Yaya Mayweather Does A Spot-On Impression Of NBA Youngboy

Having spent several months as the primary romantic priority for Youngboy Never Broke Again, Iyanna “Yaya” Mayweather got a chance to pick up all of the rapper’s mannerisms. The two share toddler Kentrell Jr. together, named after the artist’s government name. Throughout their relationship, the couple went viral on more than one occasion, most notably for Youngboy’s angry videos

This week, Youngboy Never Broke Again was arrested and indicted on two counts of possessing a firearm as a felon, for which he faces a maximum sentence of ten years. Yaya previously reacted to the news, saying that it “ruined” her day. As she continues to show that she’s obsessed with the “Make No Sense” rapper, Yaya filmed a new video for TikTok, mimicking one of YB’s infamous anger-fueled rants.

Her TikTok account is fairly new and hasn’t been found by a lot of her fans yet, but she’s been posting content that blogs like The Shade Room would love to get their hands on. Lip-syncing to a video of her ex-boyfriend warning people not to come to his funeral if he doesn’t mess with them, Yaya perfectly reenacted the clip with swinging arms and all. Clearly, she’s watched the original video more than a few times and practiced in the mirror.

Do you think she does a good NBA Youngboy impression?

Clippers Trade Lou Williams In Exchange For Rajon Rondo

Lou Williams has been having some struggles with the Los Angeles Clippers so far this season. There have been rumors that Williams could be a part of a huge trade at the deadline, and with the deadline just a couple of minutes away, it turns out the Clippers were able to get something done.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Clippers have sent Williams to the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for Rajon Rondo. The Clippers are also giving the Hawks a couple of second-round picks as a way to sweeten the deal. Needless to say, the Clippers really wanted Rondo’s experience on the roster, which will serve them well come playoff time.

The Clippers have needed a point guard for a while now and with the playoffs just a few months away, Rondo is easily the best player the Clippers could ask for. While Williams was great offensively for the team in the past, there is no denying that the Clippers have improved their roster in a significant way.

So far, the trade deadline has been filled with big moves and it seems like more will be coming down the pipeline in just a few minutes as teams wrap up their talks. With this in mind, keep it locked to HNHH for all of the latest updates.

Fousheé’s Breakout Hit ‘Deep End’ Just Made History For Black Women On The Alternative Charts

Rising R&B artist Fousheé had herself a breakout hit last summer when “Deep End” gained traction on TikTok, and since then, the single has been making its way up the Billboard charts. Now, the recent RCA Records signee’s breakout hit has put her in the history books.

On the latest Billboard Alternative Airplay chart (dated March 27), “Deep End” has achieved a new peak at No. 10 in its sixteenth week on the chart. The top 10 spots of that particular chart aren’t often occupied by Black women: As Fousheé notes in a video shared yesterday, this is the first time a song by a Black female artist has been in the top 10 of the Alternative Airplay chart in 32 years. The last time it happened was when Tracy Chapman’s “Crossroads” was top-10 in 1989.

Fousheé wrote alongside the video, “HISTORY WAS MADE! thank u from the bottom of my [heart].”

Fousheé previously explained the song’s origins, writing on Twitter, “I wrote Deep End when protests were just beginning. Minnesota was up in flames. When i picked the pen up that’s all I could think about. that’s how the earlier version of the song came about. […] I ended up writing a new version because I wanted the song to feel like victory instead of defeat & people were tired of being sad.”

Bobby Shmurda Shows Love To NBA Youngboy & Casanova

Bobby Shmurda knows what it’s like to put his career and life on hold for years because of the justice system. The New York-based rapper was released from prison after a six-year stint behind bars and he has been enjoying his first few months as a free man. The world is still waiting for the GS9 representative to release new music, which he will surely announce when the time is right, but he’s making sure to use his platform to give hope to rappers who have found their way into similar situations as him.

On Thursday morning, Bobby Shmurda updated his Instagram Stories with a couple of pictures of Youngboy Never Broke Again and Casanova, wishing them both a speedy and safe return home from their respective situations. “Free the mon dem,” wrote Bobby over a picture of YB.

It was recently revealed that Youngboy Never Broke Again was arrested and indicted on two charges of possession of a firearm by a felon. He managed to dodge a racketeering charge but he’s still in danger of spending a long time in prison. The 21-year-old rapper is currently facing a maximum sentence of ten years.

Brooklyn’s own Casanova is facing even longer in the clink, seemingly being identified as one of the higher-up members of the Gorilla Stone Nation gang.

Hopefully, NBA Youngboy and Casanova both get breaks from their respective judges so they can continue their prolific careers in music. We’ll continue to keep you posted on any updates in their cases.

Two Adidas Yeezy Foam Runners Drop Tomorrow: Photos

Kanye West surprised sneakerheads last year when he unveiled his Adidas Yeezy Foam Runner to the world. It is a shoe that Kanye believes will revolutionize the sneaker world for years to come, especially since it doesn’t require laces and only costs about $80 USD. Despite this, fans are still torn on it but that hasn’t stopped the true die-hard sneaker collectors from getting their hands on some pairs as a way to support whatever Kanye does.

