Lil Durk Is Locked In With Bobby Shmurda & Rowdy Rebel

So far, Lil Durk is one of the most-streamed rappers of 2021. Having already garnered 1.06 million streams across platforms, the OTF artist still has no plans of stopping anytime soon. Having dropped both the deluxe version to his 2020 album The Voice and appeared on the OTF album Loyal Bros within the past six months, Lil Durk still has highly anticipated collaborations with rappers such as Trippie Redd and Lil Baby on the way.

Now, it looks like Lil Durk may have yet another high-profile collaboration on the way. Yesterday, the Chicago artist shared a video to his Instagram story that revealed that he was hanging out with two of the year’s most important artists to watch, Rowdy Rebel and Bobby Shmurda. Captured by DJ Akademiks, the soundless video shows the recently freed Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel having fun in what appears to be a hotel room.

Seeing Lil Durk hang out with Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel will definitely get fans excited for a collaboration featuring the three artists, so hopefully, they come through with some heat. Are you down to listen to an OTF x GS9 collab?

Lil Uzi Vert Defends Himself: “Y’all Dragging It”

Lil Uzi Vert has been catching heat from all sides following a heated conversation that went down between him and Yung Miami on Instagram live. In the video, it appears that the two seem to be at odds with each other, agreeing that they don’t have to be friends. Uzi then went on to brag about how he’s the one running things in his relationship with JT, among other things along those lines. Yung Miami’s beau Southside later jumped in to reprimand Uzi, echoing the voice of many Twitter users. The Philly native eventually took to Twitter yesterday to explain himself (April 1).

I never treated a women how I treat jt I literally will die for her was just playing ….. y’all dragging it,” penned the Eternal Atake artist on Twitter. He made the clarifying statement by way of a quote reply from someone who tweeted him, “no!! the way you was talking to JT tho!!!! not cool.”

He added in a separate tweet, “That’s my gf best friend I was playing with her she always curse me out.” While Uzi maintained that it was all light-hearted fun, Southside’s more aggressive response to Uzi still has people raising their eyebrows.

“I’mma say this one time. Ay, Uzi, don’t address none to my b*tch, my n*gga,” Southside said in a video shared online. “You handle your b*tch, n*gga, you stay on your side.”

“You got one more time to say somethin‘,” he continued. “I promise you I’mma punch your teeth out your mouth. Don’t say nothin’ else, n*gga… If you don’t like my b*tch, don’t like my b*tch. Let them do them… Stay the little weirdo you is, keep rockin’ purses, keep doin’ that b*tch sh*t you doin’.”

Taina Williams Stuns In New Birthday Maternity Photos

Taina Williams, daughter of Love and Hip-Hop: New York star Emily Bustamante and G Herbo’s fiance, celebrated her birthday by sharing a new set of gorgeous maternity photos to her Instagram on Thursday, April 1. In her caption, Taina wrote, “Happy birthday to me.  In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years… 23 & feeling so blessed.”

The model sported a black suit with no top underneath to emphasize her baby bump and clear double-hooped earrings accented by gold beading. The look was completed with a stunning nude makeup look, and Taina’s followers went crazy for the pregnancy glow and overall confidence. While the gender of the baby has yet to be revealed, fans speculate that the couple may be having a girl after Herbo slipped up on an Instagram live session possibly sharing too much information. Neither of them has addressed the clip.

Recently, the model started building a home with Herbo taking their relationship to the next level. The pair have been sharing sneak peeks of their dream home sharing that they have already finished the first floor and they’re extremely excited for the outcome of their personalized palace.

Steve Kerr Delivers Harsh Realities Of Warriors Playoff Fight

Over the past couple of seasons, the Golden State Warriors have had to deal with an abundance of injuries, and it has left them on the outside looking in of the playoffs. For instance, the team finished dead last in the NBA in 2020 and this season, they are 10th in the Western Conference, which would put them outside of the postseason, once again.

Last night, the Warriors lost a tough game to the Miami Heat, and many fans are worried that this team simply isn’t good enough to make the playoffs. After the game, head coach Steve Kerr addressed those concerns and admitted that the Warriors are in a tough spot and need to start playing well immediately.

“We’re right in the thick of it, and 24 games is actually a lot when you’re talking about being within a game either in front or behind of teams that are within your group,” Kerr said. “There should be a sense of urgency because this is the stretch run, but there is time for us to get it going. But it’s just cheap talk if we don’t actually play like it. We can’t turn it over, and we can’t keep fouling jump-shooters.”

With Steph Curry back in the lineup, this team has a real chance of getting hot again, although for now, Warriors fans will be watching with some anxiety as their team continues to falter.

Mello Music Group Drops Off “Bushido” Complilation Album

Today, Mello Music Group has officially dropped off their new compilation album Bushido, a project that features contributions from Quelle Chris, Open Mike Eagle, Solemn Brigham, Oddisee, Homeboy Sandman, Zackey Force Funk, Skyzoo, Namir Blade, Oddisee, James Shahan, Joell Ortiz, Stalley, Dueling Experts, RJ Payne, Murs, Cambatta, Kool Keith, B-Real, and The Perceptionists. Given the stacked tracklist, it’s no surprise that the album features twenty tracks, the majority of which feature a heavy emphasis on lyricism.

