Roger Stone Continues 50 Cent Beef Over Big Meech: “You Punk Ass B*tch”

We’re not sure where this lays on the 2021 Bingo Card, but there’s animosity between Roger Stone and 50 Cent—and it somehow centers around Big Meech. We’ve regularly reported on the updates regarding Meech’s pleas to get out of prison, and recently it was shared that he was able to shave three years off of his 30-year sentence. Meech has been incarcerated since 2007 and it’s reported that he may taste freedom in as early as 2028.

Fif took to Instagram to boast about the news, but earlier today, it began to circulate that former Trump advisor Roger Stone had a bone to pick with the Rap mogul. In a brief video, Stone accused 50 Cent of cheating Big Meech and not adequately compensating him for his life rights, as Fif has helmed BMF, a forthcoming Starz series about the Meech’s infamous Black Mafia Family.

The Power player bit back, calling Stone a “clout chasing c*ck sucker.” Without batting an eye, Stone fired off another video where he reiterated that 50 Cent owes Big Meech.

“Hey, 50 Cent, you punk ass b*tch,” he said. “I’m looking for attention? Dude, far more people know who I am than you were. So, why did you pay Big Meech anything? Why did you rip him off on his life rights? Just answer the question. How much did you pay him? Pay up, man. And get behind the effort to free Big Meech. It’s time for justice.

Megan Thee Stallion Helps Pay Funeral Costs After Learning A Fan Passed Away

Her Hotties have helped catapult her into stardom and when they’re in need, Megan Thee Stallion will do her best to help wherever she can. The Houston icon has been riding the waves of success over the last few years as her star continues to rise, but on Tuesday (June 15), Megan received the unfortunate news that one of her fans had passed away.

A Twitter user named Selena shared, “Meg we lost a hottie [crying loudly emoji] our best friend passed away unexpectedly.” She was speaking about her friend, Shaniah Scales.

“They absolutely loved you, listening to ur songs was something we did every time we were together,” she continued. “We’re helping their family w funeral costs. We started a gofundme & are halfway there. @theestallion.” Without hesitation, the rapper retweeted the message and asked, “How much do y’all need?”

The person told Megan they still needed $8K, and after being sent a link directing her to the GoFundMe campaign, the “Thot Sh*t” hitmaker immediately donated $8,155. The GoFundMe reached its goal and was closed.

“Y’all better RIDE for @theestallion if you weren’t already,” Selena later tweeted. “Shaniah is in heaven freaking the f*ck out right now. The realest out there. I’m still in shock. Omg what a blessing. Also for anyone sending us love, I appreciate you. It’s overwhelming im gonna try and get back to u!”

Soon, Selena faced accusations that she was scamming Megan Thee Stallion and her fans out of money, so she returned to defend herself. “Sad I have to even tweet this but I’ve been receiving a lot of messages that apparently we are scamming people,” she said. “I wish my best friend’s death was not real but this is 100% true. We don’t need to involve anyone to try and get money for no reason. Shaniah’s service will be this Sat.”

Bam Margera Hit With Restraining Order, Must Stay Away From “Jackass” Director

They were once close friends who helped create the empire that is Jackass, but the relationship between Bam Margera and the films’ director is frayed. We’ve previously reported on Margera’s antics that have caused concerns for his friends and co-stars Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O. Margera has reportedly struggled with drug and alcohol abuse, and while his famous friends have stood beside him and encouraged him to seek treatment, Margera’s behaviors have distanced him from the Jackass franchise.

He was all set to appear in the forthcoming Jackass 4 film, but occurrences on set caused the stunt actor to be fired. Then, news broke that Jeff Tremaine, director of the Jackass movies since their inception, filed for a restraining order against Margera after he alleges his former friend sent him death threats.

The alleged threats not only were tossed Tremaine’s way, but the director claims that Margera also threatened the lives of his wife and children. On Tuesday (June 15), TMZ reported that Tremaine was granted the restraining order he sought and Margera has been ordered to stay “at least 100 yards away from Jeff for the next 3 years.” That goes for Tremaine’s family, as well.

Additionally, Margera isn’t allowed to contact Tremaine or the director’s loved ones during that time. It doesn’t look like the remainder of the Jackass crew will reunite with Margera on the silver screen anytime soon.

Dr. Dre And Jimmy Iovine’s Los Angeles High School Will Aim To Accomplish ‘Something Extremely Different’

Shortly after New Year’s Day this year, Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine announced they would open a high school in the South Los Angeles area. It will serve as an extension of the USC Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy, an undergraduate program the duo created in back 2013. Specifics about the school were not revealed at the time of the announcement, but now that’s changed.

According to Billboard, The school will open in the fall of 2022 through a partnership between the duo and the Los Angeles Unified School District. The innovative high school, which is tentatively named Regional High School No. 1, will house 124 ninth and tenth graders, with plans to later accommodate a total of 250 students. It will also offer a unique curriculum that focuses on multidisciplinary, hands-on learning and emphasizes real-world projects. The school will be built on the Audubon Middle School campus in South Los Angeles.

During a press conference on Monday, both Dre and Iovine spoke about the upcoming school. “I think it’s going to be something extremely different,” Dre said. “I’m still trying to learn myself and understand the politics and the hurdles that we have to get over to help. All we’re here to do is help the kids.” He added, “We’re here strictly for the kids and trying to give them a future and something promising that maybe wasn’t available before then, so that is our intent.”

