YouTubers looking to carelessly discuss the private matters of Nicki Minaj have been put on notice. The “Barbie World” rapper has reportedly secured a major legal victory against one commentator on the platform.

According to TMZ, Nicki Minaj’s court case with YouTuber Nosey Heaux (real name Marley Green) panned out in her favor. In the outlet’s report, it states that the pair reached a settlement over the content creator’s September 2022 claim that Nicki Minaj was a “cokehead” and “shoving all this cocaine up her nose.”

As part of the settlement, according to TMZ, Green must publicly acknowledge that “everything she said about Nicki Minaj using or abusing cocaine was false.” Green must also publicly admit that “she never had any evidence of Nicki Minaj using or abusing cocaine or any other drug.”

Green’s past video did include several harsh remarks about Nicki Minaj’s son, affectionately known as Papa Bear (whom she shares with husband Kenneth Petty).

In additional to the previously mentioned retractions, Green has supposedly agreed to several other stipulations. Green is not to publicly discuss Petty and Papa Bear. Online, Green has reportedly agreed to not repost others comments about Nicki Minaj doing anything or partaking in anything, both illegal or unethical.

Although Nosey Heaux can no longer push the narrative. Unfortunately, for Nicki Minaj, it has already been subtly used by her foes in songs such as Uproxx cover star Latto’sPut It On Da Floor” and “It’s Givin.”

Nicki Minaj Lawsuit Against Nosey Heaux Gets An Update

Nicki Minaj is someone who has dealt with her fair share of blogs over the years. Overall, Nicki’s life has been on display for many to see. Consequently, there are some who feel like they can make judgment calls on her life, without knowing all of the facts firsthand. Although these blogs usually go unnoticed by Minaj herself, there are some that slip through the cracks. Once Minaj finds a blog that is attacking her, she takes it seriously. Case in point, the situation involving Nosey Heaux.

On September 12th, 2022, a blogger by the name of Nosey Heaux made some wild allegations against Nicki Minaj. For the most part, they alleged that she was addicted to cocaine. Moreover, the blogger even said that Nicki’s young child was destined to become a rapist due to Kenneth Petty’s alleged history. “[Nicki Minaj is] shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose. Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it’s true,” Nosey Heaux had said. “F*ck… listen! I can’t even say allegedly with that ’cause I, we all know it’s true. I’m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.”

They believe that they have done nothing wrong here and that the judge should recognize that. So far, a judgment on this latest filing has yet to be made.

Nicki Minaj Prepares Expert Witness In Defamation Case

The jury trial between Nicki Minaj and blogger Marley Green is drawing ever closer. Minaj is seeking $75,000 in damages for what the rapper claims are defamatory statements from Green about Minaj’s purported use of narcotics. The lawsuit was originally filed in September 2022.

More specifically, Minaj’s case claims that Green is behind the “noseyheauxlive” social media handle, which has previously claimed that Minaj has used cocaine in the past. Furthermore, the account has also referred to Minaj as a “coke head”. Green’s full statement allegedly reads, ““shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose. Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it’s true. “F*ck, listen, I can’t even say allegedly with that ’cause I—we all know it’s true. I’m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.” Additionally, Green had also previously made statements about Minaj’s son but has since apologized for those comments. However, she denies making defamatory statements about Minaj’s use of drugs.

According to AllHipHop, Minaj will present an expert witness to testify on the negative impact of Green’s social media posts. This also stems from claims by Minaj’s attorney that Green has been acting as a “proxy” for one of Minaj’s musical rivals. The nature and identity of this “expert witness” has not been made public at this time. There have been no reports of what Green’s defense entails.

While Green has not officially made a statement about the lawsuit and impending trial, the noseyheauxlive Twitter account has. “Nicki Minaj is unhinged and harassing me on Instagram. She doxxed me and sent her barbz to threaten to kill me. She’s been commenting under my IG posts since like 24 hours ago. No one around her is smart enough to just take her phone,” read a September 2022 post. While no trial date has been set as of yet, joint counsel conferences have estimated the trial will last three days. Any updates on Nicki Minaj’s defamation case will be here on HotNewHipHop.
