50 Cent needs to write a book “Trolling for Dummies.” Seriously, the G-Unit Honcho’s latest Gram post aimed at Dame Dash may have been full of playful trolling, but it doesn’t mean the G-Unit mogul is against his fellow Hip-Hop entrepreneur’s success. In a now-deleted post, 50 Cent had some strong words for Dame, but surprisingly ended on a supportive note.
“Dame run his mouth too much, but check out America Nu,” 50 wrote, according to Complex, referring to Dame Dash’s independent media company. “I don’t like the sh*t he said but I don’t care to see him fvcked up!”
If you don’t know, the “America Nu Network” is a media platform that aims to amplify Black and independent voices, positioning itself as a “groundbreaking media distribution platform” set to change how stories are shared, according to its official website.
Anywho, despite the back-and-forth between the two, Dame Dash has made it clear that he’s not backing down. Earlier this year, the Roc-A-Fella cofounder challenged 50 Cent to a “CEO War,” using his America Nu Network as the weapon of choice.
“I saw that cute sht 50 said about me not having no money, and because of that, I feel like now me and 50 should have a battle,” Dame said. “No gangster sht, I’m 53 years old. That would be wack and corny for the culture, but he’s in the television network business now.”
What’s more, Dame continued to clarify his intentions: “If I was a rapper, I would be like ‘Alright I’ma make a diss record, you make a diss record.’ Nah, let’s not do that. Let’s do [a] CEO war. You drop your television network today. You should be able to do that because you have power, you have the resources and you know, you’re getting money. And because I’m ‘broke,’ this should be easy work.”
While the back-and-forth may seem like a rivalry, 50 Cent’s post reveals that, despite their differences, he doesn’t want to see Dame fail—and might even be rooting for his success in the media space.

As more celebs continue to get tied to Diddy’s infamous parties, one celebrity is stating that not only did he never attend said parties, but he was never even invited to them.
On a recent episode of his YouTube cooking show, Bitch I Got My Pots, Trick Daddy spent over an hour demonstrating his cooking skills, making homemade burgers and fries from scratch alongside his guest star, Ms. Pat, while also providing a colorful commentary that had nothing to do with food.
At one point Ms. Pat asked him if he’d been to any Diddy parties to which he responded: “they don’t invite no n***as like me to Diddy parties. My homeboys would rob them bitches” before giving a joking demonstration of robbing people before summarizing “I’m not that kind of dude.”
He followed up with the caveat that he feels sorry for Diddy and others who may be associated with him because the public judges before knowing all the facts. The two also debated the reality of a thousand bottles of baby oil.
Throughout the show he also provided relationship adrice, talked about politics, reminisced on turning 50 recently, and providing valuable culinary tips on how to make burgers as well as explaining why he didn’t like using sea salt on his fries (saying no one likes salt water), so he prefers to use regular salt.
He also took the opportunity to speak about the current state of hip-hop culture, speaking about how proud he is that the South continues to play a vital role in hip-hop music and culture. He did, however, call out fans, claiming that many of today’s hip-hop fans have no loyalty, citing Rich Homie Quan as an example of what happens when fans turn on an artist.

This is Boswell’s fourth Player of the Week honor, tying Jeff Reed for the most by a Steelers kicker.

