This led to a video message from Durpi. In this message, the music mogul noted that the record is one that has had a massive impact. However, this current generation isn’t used to records lasting for more than a few weeks. Consequently, that is why someone like Curry may think that the song is getting overplayed. It’s certainly an interesting take from Dupri, especially given his track record as an industry leader who knows a whole lot about the music business.

Recently, Durant got to sit down with Logan Paul for an interview on his show ImPaulsive. Durant is easily one of the most esteemed guests Logan has ever had on, and it was all filmed on location. Moreover, popular streamer IShowSpeed got to join in on all of the fun. In the clip below, you can see that Speed was looking lovingly at Durant the entire time, and his face was getting close to the NBA star. This subsequently led to Durant getting the creeps, and demanding that Speed back up.

IShowSpeed, meanwhile is the definition of spontaneous energy. That being said, the two men are friendly. They even sat down for a joint appearance on the Impaulsive Podcast on July 9. When it came time to discuss dating situations, though, Kevin Durant laid down a hard rule. No women around IShowSpeed.

The whole interaction came about when IShowSpeed asked if Durant would go on a two-man with him. The NBA superstar took a beat before saying: “I would not bring any women around you.” IShowSpeed is surprised by the response, and claims that he’s good with women. Kevin Durant doubled down. “If they fresh, and I never met ’em before,” he asserted. “And their first entry point with me is with you? No.” It proceeded to crack up IShowSpeed and the hosts of the podcast. There was no ill will between the two men, however, as the topic quickly shifted to the planning of IShowSpeed’s 21st birthday.

Kevin Durant claimed that he only spends a few days at a time with women. He then delivered arguably the most hilarious roast of IShowSpeed in the entire podcast. He denigrated the Twitch streamer for his age, and warned him not to make comparisons. “Bro you’re 16 do not compare yourself to me,” Durant stated. “You have no other resources but your hand please don’t put me in that same tier as you.” That brought the house down in terms of laughter. Durant and IShowSpeed may not be similar, but it’s hard to deny they’re a funny duo.

That being said, one athlete who the 6 God has seemingly maintained a relationship with is Kevin Durant. The two celebrities go way back, and they kicked back at Drake’s Toronto mansion on July 1 to celebrate Canada Day.

Drake was pretty active on social media throughout the holiday. He posted a video message, as well as several photos of him smoking hookah. It wasn’t until later in the day, however, that he posted a photo of him and Kevin Durant on his Instagram Story. The two appear to be sitting in Drake’s backyard. Durant has a drink in front of him, and Drizzy has his beloved hookah. It may seem odd that Durant has Drake’s back in light of the recent, “Not Like Us”-sized L he took. But the Phoenix Suns star has always been on the rapper’s side. In the midst of the Drake vs. Kendrick Lamar battle, Durant seemingly chose the 6 God side. He posted a screenshot of the rapper’s 2021 song “No Friends In the Industry” on his IG Story.
