This new model is simply called “Light Smoke Grey,” which is a motif we have certainly seen before.

For the most part, fans gravitate toward the Air Max 90, the Air Max 1, and even the Air Max 97. However, it is important to give props to sneakers like the Air Max 95. This is because the shoe just has a great design to it. In fact, it has that dad shoe aesthetic that has become so extremely popular over the last little while.

Throughout the last year especially, it has felt like an uptick in Nike Air Max 95 colorways have been revealed. Ultimately, this is a very good thing for the sneaker world. In recent weeks, we have had the pleasure of reporting on some of these color schemes. Now, however, we have been blessed with yet another to present to you. Although this time around, the shoe does not have a nickname. Instead, it is just a clean offering with some nice coloration.

A New Nike Air Max 95

Firstly, the sneaker has a nice white base to it that appears on the midsole, toe box, and some of the layers throughout the side. Secondly, we get purple on the bottom layers as well as the inner lining of the shoe. Even the Air bubbles here are purple, which enhances the look. Lastly, we are met with a gum outsole that works perfectly with the rest of the colorway.

Now, however, it seems as though he is also showing off some new Nike products. For instance, he recently appeared in a Nike commercial for the all-new Nike Mac Attack. This is a retro of a John McEnroe shoe from 1984 that is now making a big comeback. Moreover, Scott is reportedly going to be dropping his own version of the shoe. After all, he already debuted it during a nightclub show in Miami.

Nike Mac Attack OG Officially Unveiled

The 1984 tennis shoe was created back in the day for the legendary John McEnroe. It immediately made an impression, however, it has largely been vaulted. Fans have been waiting for it to make a comeback, and now, almost 40 years later, that is exactly what is about to happen. Moreover, Nike is even getting Travis Scott involved, which is a very good idea.

In fact, Travis Scott and John McEnroe recently did a commercial together to promote the return of the Nike Mac Attack. New colorways of the shoe are expected, as is a La Flame collaboration. For now, however, Nike is simply focused on providing fans with the OG version of the shoe. The official images of the OG Nike Mac Attack can be found down below. As you will see, this is a nice neutral scheme that anyone can enjoy.

Nike Mac Attack Returns In OG Form: Photos

Back in the 80s and 90s, Nike was giving tennis stars their own signature shoes. Although this has largely stopped, there is an appetite for this trend to come back. Overall, one of the best shoes from this time was the Nike Mac Attack. This 1984 offering was the result of John McEnroe’s dominance on the court. The eccentric tennis star was the perfect vessel for a new shoe that is still considered a classic. Subsequently, the sneaker is finally coming back, and fans are very excited.

In fact, Travis Scott is helping to bring back this shoe. He and McEnroe teamed up for a brand-new commercial showing off the return of the shoe. Furthermore, Scott is expected to get his very own Nike Mac Attack colorway, very soon. That said, the first Mac Attack up on the docket is this “OG” colorway, which can be found below. If you were around when these first came out, you will certainly recognize these.

The Nike Mac Attack

Overall, it is a colorway that isn’t meant to be flashy. At the time, tennis was still a country club sport, so the shoes needed to be neutral. It wasn’t until Andre Agassi that things changed. Firstly, this colorway is filled with a light grey leather and mesh on the base. Secondly, we get a bit of black peaking through on the toe box, while black also appears on the Nike swoosh. Finally, the colorway is wrapped up with white on hte midsole.

According to Flight Club, the Nike Mac Attack in OG colors will be dropping on June 23rd.
