Bino Rideaux And Blxst ‘Pop Out’ To Race Lamborghinis In The LA Streets In Their New Video

Bino Rideaux and Blxst keep the good vibes from their joint project Sixtape 2 going with the video for “Pop Out.” Filled with sunny LA days and a Westside parking lot party, the video perfectly captures the spirit of the easygoing West Coast sound of the duo’s new project. The two race Lamborghinis through the streets of Downtown LA as they enjoy the fruits of their stardom.

The “Pop Out” video follows “Movie” and “One Of Them Ones” in bringing the party vibe of Sixtape 2 to life. The two LA rappers are living up their newfound success and making it look like they’re having the time of their lives.

Of course, with Blxst recently featuring on XXL’s 2021 Freshman list there is plenty of attention to go around. Blxst is still relatively fresh off the success of his debut EP No Love Lost and its deluxe version, but Bino has also been garnering his fair share of attention with his own 2020 project, Outside, which featured Snoop Dogg, Ty Dolla Sign, Young Thug (on the “Mismatch” remix), and of course, Blxst. Bino and Blxst both showed up on UPROXX Sessions to perform “Mismatch” and “Pressure,” respectively.

Blxst And Bino Rideaux Are Just A Pair Of Money-Making Gentlemen In Their ‘One Of Them Ones’ Video

Two years ago, Blxst and Bino Rideaux shared their debut joint project, Sixtape. The 2019 6-track EP helped bring the West Coast rappers to a new level in their careers and it’s one they would surpass the following year with their respective solo efforts. Blxst brought himself to XXL Freshman status thanks to his No Love Lost project while Bino Rideaux solidified his artistry with his own project, Outside. Now, the duo is back together and reunion brings the release Sixtape 2 and a new video for “One Of The Ones.”

The visual is introduced with a motivating narration from DJ Drama, who provides a boost in energy to the effort just like he did during his appearances on Tyler The Creator’s album, Call Me If You Get Lost. Blxst and Bino gamble the night away, enjoying their riches and celebrating the success they’ve attained in their respective careers.

Sixtape 2 is an entirely solo effort with the two rappers handling all of the vocal responsibilities. The project arrives with 12 tracks, double the amount that the duo delivered on Sixtape. The video also arrives after Blxst delivered his XXL Freshman Freestyle alongside Toosii.

Blxst And Bino Rideaux Employ Themselves At A Dysfunctional Car Wash In Their ‘Movie’ Video

Last year proved to be a big year for Blxst and Bino Rideaux. The West Coast acts’ stocks saw a nice boost after they dropped their respective projects, No Love Lost and Outside. Both efforts arrived after they came together for their Sixtape EP in 2019. Now, Blxst and Bino are preparing to release a sequel, but before doing so, they return with a video for the upcoming project’s lead single, “Movie.” The visual finds the rappers employing themselves at a dysfunctional car wash headed by an equally dysfunctional manager. After pushing through the chaos, Blxst and Bino take over the property to throw a feel-good party in the warm West Coast sun.

The new video comes with news that the duo’s upcoming project, Sixtape 2 will arrive on July 16. The effort will hopefully continue the streak both rappers have been on while adding to strong collaborations they’ve already presented in their respective catalogs. Their recent songs together include “Wrong Or Right (Remix)” from Blxst’s No Love Lost and “Brand New” from Bino’s Outside.

Outside of their collaborations, the newly-crowned XXL Freshman Blxst announced his No Love Lost tour and recently teamed up with YG and Mozzy for their “Perfect Timing” video while Bino dropped his first solo single of the year last month with “Got To Know It.”

Blxst And Bino Rideaux Promise A Silky Smooth ‘Movie’ On Their Latest Collaboration

Based on their work last year, Bino Rideaux and Blxst seemed primed to come out of the West Coast and reach the masses this year. The duo’s popularity increased after they joined forces for their 2019 joint EP, Sixtape. Nearly two years later, Blxst and Rideaux are getting ready to run it back for a second time with the impending release of Sixtape 2. Before fans of both rappers can get their hands on the new effort, the pair kicks off the rollout for Sixtape 2 with their new track, “Movie.” The single sees the artists showing love to their respective partners and promising for a good time if they stick by their sides.

Sixtape 2 was originally teased on Blxst’s “Forever Humble,” which appeared on the deluxe reissue of his 2020 project, No Love Lost. “Bino my brudda, won’t forget what you told me / 6tape, mixtape but classic facts only,” he raps. “They want us to double back / Wouldn’t be surprised if part two got a f*ckin’ plaque.”

As for Bino Rideaux, he saw a breakout year of his own in 2020 thanks to his Outside album. Its fifteen songs gave fans a better look at who he was as an artist and even earned a co-sign from Young Thug, who later joined him for a remix of “Mismatch.”