Iovine added, “I didn’t have great experiences at school and I don’t believe Dre did either, but it feels awesome to be here because the idea is to try … It’s incredible to be here and we come here with complete humility. We know how difficult this is, but we hope that we don’t get criticized for trying, because that’s the most important thing.”

Iovine concluded, “I want to encourage people like us that are fortunate and have success to come to these neighborhoods and really do something positive.”

50 Cent Responds To Roger Stone After Being Accused Of Cheating Big Meech

The lines between politics and Hip Hop continue to be blurred as former Trump advisor Roger Stone has come forward to call out 50 Cent. Yesterday (June 14), we reported on the news that Black Mafia Family co-founder Big Meech scored a victory in his case. According to reports, Meech was able to get three years shaved off of his 30-year sentence, meaning that the accused drug trafficker and Rap industry icon could be home as early as 2028.

50 Cent has been slowly sharing information regarding his BMF series on Starz that’s still in development, and upon hearing the news about Meech, Fif took to Instagram to celebrate. “YES [grin emoji] Now you know this BMF show is gonna [bomb emoji][smoke emoji]Blow everything off the f*cking TV, the real sh*t different ! [stoplight emoji] Green Light Gang.”

However, Roger Stone called out 50 Cent in a brief video and mentioned Fif’s alleged money moves with Meech. “50 Cent, I got a beef with you,” said Stone. “You’re crowing about Big Meech getting a lousy three years knocked off his sentence? The fact is his co-conspirators, his brother and another man who has the exact same sentence have already been sprung.”

“You ripped Big Meech off,” he continued. “You got $150 million from Starz to make a movie about his life and you paid him sh*t for his life rights. You’re full of sh*t. Free Big Meech, now.” Fif quickly responded to the accusation by resharing Stone’s video to his Instagram.

“People just looking for attention, clout chasing c*ck suckers come in all different colors shapes and sizes these days,” said 50 Cent. He closed out his caption by promising the BMF is coming soon. Check out this 2021 curveball below.

Pretty Ricky’s Spectacular Laments The “Industry Never Gave Us Our Flowers”

Are people sleeping on Pretty Ricky’s legacy? There have been several conversations regarding Mt. Rushmore’s, greatest of all time lists, and who-should-face-off-with-whom on Verzuz, and Spectacular believes that his group deserves more respect. The Miami R&B-Hip Hop group burst onto the scene in the early 2000s with their classic hit “Grind With Me,” later making waves with other favorites including “Your Body” and “On The Hotline.”

They even stormed the Millennium Tour stages back in 2019 alongside artists like B2K, Mario, the Ying Yang Twins, and Lloyd. While fans haven’t ceased in expressing love for Pretty Ricky, Spectacular took to Instagram to get a few things off of his chest. “The industry never gave us our flowers,” he began.

“We were the first to do a whole r&b and rap album,” wrote Spectacular. “We were the first to have three rappers and one singer in a group. We were the first to formate a song with rapping verses, singing hooks with multiple rappers. We were the first to make it cool for guys to eat the box. We were the first to make a girl take their granny panties off and put a thong on. We were the first to put 808 bass on every record. We were the first group to have a #1 album on the r&b and rap charts at the same time for five consecutive weeks. We were the first to make it cool to grind on each other.”

He listed off other arguable firsts, including playing their catalog from front to back without skipping and making lanes for sex-oriented music. “We were the first group that helps you get popping in the bedroom. We were the first group that had you grinding on each other on the floor, chairs, walls, and dance floors at parties and clubs,” he added. “We made it cool to be sexy and express yourself sexually. We got banned from radio stations because our lyrics were too dirty, we paved the way for all new artists making sexual music.”

Regardless of the lack of flowers that Spectacular believes they deserve, he claimed that the group knows their impact. “I haven’t seen another band come close to us yet, respectfully.” Do you agree with Spectacular? Check out his post in full below.

Queen Latifah Tapped For Lifetime Achievement Award At 2021 BET Awards

Pioneering the game decades ago for many of today’s hottest female MCs and entertainment personalities, Queen Latifah will be recognized and celebrated at the 2021 BET Awards. She is set to receive the show’s Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to Black music and pop culture.

As part of the show’s “Year of the Black Woman” theme, actress Taraji P. Henson will serve as its host, which is fitting as the pair have crossed paths multiple times throughout their careers. For Queen Latifah, who began her entertainment career as a rapper on her 1989 debut All Hail the Queen, she continues to bolster her hall-of-fame-level career as an actress, currently leading CBS’ crime drama The Equalizer. She’s had a long run in front of the camera, starring in FOX’s Living Single in the 90s and earning a Best Supporting Actress nod at the 2002 Academy Awards for her role in Chicago.

On the music side, she has sold more than two million records across her seven studio albums, carried by the strength of her gold-selling Black Reign record in 1993. Songs like “U.N.I.T.Y.” capture Latifah’s magnetic presence behind the mic, and while her music career seems to have been put on hold in favor of her acting efforts, she’s among some of the first Black entertainers to prove that their entertainment ability spans across different mediums.

And Latifah has been recognized as such throughout her career, winning a Grammy award for “U.N.I.T.Y.,” an Emmy award for her HBO film Bessie, a Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild award for her role in Life Support, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, along with countless other honors. The BET Lifetime Achievement award only adds to Latifah’s impressive and long-form resume of accomplishments within the entertainment industry.

Catch Queen Latifah receiving her Lifetime Achievement award at the 2021 BET Awards on June 27 at 8 p.m. ET. What’s your favorite Queen Latifah album, song, or film? Let us know in the comments below.