Now, the shoe will actually be released in two new colorways including “Sand” and “MXT Moon Grey.” In the images below, you can see that the “Sand” colorway is just a very basic beige model, all while the “MXT Moon Grey” has elements of beige but is mostly covered in dark grey. Overall, both of these colorways are interesting and serve their own unique purpose. Kanye is a big fan of his neutrals, so no one should be shocked he decided to opt for these.

As for the release date, both will drop via the Adidas Confirmed App tomorrow morning, March 26th. Both sneakers are only $80 each which is more than affordable for a Yeezy. Let us know what you think, in the comments below.

Sommer Ray Says Machine Gun Kelly Cheated On Her With Megan Fox

Before he started dating Megan Fox, pop-punk renaissance man Machine Gun Kelly was in a short-lived relationship with fitness model Sommer Ray. The two were spotted together throughout the course of several months and in the latest episode of Logan Paul’s podcast Impaulsive, Sommer explained why things didn’t work out with MGK.

According to Sommer Ray, Machine Gun Kelly started acting pretty shady near the end of their relationship, turning off his phone before they went to bed and telling her that, because of COVID-19 restrictions, she couldn’t attend his video shoot for “Bloody Valentine”. If you’ve watched the music video for that song, you already know that it marked the beginning of MGK’s relationship with actress Megan Fox. Sommer says that MGK cheated on her with Fox but she’s not too upset, claiming that they never had sex during their three-month fling and saying that she would have done the same thing had the tables been turned.

“I dated Colson, never had sex with him… I make you wait at least three months because I have to make sure that you’re someone good to me,” said Sommer Ray, calling herself a “prude”. “I’m not going to make you a number if you’re not good to me. Colson just never passed the test.”

The model proceeded to drop a bombshell, saying that her rapper/rock star ex-boyfriend cheated on her with Megan Fox. “I don’t really feel bad saying that because he did kind of cheat on me with Megan Fox,” she said, recalling a story of their trip to Puerto Rico. “I waited in the hotel the whole time while he’s filming with [Megan] and I’m not really thinking anything of it. I thought she was older and had kids and was married and stuff.”

She’s not mad about Machine Gun cheating on her though. She says that, if she had a shot with Megan Fox, she’d have done the exact same thing. “I’m like, dude, I’d probably do the same thing, like I’d cheat on Colson with Megan Fox if it was the other way around,” she said.

Logan Paul and his co-hosts tried to play devil’s advocate but you could hear that they all understood why MGK dashed off with Megan Fox. Watch the clip above.

Off-White x Converse Chuck 70 Set To Restock: Details

When Virgil Abloh linked up with Nike back in 2017 for “The Ten,” he made sure to include Converse in the collection. The first Converse model was see-through which allowed for plenty of customization depending on what kind of socks you wore with them. A few months later, Virgil came out with an Off-White Converse Chuck 70 which was predominantly white with some black stripes and orange highlights. This colorway was an immediate hit and fans tried their best to get their hands on a pair.

Now, a restock is on the way just over two years since the initial pairs made their way to the market. Restocks are pretty common in the world of sneakers although it is fairly rare that old models like this are brought back two years after the fact. Perhaps Nike and Converse are taking a page out of the Adidas playbook, which has consistently delivered Yeezy 350 V2 restocks for colorways that are years old by now.

For those who want to get a pair, you will be able to do so as of March 30th over at Converse.com. The release will be taking place at 10 AM EST so be sure to wake up early just so you don’t miss out. As always, let us know whether you plan on participating in this drop, in the comments below.

Freddie Gibbs To Make His Film Debut In “Down With The King”

Freddie Gibbs is a man of many talents, and while the majority of fans have come to associate him with stellar penmanship and wickedly sharp delivery, it would appear he’s been steadily honing his acting chops. So much so that Gibbs is officially set to make his major motion picture debut, as confirmed in a new report by Complex.

According to the report, Gibbs will be taking on the role of Mercury Maxwell in the Diego Ongaro-directed Down With The King, which recently wrapped up principal photography. In the upcoming flick, Gibbs will be playing a rapper looking to leave the game entirely. Upon being sent to a remote location to perfect his new album, Maxwell finds himself befriending his neighbor and finding himself fascinated by the process of farming. Unfortunately, this late-game career shift doesn’t quite sit well with his longtime manager, who attempts to stray him away from this newfound path.

Speaking on his experience working with Gibbs, director Ongaro caught up with Complex about building the character of Mercury Maxwell alongside the rapper. “Freddie Gibbs and I worked intimately together to craft Mercury’s character and backstory, some of it pulled from Freddie’s experiences and values, much of it invented,” he explained. “It was an absolute thrill working with someone as sharp and multi-talented as Freddie in this collaborative way.”

Given what we now know about the plot, it should be interesting to see how Gibbs approaches such an interesting and original-sounding character; who knows, perhaps we’ll have a new EGOT contender on our hands when all is said and done. In addition to Gibbs, Down With The King will also star  Jamie Neumann of Lovecraft Country, David Krumholtz of The Deuce, Sharon Washington of Joker, and Bob Tarasuk of Bob And The Trees. At this time, the dramatic film has yet to receive an official release date.
