood to the Grammy’s and everything that falls in between, like signing his first contract and jumping around the studio with Chris Brown.

EVOLUTION was the follow-up to his highly-anticipated ADHD, both of which dropped last year. The latter garnered gold acclaim, selling over 500,000 copies, ultimately becoming Lucas’s first appearance in the top-10 charts. Which other songs off the recent album do you want to see a video for? Let us know how you like the video and what you’re hoping to see more of.

Lil Gotit & Young Thug Stay Flossy In “Playa Chanel” Video

Lil Gotit dropped his fourth album, Top Chef Gotit this past week and played host to a slew of fellow featured artists from the A. Though there is Gunna and even Gotit’s brother Lil Keed who appear on the project, it’s hard to match the esteem of one Mr. Jeffery Williams.

Donning a purple ski mask and sleek Chanel frames, Gotit stands with under the rain with his umbrella, making sure nothing drips on his. Later, Thug shows up and makes his presence felt, sitting on a very lush couch surrounded by some models.

Top Chef Gotit boasts some genuine adrenaline and doesn’t disappoint. Meanwhile, many are still sitting patient in hopes of another solo Thugger project coming to fruition sooner than later. Though consistent collaborators in the past, it’s surprising to see that Gotit didn’t make an appearance on the latest YSL-compilation, Slime Language 2. Let us know what you think of their new video and if you’re looking forward to hearing these two collab again in the future.

Isaiah Rashad Releases “Headshots (4r Da Locals)” Video

Isaiah Rashad is set to be releasing his long-awaited, highly anticipated album The House Is Burning, a project that many believe will mark the dawn of a new era for Top Dawg Entertainment. We’ve already seen Zay drop off some visuals for the album’s lead single “Lay Wit Ya,” a southern-inspired banger featuring Quality Control’s Duke Deuce. Now, he’s come through with another new music video, this time for his recent drop “Headshots (4r Da Locals).”

Continuing his streak behind the director’s chair is Mez Heirs, who has become somewhat of a go-to guy for J. Cole. Here, Mez is joined by co-director Jack Begert, with Gus Bendinelli holding it down as the Director of Photography. Visually, the clip is striking in its presentation, taking place in a variety of distinct locations — an Agony Anonymous meeting quickly gives way to a vast desert expanse, whereupon Rashad spits bars at the mouth of an ominous chasm. Draw your own conclusions there.

There’s a reason that TDE has developed a reputation for its creativity, and once again, the label makes sure to deliver visuals befitting of such a description. At the center of it all stands the leading man of the hour, Rashad, who makes for a compelling presence as he fires off his vocals. With The House Is Burning set to land this summer, it’s already looking like a big year for the acclaimed lyricist. Check out his latest video right here and now.

Wale Debuts The Visual For His Latest Single “Angles” With Chris Brown

Wale unleashed his latest offering “Angles” on Friday (June 18). The Chris Brown-featured track samples Diddy and Usher’s early 00s hit “I Need A Girl Pt.2,” and arrives nearly five months after his last single “Good Vibes (Za).” Produced by Hitmaka and OG Parker, the song has received positive reviews from listeners thus far.

The D.C. native shared a snippet of the forthcoming visual with fans on Twitter on Monday (June 22), teasing the video with his longtime collaborator Chris Breezy. In the video, the duo kick it on a mansion somewhere in the Hollywood Hills, capturing the essence of LA as they enjoy the presence of beautiful women.

Notably, Wale has not delivered much solo material this year aside from the occasional loosie. The DMV rapper welcomed a slew of singles last year as well as his Imperfect Storm EP. This year, he’s connected with the likes of Pacman da Gunman on “One Piece” and with EarthGang and XXL Freshman Coi Leray for the “Options” remix.

As for Chris, he’s appeared on a couple of features including Yung Bleu’s “Baddest” with 2Chainz and OG Parker’s debut “Rain Down” with Latto, PnB Rock, and Layton Greene. Check out the brand new “Angles” visual above and let us know what you think down below.

Kodak Black Documents His Birthday Weekend In the “Gleerious” Video

Kodak Black celebrated his 24th birthday earlier in the month. The Gemini rapper kicked off the Glo Day festivities by debuting his Happy Birthday Kodak EP, a four-track project with appearances from Jacquees, Rylo Rodriguez, Yo Gotti, and Lil Keed. He followed up by copping a controversial Kobe Bryant-inspired custom Lakers helicopter and Tesla.

Additionally, he was honored with his very own day in Broward County, crowned with the honor at a ceremony in recognition of his selfless contributions to the community. Already dropping the video for “Feelin’ Peachy,” the Pompano Beach native is back with the visual for “Gleerious.” “Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday Kodak/Happy Z Day/I got a bad mixed breed, she my DJ/Happy Birthday Kodak, Happy Z Day/Happy Birthday, Happy Z Day,” rhymes the rapper on the hook as he takes cameras along with him during his birthday festivities.

Guapdad 4000 Has A Genius Food Idea For Diddy

Guapdad 4000 is one of the funniest artists in the world, constantly making us laugh with his hilarious anecdotes about his scamming days and more, but he may have just raised the bar on his own creativity. During the second half of his Snack Review episode, the Bay Area-based rapper went through a list of food-related questions, which prompted a genius idea from Guap– in fact, he said that he’s about to pitch it to Diddy.

When asked about what kind of snack he would create, the Ferragamo Falcon noted that he has an affinity for puffs, stating that he would come through with some unorthodox flavor combinations. “You know what I’d mix? You know the Hawaiian chips? Like the sweet Maui onion and shit? I’d put that type of seasoning on puff balls,” he said. “What should we name ’em? Unpuffable. We could sell that to Diddy. And he could just call ’em Puffys. I’m finna call that n***a after this!”

No word on when the Unpuffables Puffys will be available in stores. Earlier in the interview, Guapdad spoke about why he thinks Chick-fil-A is the most overrated fast-food joint, saying, “I don’t eat fast food like that anyway just because I’m a star… a n***a gotta watch his complexion and shit now,” he joked. “I’m an oily n***a so any extra grease is gonna go straight to the n***a head. I just don’t fuck with [Chick-fil-A] like that, bro. [People are] ready to die about it and that’s crazy. Chick-fil-A ain’t ready to die for you. Chick-fil-A don’t give a fuck about you when you leave; while you’re there they’ll damn near suck your dick in the drive-thru and give you extra Polynesian at the same time.”