October’s Very Own (OVO), the clothing and lifestyle brand co-founded by Drake, has officially announced that it will no longer sell products made with real animal fur. The move comes after pressure from PETA and over 100,000 e-mails from its supporters urging the brand to end its use of fur, including that from rabbits and coyotes. PETA is sending OVO vegan bunny-shaped chocolates in appreciation.
“Fur belongs on the animals who were born in it, not on jackets and footwear,” said PETA Executive Vice President Tracy Reiman. The animal rights organization celebrates OVO’s decision, joining numerous fashion brands like Canada Goose and Dolce & Gabbana in rejecting fur.
Rabbits, known for their joyful leaps and sensitive nature, and coyotes, devoted parents with strong family bonds, are often confined to tiny cages or killed inhumanely for their fur. PETA continues its efforts to push other brands, including LVMH, to follow OVO’s lead and end the cruel practice. For more details, visit PETA.org.
This week, Sean “Diddy” Combs secured a small but significant legal win after a judge ruled that notes confiscated during a raid on his jail cell must be destroyed.
The raid, carried out by federal authorities at the MDC Brooklyn detention center, led to the seizure of 19 pages of handwritten notes from the rap mogul’s cell. Prosecutors argued that the raid was justified, citing concerns over Diddy’s alleged efforts to influence witnesses and sway prospective jurors while in custody.
However, Diddy’s legal team swiftly challenged the search, claiming the notes contained privileged legal material and that their seizure was a violation of his rights. The matter was brought before Judge Arun Subramanian, who, after hearing arguments from both sides, sided with the defense.
Judge Subramanian ordered prosecutors to “get rid of them,” mandating that all copies of the notes be destroyed and barring their use in the case until a final ruling is made on their admissibility.
Prosecutors have denied intentionally targeting privileged material during the search. However, Diddy’s attorney described the incident as a breach of trust and an infringement on the rights of the Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, who remains embroiled in a high-profile legal battle.
The raid and subsequent controversy underscore the intense scrutiny surrounding Diddy’s actions while incarcerated. Despite this setback for the prosecution, they continue to assert that their actions were justified, maintaining that Diddy has engaged in misconduct from behind bars.
As the case unfolds, this latest ruling adds yet another layer of complexity to what is already shaping up to be a contentious legal showdown.
LL COOL J is staking a claim for bringing Air Jordan sneakers into Hip-Hop. Appearing with Boy Boy, LL recalled wearing the Bred Jordan 1s on the cover of his Radio album.
“My first album cover, I had the Jordan sneakers on when he was a rookie. I was the first person with the Jordans on in the Radio album cover,” LL said.
“Michael Jordan was a rookie when I did that. Everyone was wearing Adidas and Puma, bro. I put the Jordans on. He ain’t even have no championships.”
What made LL do it? Simple. “I liked the sneakers.”
In September, LL COOL J released his first album in over a decade, THE FORCE (Frequencies of Real Creative Energy), via Def Jam Recordings / Virgin Music Group. This 14-track record, entirely produced by A Tribe Called Quest’s Q-Tip, marks a significant moment in both LL’s career and the Hip-Hop landscape. The album combines modern sounds with classic Hip-Hop energy, showcasing LL’s enduring passion and creativity.
LL describes the album as a return to his roots, likening it to “learning how to rap again.” The project reflects his evolution and unwavering dedication, with THE FORCE opening with the powerful track “Spirit of Cyrus,” featuring a smooth hook by Snoop Dogg. The album also includes collaborations with Nas, Eminem, Rick Ross, Fat Joe, Busta Rhymes, Saweetie, and more. Notably, “Huey In Da Chair” pays tribute to LL’s aunt, Joan, a pioneering Black Panther.
A highlight of the album is the lead single, “Murdergram Deux,” featuring Eminem. This track exemplifies both artists’ lyrical prowess and raw energy, setting the stage for an intense and memorable listening experience. The music video for “Murdergram Deux,” which is set to be released soon, promises to be a visual spectacle.
“It feels good to finally have this record out in the world,” LL said. “As I’ve said before, this album brings a whole new vibe. I’m returning to my roots…you all better buckle up.”
THE FORCE tackles themes such as racial injustice, isolation during the pandemic, and LL’s legacy in Hip-Hop, blending profound insights with compelling beats. With this release, LL COOL J continues to push boundaries, proving that greatness endures and continues to inspire.
This escalated quickly. In a video online, Tyrese revealed he would “shoot, stab, and kill” to secure his wealth from the mothers of his children.
“I ain’t giving you shit,” Tyrese said. “Like I fought to earn this life I’m going to fight to keep it. I’m not giving it away to nobody. Nobody going to take this. I will shoot, stab and kill over mine. I’m going to protect this at bottom line. At all costs.”
Tyrese said that warning goes for his family, friends, and anyone he dates in the future.
Tyrese Gibson is facing new legal troubles involving his second ex-wife, Samantha Lee Gibson. After being arrested in September for intentionally underpaying child support for their 5-year-old daughter, Soraya, Tyrese now has a lien placed against his sprawling Atlanta mansion.
In an exclusive report by In Touch, it was revealed that Samantha’s legal team filed the lien on September 17, 2023. The Gleklen Law Firm, led by attorney Adam Gleklen, has placed a claim of $217,231, plus interest, against Tyrese’s 18,000-square-foot Georgia estate. The seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion is now at the center of the ex-couple’s ongoing legal battle over unpaid child support and legal fees.
The lien is the result of court-ordered legal fees that Tyrese, 45, was supposed to cover on behalf of Samantha, with whom he tied the knot in 2017. Their marriage ended in 2020, but the court disputes surrounding child support for their daughter have continued to escalate.
This legal development comes shortly after Tyrese’s recent arrest, adding further complications to his personal and financial matters. Despite their divorce, the exes remain entangled in a contentious court battle, with Tyrese now facing mounting financial pressure from both child support obligations and legal debts.
As of now, it remains to be seen how Tyrese will respond to the lien and whether this will prompt further legal actions in their ongoing case.