With a concept that draws inspiration from ancient samurai tradition, Bushido appropriately features several emcees who have perfected and honed their craft over the years. It’s evident from the onset, as the introductory “Iron Steel Samurai” finds Quelle Chris dexterously spitting bars over vintage Alchemist production. Posse cut “Black Rock” featuring Joell Ortiz, Stalley, Namir Blade, and Solemn Brigham is another hard-hitting highlight, as is the penultimate “Zero Fux” with Kool Keith, B-Real, and Joell Ortiz.

While the project will almost certainly not be for everyone, those who can appreciate what Mello Music Group is bringing to the table will find much to unpack on this lyrically dense endeavor. Should you favor the spirit of underground hip-hop, fueled by dexterous and reference-laden penmanship, be sure to check out Bushido for your listening pleasure. And for those who have taken the plunge, sound off in the comments with your favorite tracks.

Adidas UltraBoost 4.0 Receives Customizable LEGO Collab

LEGO is one of those brands that most people associate with kids and younger adolescents. While many LEGO products are targeted to this demographic, there is no denying that there are plenty of hobbyists out there who love building LEGO sets, especially the larger ones that take you a few days. Pi’erre Bourne Premieres His Enchanting New Single “4U”

Pi’erre Bourne has rightfully earned the distinction as one of the hottest producers in the game since breaking into the mainstream. His memorable The Jamie Foxx Show sampled producer tag “Yo Pierre, you wanna come out here,” and knack for pairing airy flute melodies with traditional rap beats have both helped him leave a solid mark in modern rap. A double threat, the 27-year-old also gets behind the mic sometimes, reminding folks just what he’s made of on his latest release “4U.”

The self-produced sultry new single from the rapper-producer features him at his silkiest. Rhyming about a lady lover, Bourne skates over the wind instrument-littered trap beat in his signature style.

His last full-length album was 2019’s The Life of Pi’erre 4, which arrived shortly after his Young Nudy collaborative project Sli’merre.

Alongside the song, the visual for “4U” is set to debut today at 1 p.m. on his official Youtube channel. As usual, check out the track below and let us know what you think down in the comments.

Quotable Lyrics

You know I got all the f*ckin’ cheese, like DiGiorno
I be hittin’ all these f*ckin’ speeds, got that turbo
(Yo, Pi’erre, you wanna come out here?)
Said she wanna pull up on me, keep my alert on
Said she been real, only she need somethin’ to twerk on

Are Demi Lovato & Noah Cyrus Dating?

After four years, Demi Lovato is finally back with a new full-length studio album. Dancing With The Devil…The Art of Starting Over arrives today with features from Ariana Grande, Sam Fischer, Saweetie, and Noah Cyrus, but it’s the latter guest artist who has recently been frequently mentioned in new rumors swirling about Demi Lovato’s love life. After revealing to the world that she is pansexual, fans and industry insiders alike are theorizing that Demi Lovato and Noah Cyrus may be dating.

According to Page Six, the two singer-songwriters have been spending some quality time together since recording their new song “Easy,” which is housed on Demi’s newly released album. Now, those close to them are reportedly starting to wonder if they’re doing more than just working on music. Various unnamed sources sent exclusive tips to the outlet, with some almost certain that a romance is brewing and others extremely skeptical of the rumors.

“They’re very close and have been hanging out,” said one source, who reportedly suggested the pair may already be an official couple. However, another source calls the rumors strange, saying, “They have dinner sometimes, but they’re not romantic. They got together for this song that sorta came together a bit last minute, and they hang out.”

As neither Demi Lovato nor Noah Cyrus has confirmed or denied the rumors, fans of the artist will have to take the testaments from these sources with a grain of salt and simply stay tuned to see if this story develops.

Do you think that Demi Lovato and Noah Cyrus are secretly dating? Or is this probably just a rumor that was sparked by Demi Lovato’s recent comments about her sexuality?

Coi Leray & Dave East Are Cooking Up

When it comes to this year’s breakout stars, it’s hard not to recognize Coi Leray as one of the early standouts. Though not entirely hip-hop in the traditional sense, Leray has proven to have solid instincts when it comes to seeking collaborative partners in the rap game. Of course, her recent single “Big Prrr,” featuring 1017’s own rising Pooh Shiesty, continues to rack up streaming numbers — don’t be surprised to see this one eventually hitting the gold milestone, should Leray’s popularity hold.

Now, the melodist is hard at work on her upcoming debut album, taking to the studio to cook up a few tracks. Evidently, a recent picture reveals that she’s been crafting something with New York lyricist Dave East, who we most recently saw on last year’s Karma 3. Though little is known about what type of direction their song will eventually take, the picture seems to depict both parties in good spirits, with Leray lighting up a joint while Dave East sits behind the boards.

Say what you will about Coi Leray, but don’t be surprised to see her project lined with intriguing guest appearances, given how rapid her ascent to stardom has been thus far. Keep an eye out for further news on that forthcoming development, as well as the inevitable snippet destined to surface from this recent Dave East collaboration. Do you think Coi Leray is here to stay?
